Abstract

本发明主要提供一种长效缓释香水的制备工艺,将适量缓释溶剂放入容器中,搅拌下加入茉莉香精10-12%、紫罗兰香精8-10%、柠檬酸2-4%,室温下搅拌溶解,混合均匀过滤,得产品。缓释溶剂制备方法为取羟丙基甲基纤维素100M 10-15%溶解于适量95%乙醇中,并加入3%聚乙二醇400,再加入乙基纤维素4-6%,加入0.1-1.0%适量酒石酸用以调节溶解度,0.1-0.5%氯化钠用以调节溶液的渗透压,搅拌使其溶解,混合均匀。本发明的溶剂使用了羟丙甲纤维素-聚乙二醇-乙基纤维素缓释系统,使香水的留香时间大大延长,而且香水以一定浓度持续释放,达到慢性持久均衡释放香水的目的。

一种长效缓释香水的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种香水,特别涉及一种长效持久均衡释放的香水。
背景技术
现有的香水工艺大部分采用香脂材料和溶剂两部分组成,一般刚开始香水的味道比较浓烈,但是随着溶剂的散发香味逐渐变淡甚至消失,现售的香水一般持续香味也就在2-3小时之间。延长香水的的挥发时间,保持香味持久释放是现今香水工艺研究的热点,也是广大消费者的需求。
当前有些文献和专利对其进行了研究,比如汽车上用的香水卡片,香水贴等。
申请号200710061694.X一种长效香水,该发明中添加了丙二醇作为香水溶剂的增稠剂,起到包覆作用,减少挥发速度,进而实现留香时间延长。虽延长但是香气味道释放不均匀。
申请号:200610052711.9辐射法制造香水,该发明使用了一聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯和香水溶剂混合,采用射线进行辐照,在辐照前香水、单体混合物中冲入氮气,该发明制备的香水留香效果较好,但是制备工艺较复杂,而且香水的释放不均匀。
发明内容
本发明为弥足上述不足,提供一种留香持久、释放均匀的长效缓释香水,该方法不仅制备工艺简单,所用原料成本低,而且效果明显,作用持久,是一种适合市场需求的香水产品。
一种长效缓释香水的制备工艺为,
1)将适量缓释溶剂放入容器中,搅拌下加入茉莉香精10-12%紫罗兰香精8-10%、柠檬酸2-4%,室温下搅拌溶解,混合均匀过滤,得产品。
2)缓释溶剂制备方法为取羟丙基甲基纤维素100M10-15%溶解于适量95%乙醇中,并加入3%聚乙二醇400,再加入乙基纤维素4-6%,加入0.1-1.0%适量酒石酸用以调节溶解度,0.1-0.5%氯化钠用以调节溶液的渗透压,搅拌使其溶解,混合均匀,备用。
本发明采用的缓释溶剂组分中,使用了具有水溶性的缓释包衣材料羟丙基甲基纤维素和聚乙二醇,单一使用羟丙甲纤维素一聚乙二醇亲水凝胶缓释溶剂,不能很好控制香味释放。加入乙基纤维素,可增加该缓释溶剂系统刚性,减缓香味释放,使其香气更长效持久稳释放出来。其中羟丙基甲基纤维素和聚乙二醇为亲水性缓释的阻滞剂,95%的乙醇溶液为润湿剂。
本发明的溶剂使用了羟丙甲纤维素-聚乙二醇-乙基纤维素缓释系统,使香水的留香时间大大延长,而且香水以一定浓度持续释放,达到慢性持久均衡释放香水的目的。

具体实施方式
实施例1
将80g95%溶剂放入容器中,搅拌下加入茉莉香精10g紫罗兰香精8g、柠檬酸2g,室温下搅拌溶解,混合均匀过滤,得产品。
实施例2
将80g缓释溶剂放入容器中,搅拌下加入茉莉香精10g紫罗兰香精8g、柠檬酸2g,室温下搅拌溶解,混合均匀过滤,得产品。
缓释溶剂的制备:取羟丙基甲基纤维素100M15g溶解于77g95%乙醇中,并加入3g聚乙二醇400,再加入乙基纤维素5g,加入0.6%适量酒石酸,0.3%氯化钠用以调节溶液的渗透压,搅拌使其溶解。
实施例3茉莉香精10g紫罗兰香精8g、柠檬酸2g加入丙二醇与乙醇的混合溶剂(35:65)混合均匀。

试验数据和结果表明,实施例2的香水香味持久而且香味释放均匀。

Claims (1)

1.一种长效缓释香水制备工艺,其特征在于将缓释溶剂放入容器中,搅拌下加入茉莉香精10-12% 紫罗兰香精8-10%、柠檬酸2-4%,室温下搅拌溶解,混合均匀过滤,得产品;缓释溶剂的制备过程是取羟丙基甲基纤维素100M 10-15%溶解于适量95%乙醇中,并加入3%聚乙二醇400,再加入乙基纤维素4-6%,加入0.1-1.0%酒石酸用以调节溶解度, 0.1-0.5%氯化钠用以调节溶液的渗透压,搅拌使其溶解,混合均匀,即得缓释溶剂。
