Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种LED节能灯箱,包括铝质框架(1),框架(1)中分层平铺设置有灯箱画布(2)和导光板(3),框架的内侧面固定有光线向导光板中照射的LED灯体(4),导光板远离灯箱画布的一面上设有反光层(5),在所述的框架的外面延伸有散热片(6)。LED灯体通电后产生的光线经过导光板混光并经反光层反射到灯箱画布的背面,灯箱画布上的图画便可以清楚地显示出来。LED灯体通电产生的热量可以传递到铝质框架,并同时传递到散热片上,散热片可以增加铝质框架与空气的接触面积,可增加散热效率,此种散热方式可充分地散发LED灯体通电时产生的热量,增加电能的利用效率和LED灯的使用寿命。本实用新型结构简单,具有很强的实用性和推广价值。

技术领域
本实用新型属于广告灯箱的技术领域,具体是指一种LED节能灯箱。
背景技术
目前,以LED发光二极管作为照明设备的广告灯箱日渐流行,其具有箱体薄,能耗低优点。但现有的LED灯箱沿不能良好地解决LED散热的问题,而LED灯的工作温度过高会造成电阻增加,发光效率变低,使用寿命也会缩短。如果加强LED灯的散热,使PN结产生的热量能尽快的散发出去,不仅可提高灯箱的发光效率,同时也提高了灯箱的可靠性和寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种散热好,发光效率高的LED节能灯箱。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:LED节能灯箱,包括铝质框架,框架中分层平铺设置有灯箱画布和导光板,框架的内侧面固定有光线向导光板中照射的LED灯体,导光板远离灯箱画布的一面上设有反光层,在所述的框架的外面延伸有散热片。
由于采用了上述的结构,LED灯体通电后产生的光线经过导光板混光并经反光层反射到灯箱画布的背面,灯箱画布上的图画便可以清楚地显示出来。LED灯体通电产生的热量可以传递到铝质框架,并同时传递到散热片上,散热片可以增加铝质框架与空气的接触面积,可增加散热效率,此种散热方式可充分地散发LED灯体通电时产生的热量,增加电能的利用效率和LED灯的使用寿命。本实用新型结构简单,具有很强的实用性和推广价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述,但并不构成对本实用新型的任何限制。
如图1所示,本实用新型所述的LED节能灯箱,包括铝质框架1,框架1中分层平铺设置有灯箱画布2和导光板3,导光板3可采用有机玻璃制成。所述的框架1在灯箱画布2的前面设有透光面板7,所述的框架1在导光板3的后面设有底板8。框架1的内侧面固定有光线向导光板3中照射的LED灯体4,LED灯体4的电路板与铝质框架1接触,两者之间可设有导热绝缘胶以加强导热效率。导光板3远离灯箱画布2的一面上设有反光层5,在所述的框架1的外面延伸有两块散热片6。所述的散热片6平行设置在框架1的背面上。
图2所述的散热片6为多块,各块散热片6垂直设置在框架1的背面上。
图3所述的散热片6为多块,设在框架1的外侧面。
本使用新型使用时,LED灯体4通电后产生的光线经过导光板3混光并经反光层5反射到灯箱画布2的背面,灯箱画布2上的图画便可以清楚地显示出来。LED灯体4通电产生的热量可以传递到铝质框架1,并同时传递到散热片6上,散热片6可以增加铝质框架1与空气的接触面积,可增加散热效率,此种散热方式可充分地散发LED灯体4通电时产生的热量,增加电能的利用效率和LED灯4的使用寿命。

1.一种LED节能灯箱,包括铝质框架(1),框架(1)中分层平铺设置有灯箱画布(2)和导光板(3),框架(1)的内侧面固定有光线向导光板(3)中照射的LED灯体(4),导光板(3)远离灯箱画布(2)的一面上设有反光层(5),其特征在于:在所述的框架(1)的外面延伸有散热片(6)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的LED节能灯箱,其特征在于:所述的散热片(6)设在框架(1)的外侧面。
3.按照权利要求1所述的LED节能灯箱,其特征在于:所述的散热片(6)设在框架(1)的背面。
4.按照权利要求3所述的LED节能灯箱,其特征在于:所述的散热片(6)垂直设置在框架(1)的背面上。
5.按照权利要求3所述的LED节能灯箱,其特征在于:所述的散热片(6)平行设置在框架(1)的背面上。
6.按照权利要求1至5中任一项所述的LED节能灯箱,其特征在于:所述的框架(1)在灯箱画布(2)的前面设有透光面板(7)。
7.按照权利要求2所述的LED节能灯箱,其特征在于:所述的框架(1)在导光板(3)的后面设有底板(8)。
