本发明涉及炼焦厂推焦装置技术领域,一种卧式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置,包括推焦支座、支承辊、推焦杆及包括转子轴、偏心轴承、摆线轮、针齿壳、针销、输出机构的传动装置,其特征在于:输出轴用两轴承支承在前、后机架内孔,二轴承间的驱动齿轮与输出轴用花键联接,与驱动齿轮啮合的长齿条横断面呈“凸”形,置于推焦杆相应长槽中,长槽两侧面的上沿面对齿条“凸”形的两肩进行限位,驱动齿轮顺针转时,齿条推动推焦杆前移,反之,推焦杆后移,有益效果:推焦杆往复作功时能保证齿轮-齿条啮合精度,从而降低了推焦杆振动;重量减轻45-60%、价格可降低50-65%;针齿不会断、承载能力大,可靠性高。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及炼焦炉推焦装置技术领域,一种卧式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置。
【背景技术】
包钢焦炉厂论文《6m焦炉推焦杆振动的研究》指出:推焦装置中的推焦杆往复作功时会产生振动,其主要原因是推焦杆受热后逐步有《塌腰》趋势的变形,推焦杆变形使齿轮-齿条侧隙与顶隙严重偏离理论值(侧隙3.5-5、顶隙8-12):实测推焦杆前部齿条处侧隙6.8-7.2、顶隙14.8;中部侧隙7.5-7.8、顶隙18;后部侧隙7.6-8、顶隙17.2(单位:mm)。
国内宝钢、武钢、邯钢、昆钢、山焦及包钢等的6m焦炉推焦杆都出现不同程度振动,严重时产生共振而造成炉底砖松动、开缝、炉头砖正面移位及燃烧室串漏等等(6m焦炉主要尺寸:炭化室长15140mm、高5650mm、平均宽450mm);
推焦装置包括推焦杆、推焦支座及传动装置:电机YZR355L110kW、n1=582rpm、n2=14.6rpm,推焦杆(包括推焦头、滑履)支承在支承辊上,支承辊中有三组带有侧辊以防止推焦杆跑偏,推焦杆系箱体结构,齿条设在杆的上部,当推焦杆进入炉内后,为了支承推焦杆,设有滑履,其底部高低可调。采用磁涡流制动器WZ355L与液压块式制动器YWZ-400/90-10进行推焦全过程的速度调节,以实现无冲击推焦。为防止突然停电而烧毁炉内推焦杆,设有手动装置。
传动装置为《锥齿+二级硬齿面减速器》三级减速:i=2.045×3.962×4.923=39.9齿轮-齿条(m=40),实现推焦杆进、退、推焦速度27.4m/min、行程25770mm。
【发明内容】
本发明目的提供一种作功时齿轮-齿条传动平稳、推焦杆不振动及用价格低、机械效率相同的单级摆线取代背进景技术的卧式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置。
技术方案:
(A)驱动齿轮与输出轴用花健滑动联接,使驱动齿轮具有一定的浮动量用以补偿与齿条的侧隙与顶隙,长齿条置于推焦杆相应长槽中,间隙配合,齿条底部支承在滑动辊上,滑动辊联接在推焦杆中,因此推焦杆往复作功中,当推焦杆出现“塌腰”变形时,由于齿条不是固定在推焦杆之上而使齿条不会产生较大变形,齿轮-齿条的侧隙与顶隙仍处于理论值,齿轮-齿条平稳传动,大大降低了齿轮-齿条冲击力与推焦杆振动。
(B)用单级摆线的效率:朱孝录《齿轮传动设计手册》6页、《齿轮手册》上1-12页:摆线效率η=0.9~0.98≈0.94,因而可取代背景技术《锥齿+二级硬齿面减速器》。
【有益效果】比照背景技术,其创造性体现在:
(1)推焦杆往复作功中,保证齿轮-齿条啮合精度,大大降低了冲击力与推焦杆振动;
(2)背景技术承载力72000Nm与DCY-500型硬齿面减速器(见于JB/T9002-1999)相当,机重4340kg、价格113930元;本发明重量减轻45-60%、价格可降低50-65%。本发明理论计算数据:针齿中心圆半径Rz=275、接触系数Y1max=1.43、B=42
接触应力σjmax=(8914/Rz){Y1maxT2/B}0.5=1605(MPa)
许用接触应力[σH]=1617(MPa)(HB600-600)(见于徐灏《机械设计手册》卷1.4-289页);
(3)摆线轮齿及半埋针销不会断,因而承载能力大,可靠性高。

所述输出轴11两端分别用第一、二轴承10、12支承在前、后机架9、13内孔,装置在第一、二轴承10、12之间的驱动齿轮8与输出轴11用花键滑动联接,使驱动齿轮8具有一定的浮动量用以补偿与长齿条5之间的侧隙与顶隙,所述驱动齿轮8与长齿条5啮合,将背景技术悬臂装置的驱动齿轮8改进为简支结构而提高了齿轮-齿条的啮合精度,所述长齿条5横断面呈“凸”形,置于推焦杆3相应长槽中,间隙配合,依靠长槽两侧面的上沿面对长齿条5“凸”形的两肩进行限位,上沿面与“凸”形两肩之间有间隙,所述长齿条5底部支承在滑动辊4上,所述滑动辊4联接在推焦杆3中,所述前、后机架9、13紧固在减速机底板7上,所述减速机底板7、底脚6及推焦支座1顺次联接一体,其工作原理是:驱动齿轮8顺时针转时,长齿条5推动推焦杆3向前移动,反之,驱动齿轮8逆时针转时,长齿条5推动推焦杆3向后移动,由于长齿条5不是固定在推焦杆3之上,因此当推焦杆3出现“塌腰”时,齿轮-齿条的侧隙与顶隙仍处于理论值,所述针齿壳18联接在后机架13内孔,所述针销20半埋在针齿壳18中,称半埋齿结构使针销具有很高弯曲力(朱孝录《齿轮传动设计手册》828页)。

1.一种卧式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置,包括推焦支座(1)、支承辊(2)、推焦杆(3)及传动装置,所述推焦杆(3)包括推焦头与滑履,所述推焦杆(3)为箱体结构支承在支承辊(2)上,支承辊(2)中有三组带有侧辊以防止推焦杆(3)跑偏,所述支承辊(2)联接在推焦支座(1)的底部,所述传动装置包括电机转子轴(19)及装在转子轴(19)上的偏心轴承(17)、摆线轮(16)、针齿壳(18)、针销(20)及销轴式输出机构,销轴式输出机构包括输出轴(11)、柱销(14)及柱套(15),其特征在于:
