技术领域
本发明涉及一种人工髋关节用髋臼杯组件,尤其是,本发明人工髋关节用髋臼杯组件包括:髋臼杯,形成有安置槽、在内墙形成有内锥部、形成有连通上述安置槽的突起槽、形成有配置于上述突起槽内部的夹槽;轴承,安置于上述安置槽、在外周面形成有外锥部、形成有插入上述突起槽的突起、上述突起则形成有被夹入上述夹槽的夹入用突出部。
背景技术
髋关节是一种把人体的大腿骨与骨盆的髋骨之间加以连接的关节,是人类在坐或立时发挥最重要作用的关节。髋关节由于结核之类的疾病原因及外伤等因素而受损时,为了使其痊愈,可以通过外科手术适用髋关节人工插入器械。人工髋关节用装置通常由骨柄(stem)与髋臼杯(acetabularcup)构成。作为一例,骨柄与髋臼杯可以使用对人体无害的钛合金等材料制作。人工髋关节用骨柄插入大腿骨内并固定,上述髋臼杯固定在骨盆的髋臼。在骨柄的端部固定着由陶瓷或金属材料形成的球体,在上述杯内夹入轴承,该轴承具有能够收容上述球体并允许其旋转的对应形状。为了让固定于上述骨柄端部的球体在其内旋转以实现关节运动,上述轴承是内表面凹陷的半球形状,同样地由陶瓷材料或高分子聚乙烯制成。
如前所述,美国注册专利第6610097号揭示了在一个髋臼杯选择性地夹入相异材质的轴承。
为了把陶瓷材质的轴承嵌入髋臼杯而在髋臼杯内侧及轴承的外周面形成锥部。
而且,为了嵌入由聚乙烯材质形成的轴承,在髋臼杯下端形成多个凹窝(recess)并且以配置于凹窝上部地沿着内侧圆周形成圆形凹窝。轴承沿着圆周形成插入凹窝的多个锁定部,并且以插入圆形凹窝并配置于锁定部上部地形成圆形固定构件。
然而,把陶瓷材质的轴承嵌入髋臼杯后使用时,该圆形凹窝使得轴承与髋臼杯之间的接触面积减少而其减少量相当于圆形凹窝截面积,从而使得陶瓷材质的轴承容易破损。
而且,圆形凹窝使得髋臼杯的整体强度变弱。

发明内容
解决的技术课题
为了解决前述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种人工髋关节用髋臼杯组件,不仅能把聚乙烯材质的轴承牢靠地固定在髋臼杯,而且即使把陶瓷材质的轴承嵌入髋臼杯,也因为轴承与髋臼杯的接触面积增加而得以防止陶瓷材质的轴承破裂,髋臼杯则因为没有沿着整个圆周形成槽而得以提高强度。
解决课题的技术方案
能够达到上述目的的本发明人工髋关节用髋臼杯组件包括:髋臼杯,形成有安置槽、在内墙形成有内锥部、形成有连通上述安置槽的突起槽、形成有配置于上述突起槽内部的夹槽;轴承,安置于上述安置槽、在外周面形成有外锥部、形成有插入上述突起槽的突起、上述突起则形成有被夹入上述夹槽的夹入用突出部。
上述夹入用突出部为了越往下越厚而倾斜地形成,以配置于上述突起的侧部地在上述轴承的外周面形成第一槽,以配置于上述突起的上部地在上述轴承的外周面沿着圆周形成第二槽。
能够达到上述目的的本发明人工髋关节用髋臼杯形成有安置槽,在内墙形成有内锥部,以连通上述安置槽地在半径方向形成突起槽,以配置于上述突起槽内部地沿着上下方向形成夹槽。
能够达到上述目的的本发明的人工髋关节用轴承在外周面形成有外锥部,在外周面以半径方向形成突起,在上述突起沿着上下方向形成夹入用突出部。

根据前文说明的本发明人工髋关节用髋臼杯及轴承及髋臼杯组件能够发挥出下列效果。

上述夹入用突出部为了越往下越厚而倾斜地形成,由于沿着倾斜面滑动,所以轴承在嵌入髋臼杯时能够轻易地嵌入。
以配置于上述突起的侧部地在上述轴承的外周面形成第一槽,能够防止在髋臼杯加工突起槽时发生的突出部与轴承干涉的现象。
以配置于上述突起的上部地在上述轴承的外周面沿着圆周形成第二槽,能够在加工轴承时减少毛边(burr)。

下面说明如前所述地构成的本实施例的髋臼杯(100)与轴承(200、300)的组装过程。
把聚乙烯材质的轴承(200)插入髋臼杯(100)的安置槽(140)时,内锥部(101)与外锥部(201)可以发挥出导引组装方向的导件作用。接着,轴承(200)的第一插入用突起(210)插入髋臼杯(100)的插孔(110)而发挥出导引组装方向的导件作用。接着,夹入用突出部(251)收缩并沿着髋臼杯(100)的倾斜面(103)滑动后被夹入夹槽(151)而复原,与此同时,突起(250)则被夹入突起槽(150)。

而且如图6所示,陶瓷材质的轴承(200)插入髋臼杯(100)的安置槽(140)时,只有内锥部(101)与外锥部(301)部分互相接触。因此,轴承(300)无法脱离髋臼杯(100)。
如前所述,本发明能把聚乙烯材质的轴承(200)牢靠地固定在髋臼杯(100)。而且,即使根据情况而把陶瓷材质的轴承(300)嵌入髋臼杯(100),也能相比于现有轴承与髋臼杯增加轴承(300)与髋臼杯(100)的接触面积而得以防止陶瓷材质的轴承(300)破损。而且,不必为了防止聚乙烯材质的轴承(200)的脱离而沿着髋臼杯(100)的内墙的整个圆周形成槽,从而得以提高髋臼杯(100)的强度。
另一方面,本发明不仅适用于人工髋关节,还能适用于身体的其它人工关节。
前文结合本发明的优选实施例进行了详细说明,在本领域中具有通常知识者可以在不脱离下述权利要求书所记载的本发明思想与领域的范围内进行各种变形及修改。

Claims (4)
1.一种人工髋关节用髋臼杯组件,其特征在于,所述人工髋关节用髋臼杯组件包括:
髋臼杯,所述髋臼杯包括:由内墙限定并被所述内墙环绕的安置槽,其中,沿所述内墙的整个区域形成有内锥部;多个突起槽,形成在所述内墙的下端并且沿径向方向凹入预定深度从而使得所述多个突起槽与所述安置槽连通并且沿着圆周方向设置;以及多个夹槽,形成在所述多个突起槽的内部并且凹入预定深度;以及
轴承,所述轴承包括由聚乙烯材质制成的聚乙烯轴承或由陶瓷材质制成的陶瓷轴承,所述聚乙烯轴承包括具有外锥部的外周面;多个突起,在所述外周面的下部上沿径向方向突出;以及多个夹入用突出部,在每个所述突出的外部伸出,所述陶瓷轴承包括具有外锥部的外周面;
其中,所述多个突起槽沿着所述髋臼杯的圆周方向设置,所述多个突起沿着所述聚乙烯轴承的圆周方向设置,在所述聚乙烯轴承与所述髋臼杯结合时,所述聚乙烯轴承的每个所述突起插入到所述髋臼杯的每个所述突起槽中,并且,所述聚乙烯轴承的每个所述夹入用突出部插入到所述髋臼杯的每个所述夹槽中,所述聚乙烯轴承的所述外锥部与所述髋臼杯的所述内锥部结合,
其中,在所述陶瓷轴承与所述髋臼杯结合时,所述陶瓷轴承的所述外锥部与所述髋臼杯的所述内锥部结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人工髋关节用髋臼杯组件,其特征在于,
所述夹入用突出部为了向下逐渐变厚而倾斜地形成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的人工髋关节用髋臼杯组件,其特征在于,
所述聚乙烯轴承在其外周面具有多个第一槽,所述多个第一槽配置于所述突起的侧部。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的人工髋关节用髋臼杯组件,其特征在于,
所述聚乙烯轴承在其外周面具有多个第二槽,所述多个第二槽配置于所述突起的上部。
