背景技术
电动车增程器发电机在运转时,会产生大量的热量,如果散热不及时,将影响发电机的性能及使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是克服背景技术中的不足,提供一种电动车增程器发电机外壳结构,这种外壳结构,强度高,制造成本低,散热性能好。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:
本发明的一种电动车增程器发电机外壳结构,包括发电机外壳、定子、散热片,所述发电机外壳呈圆环状,所述定子安装在发电机外壳的内侧,所述定子和发电机外壳之间为过盈配合,所述散热片呈片状结构,固定在发电机外壳的外圆表面,散热片与发电机外壳成一体结构。
本发明的一种电动车增程器发电机外壳结构,由于发电机外壳呈圆环状,定子安装在发电机外壳的内侧,定子和发电机外壳之间为过盈配合,能够更好地传递热量;散热片呈片状结构,固定在发电机外壳的外圆表面,散热片与发电机外壳成一体结构,在开模时只需双开模就可制造成形,大大降低了成本。因此该电动车增程器发电机外壳结构,具有制造成本低,散热性能好的优点。

如图1和图2所示,本发明的一种电动车增程器发电机外壳结构,包括发电机外壳1、定子2、散热片3,所述发电机外壳1呈圆环状,所述定子2安装在发电机外壳1的内侧,所述定子2和发电机外壳1之间为过盈配合,所述散热片3呈片状结构,固定在发电机外壳1的外圆表面,散热片3与发电机外壳1成一体结构。

1.一种电动车增程器发电机外壳结构,包括发电机外壳(1)、定子(2)、散热片(3),所述发电机外壳(1)呈圆环状,所述定子(2)安装在发电机外壳(1)的内侧,其特征在于:所述定子(2)和发电机外壳(1)之间为过盈配合,所述散热片(3)呈片状结构,固定在发电机外壳(1)的外圆表面,散热片(3)与发电机外壳(1)成一体结构。
