Abstract

一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,风扇设有两相对的端壁,该风扇固定装置包括一底板和若干组设于该两端壁的固定座,底板设有若干卡柱,每一固定座包括一基板和夹置于该基板与该底板之间且能够套设于一卡柱的一弹簧,该基板开设有供该卡柱穿过的一固定孔。该风扇固定装置通过底板的卡柱和这些固定座即可固定风扇,不需要固定架。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇固定装置。
背景技术
现有风扇通常是用螺丝锁入一固定架,再将该固定架装设于机箱。因为在风扇安装时要使用固定架,所以增加了安装风扇的成本。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种低成本的风扇固定装置。
一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,风扇设有两相对的端壁,该风扇固定装置包括一底板和若干组设于该两端壁的固定座,底板设有若干卡柱,每一固定座包括一基板和夹置于该基板与该底板之间且能够套设于一卡柱的一弹簧,该基板开设有供该卡柱穿过的一固定孔。
相较现有技术,该风扇固定装置通过底板的卡柱和这些固定座即可固定风扇,不需要固定架,成本较低。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1及3,本发明风扇固定装置的较佳实施方式用于固定若干风扇10。该风扇固定装置包括一底板20及若干固定件30。
每一风扇10包括两相对的端壁12。每一端壁12于四角处分别开设一螺孔120。
该底板20凸设若干顶部呈锥形的卡柱22。
每一固定件30包括一固定座32、一大头螺丝34和一弹簧36。
每一固定座32包括一基板320、分别自该基板320的底面的两相对侧相向弯折的两卡持部322和自该基板320的一端垂直向下延伸的一固定片324。该基板320开设有一贯穿其顶面和底面的固定孔326。该固定片324开设有贯穿其两侧的一螺孔328。
请参照图2,组装每一风扇10时,四固定件30的螺孔328分别正对风扇10的底部的四螺孔120。四螺丝34分别穿过这些螺孔328并锁入风扇10的对应的螺孔120,从而使每一端壁12的底部的外侧固设有两固定座32。一弹簧36自每一固定座32的远离固定片324的一端滑入并夹置于该固定座32的两卡持部322之间。每一弹簧36贴设于对应的基板320的底面并正对该基板320的固定孔326。再使该底板20的四个卡柱22分别正对并穿过这些固定件30的弹簧36和固定孔326,将该风扇10固定于该底板20。
这些弹簧36使风扇10间隔一定距离地固定该底板20,可以缓冲风扇10产生的震动。

Claims (3)

1.一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,风扇设有两相对的端壁,该风扇固定装置包括一底板和若干组设于该两端壁的固定座,底板设有若干卡柱,每一固定座包括一基板和夹置于该基板与该底板之间且能够套设于一卡柱的一弹簧,该基板开设有供该卡柱穿过的一固定孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一固定座还包括自该基板的一端垂直向下延伸的一固定片,该固定片穿设有一螺丝,该螺丝锁入风扇的一端壁,将该固定座固定于该端壁的外侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一固定座还包括自基板的底面的两相对侧相向弯折的两卡持部,弹簧自该基板远离固定片的一端滑入并夹置于该两卡持部之间。
