Abstract

本发明涉及炼焦厂推焦装置技术领域,一种卧式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置,包括推焦支座、支承辊、推焦杆及包括转子轴、偏心轴承、摆线轮、内摆线齿圈、输出机构的传动装置,其特征在于:输出轴两端用轴承支承在前、后机架内孔,二轴承间的驱动齿轮与输出轴用花健联接,与驱动齿轮啮合的长齿条横断面呈“凸”形,置于推焦杆相应长槽中,长槽两侧面的上沿面对齿条“凸”形的两肩进行限位,驱动齿轮顺针转时,齿条推动推焦杆前移,反之,推焦杆后移,两侧轮与中间轮相位差180°,轮宽为中间轮一半。有益效果:推焦杆往复作功时能保证齿轮-齿条啮合精度,降低了推焦杆振动;重量减轻45-60%、价格低50-65%;输入轴上回转质量处于静、动平衡状态,传动平稳。

Description

卧式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置
【技术领域】本发明涉及炼焦炉推焦装置技术领域,一种卧式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置。 
【背景技术】包钢焦炉厂论文《6m焦炉推焦杆振动的研究》指出:推焦装置中的推焦杆往复作功时会产生振动,其主要原因是推焦杆受热后逐步有《塌腰》趋势的变形,推焦杆变形使齿轮-齿条侧隙与顶隙严重偏离理论值(侧隙3.5-5、顶隙8-12):实测推焦杆前部齿条处侧隙6.8-7.2、顶隙14.8;中部侧隙7.5-7.8、顶隙18;后部侧隙7.6-8、顶隙17.2(单位:mm)。 
国内宝钢、武钢、邯钢、昆钢、山焦及包钢等的6m焦炉推焦杆都出现不同程度振动,严重时产生共振而造成炉底砖松动、开缝、炉头砖正面移位及燃烧室串漏等等(6m焦炉主要尺寸:炭化室长15140mm、高5650mm、平均宽450mm); 
推焦装置包括推焦杆、推焦支座及传动装置:电机YZR355L110kW、n1=582rpm、n2=14.6rpm,推焦杆(包括推焦头、滑履)支承在支承辊上面,支承辊中有三组带有侧辊以防止推焦杆跑偏,推焦杆为一箱体结构,齿条设在杆的上部,当推焦杆进入炉内后,为了支承推焦杆,设有滑履,其底部高低可调。采用磁涡流制动器WZ355L与液压块式制动器YWZ-400/90-10进行推焦全过程的速度调节以实现无冲击推焦。为防止突然停电而烧毁炉内推焦杆,设有手动装置。 
传动装置为《锥齿+二级硬齿面减速器》三级减速:i=2.045×3.962×4.923=39.9齿轮-齿条(m=40),实现推焦杆进、退、推焦速度27.4m/min、行程25770mm。 
【发明内容】本发明目的提供一种作功时齿轮-齿条传动平稳、推焦杆不振动及用价格低、效率相同的单级双摆线取代的卧式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置。 
技术方案: 
(A)驱动齿轮与输出轴用花健滑动联接,使驱动齿轮具有一定的浮动量用以补偿与齿条的侧隙与顶隙,狭长齿条置于推焦杆相应长槽中,间隙配合,齿条底部支承在滑动辊上,滑动辊联接在推焦杆底部,因此推焦杆往复作功中,当推焦杆出现“塌腰”变形时,由于齿条不是固定在推焦杆之上而使齿条不会产生较大变形,齿轮-齿条的侧隙与顶隙仍处于理论值而保证啮合精度,齿轮-齿条平稳传动,大大降低了齿轮-齿条冲击力与推焦杆振动。 
(B)用单级摆线减速取代三级减速:朱孝录《齿轮传动设计手册》6页、《齿轮手册》上1-12页:摆线效率η=0.9~0.98≈0.94,因而可取代《锥齿+二级硬齿面减速器》。 
由于双摆线啮合副中内摆线齿圈与外齿摆线轮为纯滚动啮合且润滑状态良好,因此在输入功率相同情况下,双摆线啮合副比之摆线针轮,承载能力约提高50%(沈培基《摆线等距线齿轮传动副及其装置》15页),但考虑内摆线齿圈的加工精度,按提高三分之一计算较合理。内摆线齿圈取代由针齿壳、针齿及针齿套构成的针轮,结构简单、另件少,最大减速比143时毋须抽齿。 
【有益效果】比照背景技术,其创造性体现在: 
(1)推焦杆往复作功中,保证齿轮-齿条啮合精度,大大降低了冲击力与推焦杆振动; 
(2)背景技术《锥齿+二级硬齿面减速器》(承载力72000Nm)与DCY-500型硬齿面减速器(见于JB/T9002-1999)相当,机重4340kg、价格113930元;本发明重量减轻45-60%、价格可降低50-65%。理论计算数据如下:内摆线节圆半径Rz=275、Y1max=0.953、B=14/28 
接触应力σjmax=(8914/Rz){Y1max T2/B}0.5=1605(MPa) 
许用接触应力[σH]=1617(MPa)(HB600-600)(见于徐灏《机械设计手册》卷1.4-289页); 
(3)中间轮厚度为两侧等厚轮两倍,二者相位差180°,因而输入轴上的回转质量处于静平衡、动平衡状态,使传动更平稳;摆线轮齿及内摆线齿不会断,因而承载能力大,可靠性高。

参照图1.一种卧式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置,包括推焦支座1、支承辊2、推焦杆3及传动装置,所述推焦杆3包括推焦头、滑履,所述推焦杆3为箱体结构支承在支承辊2上,支承辊2中有三组带有侧辊以防推焦杆跑偏,支承辊2联接在推焦支座1的底部,传动装置包括电机、装在电机转子轴21上的第一、二偏心轴承20、19、摆线轮、内摆线齿圈23及输出机构,输出机构包括输出轴11、柱销14及柱套,其特征在于:所述输出轴11两端分别用第一、二轴承10、12支承在前、后机架9、13内孔,第一、二轴承10、12之间的驱动齿轮8与输出轴11用花键滑动联接,使驱动齿轮8具有一定的浮动量用以补偿与长齿条5之间的侧隙与顶隙,驱动齿轮8与长齿条5啮合,将背景技术悬臂装置的驱动齿轮8改进为简支结构而提高了齿轮-齿条的啮合精度,所述长齿条5横断面呈“凸”形,置于推焦杆3相应长槽中,间隙配合,长槽两侧面的上沿面对狭长齿条5“凸”形的两肩进行限位,上沿面与“凸”形两肩之间有间隙,长齿条5底部支承在滑动辊4上,滑动辊4联接在推焦杆3中,所述前、后机架9、13紧固在减速机底板7上,所述减速机底板7顺次联接底脚6及推焦支座1,工作原理是:驱动齿轮8顺时针转时,长齿条5带动推焦杆3向前移动,反之,驱动齿轮8逆时针转时,长齿条5带动推焦杆3向后移动,由于长齿条5不是固定在推焦杆3之上,因此当推焦杆3出现“塌腰”时,齿轮-齿条的侧隙与顶隙仍能处于理论值,所述摆线轮中两侧相同的摆线轮16与中间摆线轮17相位差180°,两侧摆线轮16轮宽等于中间摆线轮17的一半,因而输入轴上的回转质量处于静平衡、动平衡状态,使传动更平稳,柱套15、18分别对应于摆线轮16、17,所述内摆线齿圈23联接在后机架13内孔。

1.一种卧式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置,包括推焦支座(1)、支承辊(2)、推焦杆(3)及传动装置,所述推焦杆(3)包括推焦头、滑履,所述推焦杆(3)为箱体结构支承在支承辊(2)上,支承辊(2)中有三组带有侧辊以防止推焦杆(3)跑偏,支承辊(2)联接在推焦支座(1)的底部,传动装置包括电机、装在电机转子轴(21)上的第一、二偏心轴承(20、19)、摆线轮、内摆线齿圈(23)及输出机构,输出机构包括输出轴(11)、柱销(14)及柱套,其特征在于:
所述输出轴(11)两端分别用第一、二轴承(10、12)支承在前、后机架(9、13)内孔,装置在第一、二轴承(10、12)之间的驱动齿轮(8)与输出轴(11)用花键滑动联接,驱动齿轮(8)与长齿条(5)啮合,所述长齿条(5)横断面呈“凸”形,置于推焦杆(3)相应长槽中,间隙配合,依靠长槽两侧面的上沿面对长齿条(5)“凸”形的两肩进行限位,上沿面与“凸”形两肩之间有间隙,长齿条(5)底部支承在滑动辊(4)上,滑动辊(4)联接在推焦杆(3)中,所述前、后机架(9、13)紧固在减速机底板(7)上,所述减速机底板(7)顺次联接底脚(6)及推焦支座(1),所述摆线轮中,两侧相同的摆线轮(16)与中间摆线轮(17)相位差180°,两侧摆线轮(16)轮宽等于中间摆线轮(17)一半,所述柱套(15、18)分别对应于摆线轮(16、17),所述内摆线齿圈(23)联接在后机架(13)内孔。
