Abstract

一种扩展卡固定装置，用以固定一扩展卡，该扩展卡的前端固定于一机箱侧壁，该扩展卡固定装置包括一电路板、一装设于该电路板的滑轨和一可滑动地装设于该滑轨的卡扣，该卡扣设有一可卡合于该扩展卡的尾端的卡合部。该扩展卡固定装置的卡合部可卡固扩展卡的尾端，有效防止扩展卡尾端下垂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种扩展卡固定装置。
背景技术
现有的电脑，通常采用螺丝或卡扣结构将扩展卡的前端固定于机箱，而扩展卡的尾端不设固定结构。因此，较长的扩展卡水平安装于机箱时，其尾端容易下垂变形，一旦变形严重将影响扩展卡的正常使用。
发明内容
鉴于以上，有必要提供一种可固定扩展卡尾端的扩展卡固定装置。
一种扩展卡固定装置，用以固定一扩展卡，该扩展卡的前端固定于一机箱侧壁，该扩展卡固定装置包括一电路板、一装设于该电路板的滑轨和一可滑动地装设于该滑轨的卡扣，该卡扣设有一可卡合于该扩展卡的尾端的卡合部。
相较现有技术，该扩展卡固定装置的卡合部可卡固扩展卡的尾端，有效防止扩展卡尾端下垂。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1和图2，本发明扩展卡固定装置用以固定一扩展卡10。该扩展卡固定装置包括一设于一机箱内的电路板20、一滑轨30和一卡扣40。
该扩展卡10于一端设有一L形的固定片12，于底部向下垂直延伸形成一插接部14。
该电路板20的顶面于一侧凸设一连接器22，并邻近该连接器22的一端开设若干穿孔24。
该滑轨30呈长方体形，于前后两侧分别沿其长度方向开设一滑槽32，于底面向下凸设若干卡柱34。每一卡柱34于中部沿圆周面凸设一凸环36，于下部形成两可弹性变形的卡脚38。
该卡扣40包括一连接部42、自该连接部42的顶部垂直向上延伸形成的一卡合部44和分别设于该连接部42的两端的向下延伸的一卡钩46和一滑动部48。该卡合部44于一侧开设一贯通该卡合部44的顶端和底端的卡槽440。该卡钩46和该滑动部48的顶部均突出该连接部42的顶面。该卡钩46和该滑动部48的底端相向分别凸设一卡齿460和一凸块480。该卡钩46由塑胶制成，可弹性变形。
请参照图3，组装时，将该滑轨30向下装设于该电路板20，该滑轨30的卡柱34的卡脚38弹性变形地穿过对应的穿孔24后，恢复弹性变形并挡止于该电路板20的底面。此时，这些卡柱34的凸环36挡止于该电路板20的顶面，将该滑轨30沿垂直该电路板20的方向间隔一定距离地固定于该电路板20。该滑轨30与该连接器22共线。相向按压该卡钩46和该滑动部48的顶部，使该卡钩46的下部远离该滑动部48向外弹性变形。将该滑动部48的凸块480可滑动地卡入该滑轨30的一滑槽32后，放开该卡钩46，使其恢复弹性变形将卡齿460紧密地卡入该滑轨30的另一滑槽32，将该卡扣40固定于该滑轨30，该卡扣40的卡槽440朝向该连接器22。
使用时，将该扩展卡10的固定片12固定于该机箱的一侧壁（图未示）。该扩展卡10的插接部14卡入该连接器22。再次相向按压该卡钩46和该滑动部48的顶部，使该卡钩46的下部远离该滑动部48向外弹性变形，之后向该扩展卡10滑动该滑动部48，直至该扩展卡10的远离固定片12的一端卡入该卡槽440时，放开该卡钩46，使其恢复弹性变形将卡齿460紧密地卡入该滑轨30的对应滑槽32，从而固定该扩展卡10的远离固定片12的一端。
其他实施方式中，该滑动部48也可换成一卡钩46。
由于滑轨30间隔一定距离的位于电路板20的上方，不会占用电路板20的空间。

Claims (6)

1.一种扩展卡固定装置，用以固定一扩展卡，该扩展卡的前端固定于一机箱侧壁，该扩展卡固定装置包括一电路板、一装设于该电路板的滑轨和一可滑动地装设于该滑轨的卡扣，该卡扣设有一可卡合于该扩展卡的尾端的卡合部。
2.如权利要求1所述的扩展卡固定装置，其特征在于：该电路板开设有若干穿孔，该滑轨于底部凸设若干卡柱，每一卡柱于末端凸设一可弹性变形地卡入对应的穿孔并挡止于该电路板的底面的卡脚，每一卡柱于中部沿圆周面凸设一可挡止于该电路板顶面的凸环。
3.如权利要求1所述的扩展卡固定装置，其特征在于：该滑轨于两侧分别沿该卡扣的滑动方向开设一滑槽，该卡扣包括一垂直连接于该卡合部的连接部和分别设于该连接部的两端的两可弹性变形的卡钩，该两卡钩相向分别延伸形成一可滑动地卡入该滑轨的一滑槽的卡齿。
4.如权利要求1所述的扩展卡固定装置，其特征在于：该滑轨于两侧分别沿该卡扣的滑动方向开设一滑槽，该卡扣包括一垂直连接于该卡合部的连接部和分别设于该连接部的两端的一可弹性变形的卡钩和一滑动部，该卡钩和该滑动部相向分别延伸形成一卡齿和一凸块，该凸块可滑动地卡入该滑轨的一滑槽，该卡齿可紧密卡合于该滑轨的另一滑槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的扩展卡固定装置，其特征在于：该卡合部开设一可卡固该扩展卡尾端的卡槽。
6.如权利要求1所述的扩展卡固定装置，其特征在于：该扩展卡于底部凸设一插接部，该电路板凸设有一卡合于该扩展卡的插接部的连接器。
