Abstract
一种装饰膜,包括薄膜和依次设于该薄膜表面的氧化硅层及二液型聚酯类油墨层,形成该二液型聚酯类油墨层的油墨中添加有硅氧烷偶联剂。本发明还提供一种应用上述装饰膜的壳体。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰膜及应用该装饰膜的壳体。
背景技术
模内装饰技术具有装饰效果好及耐磨性高等优点,被广泛运用于手机壳体的制造。为使手机表面具有特殊的金属光泽,可在模内装饰膜的透明薄膜表面真空溅镀一具金属光泽的膜层,如氧化硅层。然而氧化硅与现有的二液型聚酯类油墨装饰层之间的附着力较差,限制了氧化硅溅镀层在模内装饰领域的应用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种有效解决上述问题的装饰膜。
此外,还有必要提供一种应用上述装饰膜的壳体。
一种装饰膜,包括薄膜和依次设于该薄膜表面的氧化硅层及二液型聚酯类油墨层,形成该二液型聚酯类油墨层的油墨中添加有硅氧烷偶联剂。
一种壳体,该壳体包括装饰膜及本体,该装饰膜包括薄膜和依次设于该薄膜表面的氧化硅层及二液型聚酯类油墨层,该本体通过注塑成型的方式形成于该二液型聚酯类油墨层上,形成该二液型聚酯类油墨层的油墨中添加有硅氧烷偶联剂。
氧化硅层的表面具有类似于晶体表面的性质。该氧化硅层表面存在的键力而形成较强的表面张力,致使其表面自由能较高,且其表面极性基团具有很强的吸水性。吸水后,水使氧化硅层表面的硅氧键断裂形成高稳定性的硅醇基。在制作所述装饰膜的过程中,硅氧烷偶联剂预先添加到二液型聚酯类油墨中,印刷后硅氧烷偶联剂扩散到氧化硅层的表面,并水解或反应生成硅醇基。该硅醇基与氧化硅层表面的硅醇基生成稳定的氢键或缩合为稳定的硅氧键,从而增强了二液型聚酯类油墨层与氧化硅层的结合力。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明较佳实施例壳体100包括一装饰膜10及一通过模内注塑成型的方式形成于该装饰膜10上的本体20。装饰膜10包括一薄膜12及依次覆盖于薄膜12表面的一氧化硅层14、一二液型聚酯类油墨层16和一保护层18。薄膜12由透明或半透明的塑胶材质制成,如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)。其中氧化硅层14及二液型聚酯类油墨层16均起装饰作用,且氧化硅层14与二液型聚酯类油墨层16在其界面处形成有氢键及硅氧键。保护层18与本体20连接,用以防止二液型聚酯类油墨层16在后续的注塑过程中被损坏。
所述装饰膜10的制备方法,主要包括如下步骤:
提供透明的薄膜12,并在薄膜12的一表面溅射一氧化硅层14。提供一磁控溅射设备(图未示),将薄膜12放入磁控溅射设备的真空镀膜室并使其沿预定轨迹转动,在该磁控溅射设备中安装硅靶。对磁控溅射设备的真空镀膜室抽真空至本底真空度为3.0×10-3托,向真空镀膜室内通入氧气。开启硅靶的电源溅镀,以形成氧化硅层14。
在氧化硅层14上印刷二液型聚酯类油墨以形成二液型聚酯类油墨层16。其中该二液型聚酯类油墨中添加有硅氧烷偶联剂,且硅氧烷偶联剂在所述油墨中所占质量比为0.5%~2%。
提供一烘烤设备,设置该烘烤设备的烘烤温度为75~90℃,将上述形成有二液型聚酯类油墨层16及氧化硅层14的薄膜12烘烤30~90分钟。
最后在所述二液型聚酯类油墨层16上印刷另一油墨以形成保护层18,装饰膜10便制造完毕。
将上述制得的装饰膜10进行温湿度循环测试,具体测试方法及结果如下:
测试仪器为恒温恒湿箱,测试条件为:
从25℃经1.5小时升温到65℃,期间湿度为93%~96%,保持4小时;然后从65℃经1.5小时降低到30℃,期间湿度为95%~100%保持1小时。此为一个循环,产品经行27个循环完成后,测试容器的温度设定到+ 25 ℃,相对湿度70 %,保持2小时后检查样品。
测试结果显示,由上述方法所制备的装饰膜10经以上测试未见脱落、气泡等不良。
氧化硅层14的表面具有类似于晶体表面的性质。该氧化硅层14表面存在键力而形成较强的表面张力,致使其表面自由能较高,且其表面极性基团具有很强的吸水性。吸水后,水使氧化硅层14表面的硅氧键断裂形成高稳定性的硅醇基。在制作所述装饰膜10的过程中,硅氧烷偶联剂预先添加到二液型聚酯类油墨中,印刷后硅氧烷偶联剂扩散到氧化硅层14的表面,并水解或反应生成硅醇基。该硅醇基与氧化硅层14表面的硅醇基生成稳定的氢键或缩合为稳定的硅氧键,从而增强了二液型聚酯类油墨层16与氧化硅层14的结合力。
可以理解,保护层18可省略,保护层18省略后本体20直接成型于二液型聚酯类油墨层16上。
Claims (10)
1.一种装饰膜,包括薄膜和依次设于该薄膜表面的氧化硅层及二液型聚酯类油墨层,其特征在于:形成该二液型聚酯类油墨层的油墨中添加有硅氧烷偶联剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的装饰膜,其特征在于:所述氧化硅层与二液型聚酯类油墨层的界面处形成有氢键。
3.如权利要求1所述的装饰膜,其特征在于:所述氧化硅层与二液型聚酯类油墨层在其界面处交联形成硅氧键。
4.如权利要求1所述的装饰膜,其特征在于:该薄膜的材质为苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
5.如权利要求1所述的装饰膜,其特征在于:该氧化硅层为真空溅镀层。
6.一种壳体,该壳体包括装饰膜及本体,该装饰膜包括薄膜和依次设于该薄膜表面的氧化硅层及二液型聚酯类油墨层,该本体通过注塑成型的方式形成于该二液型聚酯类油墨层上,其特征在于:形成该二液型聚酯类油墨层的油墨中添加有硅氧烷偶联剂。
7.如权利要求6所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述氧化硅层与二液型聚酯类油墨层的界面处形成有氢键。
8.如权利要求6所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述氧化硅层与二液型聚酯类油墨层在其界面处交联形成硅氧键。
9.如权利要求6所述的壳体,其特征在于:该薄膜的材质为苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
10.如权利要求6所述的壳体,其特征在于:该氧化硅层为真空溅镀层。
