Abstract

一种LED发光装置,其包括发光二极管、外壳以及光调节器,该发光二极管具有主出光面以及与该主出光面相对的散热面,该外壳包括出光窗,该出光窗具有出光面,该发光二极管的散热面固定于该出光窗上,而其主出光面朝向该光调节器,工作时,该发光二极管发出的热量传递至出光窗的出光面,而其发出的光线射向该光调节器,并经过光调节器的调节后改变方向从出光窗的出光面出射。该发光二极管工作时的热量可以传输到该出光面。由于该出光面具有相比于外界空气较高的温度,则即使在天气寒冷地带,该出光面可即时融化飘洒在其表面的积雪或者冰霜,不会被积雪或者冰霜掩盖。

LED发光装置
技术领域
本发明设计一种发光装置,尤其是一种LED发光装置。 
背景技术
LED(Light-Emitting Diode, 发光二极管)发展至今,由于其具有节能、省电、高效率、反应时间快、寿命周期时间长、且不含汞、具有环保效益等优点,被认为是新世代绿色节能照明的最佳光源。目前LED逐渐进入交通灯、指示灯等指示领域。然而,现有的LED交通灯在应用于寒带地区时,由于天气寒冷,容易被雪或者冰霜所覆盖其发光面,造成交无法出光,指示功能失效,进而导致交通混乱。 
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种有融雪及除霜功能的LED发光装置。 
一种LED发光装置,其包括发光二极管、外壳以及光调节器,该发光二极管具有主出光面以及与该主出光面相对的散热面,该外壳包括出光窗,该出光窗具有出光面,该发光二极管的散热面固定于该出光窗上,而其主出光面朝向该光调节器,工作时,该发光二极管发出的热量传递至出光窗的出光面,而其发出的光线射向该光调节器,并经过光调节器的调节后改变方向从出光窗的出光面出射。 
该发光二极管工作时的热量可以传输到该出光面。由于该出光面具有相比于外界空气较高的温度,则即使在天气寒冷地带,该出光面可即时融化飘洒在其表面的积雪或者冰霜,不会被积雪或者冰霜掩盖。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明。 
请参阅图1与图2,示出了本发明第一实施例的LED发光装置60,在本实施例中,该LED发光装置60为一交通灯。该LED发光装置60包括一外壳40、搭载在该外壳40上的多个发光二极管10以及一光调节器。 
该发光二极管10包含基板20以及LED芯片30,该基板20作为该发光二极管10的导电、支承及散热部件,其可为印刷电路板、陶瓷基板、金属基板以及柔性电路板等。其中,该LED芯片30搭载于该基板20的表面。该基板20远离该LED芯片30的表面形成一散热面21。该LED芯片30远离该基板20的表面即与该散热面21相对的表面形成一主出光面31,LED芯片30发光时,大部分光线从该主出光面31出射,该主出光面31朝向该光调节器设置。在以下叙述中,定义从该主出光面31远离该基板20的方向即朝向该光调节器的方向为方向a,从该散热面21远离该基板20的方向即远离该光调节器的方向为方向b,a、b两方向相反。 
在本实施方式中,该光调节器为一反射器50。当然,该光调节器也可通过折射等调节方式改变光的出射方向。该外壳40为一圆形盖体,其直径大小符合日常使用的LED交通灯的直径大小,或者直接采用日常使用的LED交通灯的外壳。 
该外壳40由一坚硬的材料(如金属)制成,其具有良好的导热性能。该外壳40包含出光窗41以及壳体42。请同时参阅图3,该出光窗41包括承载发光二极管10的支架43及形成于支架上的透光部44,光线通过该透光部44出射至LED发光装置60的外部。该支架43呈十字交叉状,该多个发光二极管10分布于该出光窗41的支架43的各支及中部位置处。在本实施方式中,该多个发光二极管10也呈十字分布。该多个发光二极管10通过其基板20与出光窗41的支架43连接。与支架43连接后的多个发光二极管10的主出光面31朝向该反射器50,散热面21朝向该外壳40背离该反射器50的表面。也即是,方向a为从发光二极管10指向反射器50的方向。该外壳40的透光部44远离该反射器50的表面形成一出光面410。该透光部44由透明的材料所制成,以使光线能够透射出外壳40。也即是该散热面21与该出光面410朝向同一方向b。发光二极管10的散热面21通过导热胶或其他固定方式安装于支架43上,以将工作时产生的热量传递到支架43上,进而传递到透光部44上。该反射器50呈一半球面。如图1所示的切面示意图,该反射器50的切面呈一弧形,其沿着a方向凸起。该反射器50包覆该多个发光二极管10所分布的区域。该反射器50的内表面,也即是朝向该发光二极管10的表面为一反射面51,其具有高反射率。 
当LED照明装置60与外界电源通电后,该多个或者其中一个发光二极管10发光,其出射光线沿a方向照射至反射器50的反射面51。该反射面51将光线反射后改变方向使其从该出光面410出射,进而起到指示作用。该主出光面31设置在LED发光装置60内部的中间位置处。同时,该发光二极管10工作时的热量可以直接通过散热面21及支架传输到该出光面410。由于该出光面410具有相比于外界空气较高的温度,则即时在天气寒冷地带,该出光面410可即时融化飘洒在其表面的积雪或者冰霜,不会被积雪或者冰霜掩盖。 
请再参阅图4-5,示出了本发明第二实施例的LED发光装置60a。其与第一实施例不同之处在于本实施例中的LED发光装置60a为一户外广告灯,该发光二极管10的分布根据广告效果分布。该LED发光装置60a的多个发光二极管10直接贴设于该出光窗41的透光部44的边缘位置,并利用该出光窗41的外框架与LED发光装置60a的导电部分进行电性连接。并且本实施例中的LED发光装置60a所包括的反射器50a为一方形板体状,其反射面51a为一平面。由于LED发光装置60a可以即时融化其出光面410积雪,则在寒冷气候也能正常运作,满足客户一年四季的广告需求。 

Claims (10)

1.一种LED发光装置,其包括发光二极管、外壳以及光调节器,该发光二极管具有主出光面以及与该主出光面相对的散热面,其特征在于:该外壳包括出光窗,该出光窗具有出光面,该发光二极管的散热面固定于该出光窗上,而其主出光面朝向该光调节器,工作时,该发光二极管发出的热量传递至出光窗的出光面,而其发出的光线射向该光调节器,并经过光调节器的调节后改变方向从出光窗的出光面出射。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:该发光二极管包含基板及设于该基板上的LED芯片,该基板远离该LED芯片的表面形成该散热面,该LED芯片远离该基板的方向形成该主出光面。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:该出光窗包括透光部,光线通过该透光部从出光窗的出光面出射。
4.如权利要求3所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:该出光窗还包括支架,该发光二极管固定在该支架上。
5.如权利要求4所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:发光二极管为多个,该支架呈十字交叉状,这些发光二极管固定于支架的各支及中部位置。
6.如权利要求3所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:发光二极管为多个,多个发光二极管贴着在该透光部上。
7.如权利要求1所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:该光调节器为一反射器,其朝向该发光二极管的主出光面形成一反射面,该反射面反射由该主出光面出射的光线至出光窗,并从出光窗的出光面出射。
8.如权利要求7所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:该反射器呈一半球面,其沿着远离该光调节器的方向凸起。
9.如权利要求7所述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:该反射器为一平面。
10.如权利要求1述的LED发光装置,其特征在于:发光二极管为多个,多个发光二极管贴着在该出光窗的边缘位置。
