Abstract

本发明提供一种汽车电机的热管冷却装置,该装置在定子外圆的轴向,均匀布有数条凹槽,凹槽内埋设热管,靠近后盖的定子端部,将数根热管连通,形成一形圆形热管,与一根热管连通,构成一段引出的热管,与铝壳固定接触,或与散热片固定接触;另在电机转轴的轴心内,轴向设置一热管。本发明的优点在于,采用热管作为散热器,冷却效果好,冷却装置体积小。在自然对流状态下,电机的轴心温度下降150C,整体电机温度可控制在1000C内。若设置辅助散热叶片,则能提高电机的可靠性和使用寿命。

一种汽车电机的热管冷却装置
技术领域
本发明涉及电机技术领域,特别是有关于电机的冷却降温装置。 
背景技术
目前,电机的冷却、降温,大都是采用风冷,占用空间体积大,降温效果差,导致电机效率低。 
发明内容
为解决前述问题,本发明提供一种汽车电机的热管冷却装置,该装置是在定子外圆的轴向,均匀布有数条凹槽,凹槽内埋设热管,靠近后盖的定子端部,将数根热管连通,形成一形圆形热管,与一根热管连通,构成一段引出的热管,与铝壳固定接触,或与散热片固定接触;另在电机转轴的轴心内,轴向设置一热管。 
本发明的优点在于,采用热管作为散热器,冷却效果好,冷却装置体积小。在自然对流状态下,电机的轴心温度下降150C,整体电机温度可控制在1000C内。若设置辅助散热叶片,则能提高电机的可靠性和使用寿命。

具体实施方式
请参阅附图1、2所示,本发明在定子3外圆的轴向,均匀布有四条凹槽,凹槽内埋设热管6,靠近后盖12的定子3端部,将四根热管连通,形成一形圆形热管14,与一根热管连通,构成一段引出的热管13,热管13与铝壳1固定接触,或与散热片10固定接触,与铝壳或散热片接触的热管13,构成热管冷却端,使定子的热量传到铝壳和散热片上冷却,达到散热效果;另在电机转轴4的轴心内,轴向设置一热管5,使转轴中心的热量传到铝壳外端。

热管作为换热器,是上世纪发明的技术,本发明采用外购的超导热管,为本发明降温散热器件。

1.一种汽车电机的热管冷却装置,其特征在于,在定子外圆的轴向,均匀布有数条凹槽,凹槽内埋设热管,靠近后盖的定子端部,将数根热管连通,形成一形圆形热管,与一根热管连通,构成一段引出的热管,与铝壳固定接触,或与散热片固定接触;另在电机转轴的轴心内,轴向设置一热管。
