Abstract

一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,该风扇包括一本体和分别设于该本体的两端的两端壁,该风扇固定装置包括一底板和分别组设于该本体的两相对侧的两固定块,该底板设有两卡柱,该两固定块分别设有供对应的卡柱穿过的固定孔,每一固定块于底面环绕固定孔开设一收容槽,该收容槽收容有一弹簧,该弹簧的下部伸出该收容槽并套设于对应的卡柱,该弹簧的两端分别抵顶该底板与该收容槽的顶部。该风扇固定装置通过底板的卡柱和这些固定块即可固定风扇,不需要固定架。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇固定装置。
背景技术
现有风扇通常是用螺丝锁入一固定架,再将该固定架装设于机箱。因为在风扇安装时要使用固定架,所以增加了安装风扇的成本。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种低成本的风扇固定装置。
一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,该风扇包括一本体和分别设于该本体的两端的两端壁,该风扇固定装置包括一底板和分别组设于该本体的两相对侧的两固定块,该底板设有两卡柱,该两固定块分别设有供对应的卡柱穿过的固定孔,每一固定块于底面环绕固定孔开设一收容槽,该收容槽收容有一弹簧,该弹簧的下部伸出该收容槽并套设于对应的卡柱,该弹簧的两端分别抵顶该底板与该收容槽的顶部。
相较现有技术,该风扇固定装置通过底板的卡柱和该两固定块即可固定风扇,不需要固定架,成本较低。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1和图2,本发明风扇固定装置的较佳实施方式用于固定若干风扇10。该风扇固定装置包括一底板20、若干对弹簧308及若干对固定块30。
每一风扇10包括一方形的本体11和分别设于该本体11的两端的两端壁12。该本体11于四角分别凹设一凹陷110,每一凹陷110的底面为弧面。每一端壁12于四角处分别开设一穿孔120。
该底板20凸设若干对顶部呈锥形的卡柱22。
每一固定块30包括一底面32、垂直设于该底面32的一侧的一侧面34、垂直设于该底面32的两端的两端面38和自该固定块30的顶部邻近侧面34处向该底面32的另一侧呈弧形延伸的一弧面36。该固定块30于每一端面38凸设一固定柱380。每一固定柱380于顶部设有一向下并向固定柱380的末端延伸的导引面382。该固定块30于中部沿竖直方向设有一贯穿该底面32和该弧面36的固定孔300,并于该固定孔300的两侧分别设有贯穿该底面32、该弧面36和该侧面34的一开槽302,该两开槽302使该固定块30的两端分别形成可弹性变形的一悬臂304。该固定块30于该底面32环绕该固定孔300开设一收容槽306。该收容槽306收容一弹簧308的上部。
请参照图3和图4,固定每一风扇10时,使两固定块30相向地位于该风扇10底部的两凹陷110的下方。之后朝向风扇10的本体11推压该两固定块30,使每一固定块30的固定柱380的导引面382对应滑过该风扇10的两端壁12的内侧直至该两固定柱380对应卡入两穿孔120。从而将该两固定块30分别卡入该风扇10的本体11的底部的两凹陷110,并夹设于该两端壁12之间。每一固定块30的弧面36贴设于对应的凹陷110的底面。之后,该底板20的两个卡柱22分别正对并卡入该两固定块30的固定孔300。每一固定块30的弹簧308的下部套设于对应的卡柱22,弹簧308的两端分别抵顶底板20和对应的收容槽306的顶部,使该风扇10间隔一定距离地固定于该底板20,并可以缓冲风扇10产生的震动。
需要拆卸一风扇10时,远离该底板20拔出该风扇10,使该风扇10两侧的固定块30脱离对应的卡柱22。相向挤压每一固定块30的两悬臂304,使该固定块30的两固定柱380脱离对应的穿孔120,即可取下固定块30。

Claims (5)

1.一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,该风扇包括一本体和分别设于该本体的两端的两端壁,该风扇固定装置包括一底板和分别组设于该本体的两相对侧的两固定块,该底板设有两卡柱,该两固定块分别设有供对应的卡柱穿过的固定孔,每一固定块于底面环绕固定孔开设一收容槽,该收容槽收容有一弹簧,该弹簧的下部伸出该收容槽并套设于对应的卡柱,该弹簧的两端分别抵顶该底板与该收容槽的顶部。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一端壁于底部的两端处分别开设一穿孔,每一固定块夹设于风扇的两端壁之间,并于两端分别凸设有一能够卡入风扇的对应端壁的穿孔的固定柱。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一固定柱于顶面形成一向下并向固定柱的末端延伸的导引面。
4.如权利要求2所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该本体呈方形,于四角处分别凹设一凹陷,每一凹陷的底面为弧面,每一固定块包括一底面、垂直设于该底面的一侧的一侧面和自固定块的顶面邻近侧面处向该底面的另一侧呈弧形延伸的一弧面,每一弧面贴设于该本体的底部的一凹陷的底面,每一固定块的固定孔贯穿该固定块的底面和弧面。
5.如权利要求4所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一固定块于固定孔的两侧分别开设一开槽,该两开槽均穿过该固定块的底面、侧面和弧面,使该固定块的两端形成两能够弹性变形的悬臂。
