熔焊管套
技术领域
本发明涉及用于将双壁塑料管道联接在一起的熔焊管套。该熔焊管套适于以紧配合的方式接收待接合在一起的双壁管道的外管和内管的端部并且结合电阻线或电阻丝(resistance wire or filament)的线圈,这些线圈在被充电时使焊接管套中的材料与外管和内管中的在所述线圈的位置处的材料熔合在一起。
背景技术
熔焊管套通常用于将塑料管接合在一起并且将塑料管连接到管弯头、T型件等。焊接管套通常在它们的中心区域设置有向内突出的肩部并且在这些肩部的每一侧结合电阻线圈。当将两个管接合在一起时,管端部能插入管套中直到被肩部止动。联接管的人员因而将知道管已在管套中正确地对中。然后将电压源连接至线圈。位于管套的内表面中并且与管端部处的材料接触的材料由于在电阻丝中产生的热而将与管端部处的材料局部地熔合在一起。

发明内容

另一目的在于提供这样的熔焊管套,其提高了双壁管道装置的安全性,在该装置处任意数量的双壁管道已借助相应的数量的这样的熔焊管套接合在一起。
附加的目的在于提供这样的熔焊管套,其确保包括任意数量的双壁管道的双壁管道装置将在该装置的整个长度上呈现出的环形空间或二次安全壳,其中所述任意数量的双壁管道借助相应数量的这样的熔焊管套接合在一起。

这些和其它目的由如权利要求1的前序部分中阐述的类型的熔焊管套提供,该熔焊管套展示了在该权利要求的特征部分中指出的特定技术特征。

这种熔焊管套例如能够借助一个单个部件使两个套管管道接合在一起,并且还能够通过将外电压源连接到所述管套上的两个端子而在一个单个步骤中进行所有必要的熔焊操作。这大大地方便了在将套管管道接合在一起中必需的作业,并且还使作业不太昂贵。此外,使用单个焊接管套还使得能够对内管是否已从管道外部被正确地焊接进行检查。
通过布置用于连接两个管道的环形空间的通路以使得该通路包括包围中间部并且在该中间部的整个长度上且至少部分地在两个端部上纵向地延伸的环形通道,该通路将纵向叠盖借助管套连接的两个双壁管道的环形空间。因此,确保了来自外侧或内侧的任何穿孔物、泄漏物或其他破裂物将流出到管道装置的二次安全壳中,而不管这样的破裂是否出现在管道或熔焊管套中。通过本发明的熔焊管套,将沿着管道装置的整个长度形成二次安全壳,其中若干个任意数量的双壁管道已由相应数量的熔焊管套接合。用这种方法,大大地提高了关于双壁管道装置处的泄漏的安全性。
另外,通路可以容易地布置且具有比较大的截面面积。这伴随着几个优点。首先,这样的大截面面积的通路减小了该通路被可能进入其的杂质阻塞的风险。其次,借助大截面面积,熔焊管套将仅对从一个管道的环形空间流到另一个管道的环形空间的介质给予比较小的流动阻力。因此,管套将仅针对由管道的环形空间输送的介质给予比较小的压降。大截面流动面积因此确保介质在比较长的管道装置处的管道的环形空间中的可靠输送以及在环形空间之间的压力连通,其中在比较长的管道装置中大量管道已由相应大量的熔焊管套接合在一起。第三,通路的环形布置使得可以借助熔焊管套容易地实现大截面流动面积,该熔焊管套构造比较简单,使用可靠,易于操纵和安装并且可以以比较低的成本来制造。
管道的环形空间和管套的环形通道之间的连通可以借助穿过主体布置的沟槽来容易地实现,所述沟槽将环形通道与布置在第一端部和第二端部中的每个端部的径向内侧的空间相连接。
沟槽可以包括至少一个狭缝,所述至少一个狭缝穿过所述主体布置并且限定穿过所述主体的最小开口面积。这样的狭缝提供了可靠连通并且比较容易被布置在主体中。
所述至少一个狭缝可以在主体中限定大致矩形的开口区域。用这种方法,可以提供比较大的连通开口而没有不利地影响熔焊管套的结构强度。
最小开口面积优选地大于环形通路的最大径向截面面积的50%。因此,还实现了穿过狭缝的可靠连通。
狭缝可以限定穿过主体在10°至80°之间周向地延伸的最小开口区域。这还确保了穿过狭缝的可靠连通。
通路可以在第一端部和第二端部中的每一端部处包括穿过主体布置的两个径向对置的狭缝。因此,可以提供穿过主体的甚至更大的连通面积而没有不利地影响熔焊管套的结构强度。
另选地,沟槽可以包括多个穿过主体的中间部的相应的端部布置的管状导管。这允许相对简单地制造熔焊套管。
沟槽可以相对于主体的纵向轴线倾斜。用这种方法,以简单的方式容易地实现管道的环形空间和熔焊管套的环形通道之间的连通。
环形通道可以由主体和外套筒限定,该外套筒包围主体并且在中间部上纵向地延伸。这使得以比较低的成本容易地制造管套。
主体和外套筒可以形成为一体部件。用这种方法,熔焊管套可以由比较少量的制造操作来制造。一体部件的布置也可以提高熔焊管套的结构强度。
另选地,主体和外套筒可以由分开的部件形成。因此,便于在主体和套筒中使用不同的材料(如果期望的话)。
熔焊管套可以包括第四加热线圈,该第四线圈布置为用于将主体与外套筒熔合在一起。用这种方法,可以通过观察布置在主体中的狭缝来检查在绕主体定位外套筒之前管道被适当地插入熔焊管套中。此后,可以在单个熔合操作中在使套筒和主体熔合在一起的同时使管道和熔焊管套熔合在一起。

具体实施方式
图1至图4示出了使用根据本发明的第一实施方式的熔焊管套30来接合两个双壁管道10、20,每个双壁管道均包括外管11、21、内管12、22以及中间环形空间13、23。管套30包括由聚乙烯、PE制成的管状主体31。然而主体也可以由其他可热熔高分子材料(诸如聚酰胺、PA等)制成。主体31包括第一端部32和第二端部33。这两个端部32、33具有相同的内径,所述内径允许外管11、21以紧配合的方式装配在相应的端部32、33中。主体31的中间部34纵向布置在两个端部32、33之间。中间部34具有这样的内径,该内径比端部32、33的内径小并且以紧配合的方式接收内管12、22。因此,熔焊管套的示例性实施方式被布置为用于将两个双壁管道接合在一起,这两个双壁管道的外管相互具有相同的外径并且它们的内管相互具有相同的外径。然而,也可以以相互不同的内径布置管套的主体的端部,使得这些端部可以接收具有不同外径的外管。同样地,可以将中间部布置成使得它在该中间部的相应端处呈现不同的内径,以允许在其中接收外径彼此不同的内管。
第一加热线圈35a通过成型被嵌入第一端部32中,并靠接该第一端部的内表面。以相应的方式,将第二加热线圈35b嵌入第二端部33中。将第三加热线圈35c、35d嵌入中间部34中。在所示实施方式中,第三加热线圈被分别纵向地分成两个单独的线圈段35c和35d。第一线圈35a、第二线圈35b和第三线圈35c、35d串联地电连接,使得它们形成电路。该电路包括布置在相应的端子套36a、36b中的两个端部端子(未示出),所述端子套在主体31的第二端部33处从该主体的外表面径向向外突出。在图1至图4所示的实施方式中,两个端子套36a、36b并排布置在主体31的同一径向平面中。

熔焊管套30还包括筒状外套筒38。在图中所示的实施方式中,外套筒38和主体34已被制造为分开的部件。外套筒由聚乙烯、PE制成。然而外套筒也可以由其他可热熔的高分子材料(诸如聚酰胺、PA等)制成。外套筒38轴向布置在主体34的外部并且完全且密封地包围主体的中间部34。外套筒38和主体34在它们相应的端部处密封地接合在一起。为此,外套筒具有大致对应于主体的端部32、33的外径的内径。在图1至图4所示的示例中,外套筒已在制造熔焊管套30期间借助热熔合操作与主体34密封地接合。然而,外套筒也可以在制造期间借助其他措施和方法(诸如借助胶粘等)接合到主体34。外套筒和主体也可以在制造期间例如通过在共用模具中同时成型而形成为一体部件。
作为另一另选方案,外套筒和主体可以作为分开的部件被制造并输送到安装场所。外套筒因此可以借助于第四加热线圈(未示出)密封地接合到主体上,该第四加热线圈靠近主体的端部的外表面嵌入,并且可以与第一加热线圈、第二加热线圈和第三加热线圈串联地电连接。用这种方法,可以在使用熔焊管套期间首先将两个管道的内管和外管插入主体中,而外套筒不被径向地定位在中间部的外侧。管的正确插入因此可以借助通过对穿过主体布置的沟槽(如在下文进一步详细地描述的)进行检查来验证。当已验证了管被正确插入时,外套筒可以沿着主体纵向移位到与图1所指示的位置对应的位置。通过将两个突出的端子套在主体的一端布置在共用的径向平面中而使外套筒的这样的纵向或轴向位移成为可能。一旦管和外套筒已被正确定位,所有的管和外套筒就可以通过将电压源连接至端部端子并且同时向第一加热线圈、第二加热线圈、第三加热线圈和第四加热线圈供应电力而同时被接合到主体上。
与上述方法用于使外套筒38和主体31密封地接合无关,主体和外套筒共同地限定布置在主体的中间部34的径向外侧的环形通道。该环形通道39沿周向方向完全包围中间部。环形通道39还在中间部34的整个长度上纵向延伸。环形通道39还在每个端部32、33的一部分上纵向延伸。用这种方法,当外管11、21的端部被正确插入熔焊管套30中时,环形通道将叠盖外管11、21的端部。
如图1和图3中最佳可见的,主体31设置有贯通狭缝41、42、43。这些狭缝形成穿过主体31的沟槽并且将布置在第一端部32和第二端部33中的每个端部的径向内侧的空间与环形通道39相连接。在图1至图4所示的实施方式中,沟槽41、42、43布置在主体31的倾斜的桥接部32a、33a处,桥接部32a、33a将中间部34和相应的端部32、33相连接。在每个这样的桥接部32a、33a处,布置有一对径向对置的沟槽41、42、43。每个沟槽41、42、43均限定矩形开口区域,该矩形开口区域在所示实施方式中在每个沟槽41、42、43的径向长度上是恒定的。在每个桥接部处由两个沟槽限定的总的开口面积对应于环形通道的布置在所述桥接部32a、33a之间的部分的最小截面面积的大约100%。每个沟槽41、42、43的开口区域在大约30°的角度α的上周向地延伸。
如此布置的沟槽41、42、43确保了每个管道10、20的环形空间13、23与布置在熔焊管套中的环形通道39之间的可靠的介质连通。环形通道39和沟槽41、42、43的布置还在借助于熔焊管套30接合在一起的两个管道10、20的环形空间13、23之间提供了可靠连通。由环形通道和沟槽形成的通路呈现小的压降并且降低了杂质阻塞或以任何其他方式妨碍介质的自由输送或可能出现在总管道装置的任何位置处的任何压力变化的传播的风险。用这种方法,还可以在长的管道装置处容易地实现可靠的泄漏检测,在所述长的管道装置中大量管道已由相应地大量的熔焊管套接合在一起。
图5和图6示出了根据本发明的熔焊管套的另选实施方式。在这两个图中,对应于图1至图4所示的实施方式的熔焊管套的部件已被给出增加100的相同的附图标记。熔焊管套130包括主体131和外套筒138。外套筒布置在两个纵向隔开的、径向突出的端子套136a、136b之间,在这些端子套中布置有相应的端部端子136c、136d。端部端子136c、136d电连接到包括图4和图5中未示出的第一加热线圈、第二加热线圈和第三加热线圈的电路上。主体131包括接收一个外管111的第一端部132,接收另一外管121的第二端部133以及接收两个内管112、122的中间部134。内套筒137布置在内管112、122内并且径向突出的周向凸缘137a布置在内管112、122的端面之间并且与这些端面接触。

图5和图6所示的实施方式与图1至图4所示的实施方式的不同之处主要在于穿过主体131布置的沟槽141、142、143、144的布置。在该实施方式中,沟槽141至144形成为钻通主体31的多个管状导管。然而管状导管也可以在成型所述主体131期间借助其他措施(例如借助嵌入管状管子或者借助形成管状空隙)来形成。在所示示例中,两个沟槽布置在主体的中间部134的每一端处,即,靠近主体的相应的端部132、133。每个沟槽141至144均相对于主体131的纵向轴线倾斜,使得它们在环状通道139和径向地布置在端部132、133内的空间之间形成相应的连通。用这种方法,沟槽141至144将构成每个管道的环形空间113、123和环形通道139之间的连通沟槽。布置在主体131的每一端处的沟槽141至144的数量以及每个沟槽的截面面积被选择为确保可靠的连通,从而在管道110、120的环形空间113、123和熔焊管套130的环形通道之间呈现比较低的压降。
图7至图9示出了根据本发明的熔焊管套的又一示例性实施方式。在这些图中,对应于图1至图4所示的实施方式的熔焊管套的部件已被给予增加200的相同的附图标记。在该实施方式中,熔焊管套构成90°管道弯头。熔焊管套230包括主体231和外套筒238。主体231包括接收一个外管211的第一端部232、接收另一外管221的第二端部233以及接收连杆内管212、222的中间部234。内弯曲套筒237布置在内管212、222内。两个径向突出的周向凸缘237a、237b布置在相应的内管212、222的端面和主体231之间并且与它们接触。
外套筒238密封地接合到主体231的端部232、233的外部。外套筒238和主体231在它们之间限定环形通道239,该环形通道绕整个中间部234周向地延伸。环形通道还在中间部234的整个弯曲长度上并且部分地在第一端部232和第二端部233上延伸。
借助于呈穿过主体231布置的狭缝241、242(参见图9)的形式的沟槽在环形通道239与布置在每个管道的外管211、221和内管212、222之间的环形空间213、223之间提供连通。在所示示例中,每个狭缝241、242均形成为穿过主体231的径向且周向地延伸的狭缝。每个狭缝241、242均形成穿过主体231的矩形开口。两个这样的狭缝241、242相互对置地布置在每个端部232、233处,而与中间部234相邻。然而,可能的是,在其中管套也形成管道弯头的实施方式中,连通沟槽形成为径向或横向布置的管状导管(未示出)。
已在以上描述了根据本发明的熔焊管套的示例性实施方式。然而,本发明不限于这些实施方式。相反,本发明可以在所附权利要求书的范围中自由地改变。熔焊管套也可以布置成和用于将双壁管道连接至其它双壁元件,这些双壁元件诸如为除90°弯头以外的管道弯头、终端管套、连接管套、缩减元件等。

3.根据权利要求2所述的熔焊管套,其中,所述沟槽(41-43,241-242)包括至少一个狭缝,所述狭缝穿过所述主体(31,231)布置并且限定穿过所述主体的最小开口面积。
4.根据权利要求3所述的熔焊管套,其中,所述狭缝在所述主体(31,231)中限定大致矩形的开口区域。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的熔焊管套,其中,所述最小开口面积大于所述环形通道(39,239)的最大径向截面面积的50%。
6.根据权利要求3至5中的任一项所述的熔焊管套,其中,所述狭缝限定穿过所述主体(31,131)而在10°至80°之间周向地延伸的最小开口区域。
7.根据权利要求3至6中的任一项所述的熔焊管套,其中,所述通路在所述第一端部(32,232)和所述第二端部(33,233)中的每一端部处包括穿过所述主体(31,231)布置的两个径向对置的狭缝。
8.根据权利要求1至7中的任一项所述的熔焊管套,其中,所述沟槽包括多个穿过所述主体的所述中间部(131)的相应的端部布置的管状导管(141-144)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的熔焊管套,其中,所述沟槽相对于所述主体(131)的纵向轴线倾斜。
10.根据权利要求1至9中的任一项所述的熔焊管套,其中,所述环形通道(39,139,239)由所述主体(31,131,231)和外套筒(38,138,238)限定,所述外套筒包围所述主体并且在所述中间部(34,134,234)上并且至少部分地在所述第一端部(32,132,232)和所述第二端部(33,133,233)上纵向地延伸。
11.根据权利要求10所述的熔焊管套,其中,所述主体和所述外套筒形成为一体部件。
12.根据权利要求11所述的熔焊管套,其中,所述主体(31,131,231)和所述外套筒(38,138,238)由分开的部件形成。
13.根据权利要求13所述的熔焊管套,该熔焊管套包括第四加热线圈,该第四加热线圈布置成用于使所述主体与所述外套筒熔合在一起。
