本发明涉及一种球连接套结构，包括本体，其特征在于：本体包括连接为一体的圆柱部及球壳部，圆柱部带有螺纹孔，球壳部具有带开口的内腔，球壳部上设有通孔；圆柱部与球壳部的连接处具有环形槽，环形槽内套置卡环，卡环包括环部及直部，环部套置于环形槽内，其直部置于球壳部的通孔中。本发明比较现有的球连接套结构，其结构紧凑，占用空间小，通过简易的卡环提高球连接的稳定性，简化了连接过程，提高了安装效率。

本发明涉及机械设备领域，尤其涉及球连接结构。
背景技术
球连接是机械部件之间的常见的连接形式，球连接结构由于两部分之间要相互转动，其连接的稳固性至关重要，目前大部分的球连接结构要么是连接结构较为复杂，要不是连接的稳固性不高，部件间容易脱离。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术的上述缺点，进行研究及改进，提供一种球连接套结构，其具有结构简单、安装方便、连接稳定性高的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种球连接套结构，包括本体，其特征在于：本体包括连接为一体的圆柱部及球壳部，圆柱部带有螺纹孔，球壳部具有带开口的内腔，球壳部上设有通孔；圆柱部与球壳部的连接处具有环形槽，环形槽内套置卡环，卡环包括环部及直部，环部套置于环形槽内，其直部置于球壳部的通孔中。
本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明比较现有的球连接套结构，其结构紧凑，占用空间小，通过简易的卡环提高球连接的稳定性，简化了连接过程，提高了安装效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，说明本发明的具体实施方式。
见图1及图2，本发明包括本体，其特征在于：本体包括连接为一体的圆柱部1及球壳部2，圆柱部1带有螺纹孔11，螺纹孔11用于将本体固接于机架(未画出)上；球壳部2具有带开口23的内腔22，内腔22内放置带有球结构的部件，球壳部2上设有通孔21；圆柱部1与球壳部2的连接处具有环形槽3，环形槽3内套置卡环4，卡环4包括环部41及直部42，环部41套置于环形槽3内，其直部42置于球壳部2的通孔21中，用于挡住置于内腔22中的球结构部件，提高连接的稳固性。

1.一种球连接套结构，包括本体，其特征在于：所述本体包括连接为一体的圆柱部(1)及球壳部(2)，所述圆柱部(1)带有螺纹孔(11)，所述球壳部(2)具有带开口(23)的内腔(22)，球壳部(2)上设有通孔(21)；所述圆柱部(1)与所述球壳部(2)的连接处具有环形槽(3)，所述环形槽(3)内套置卡环(4)，所述卡环(4)包括环部(41)及直部(42)，所述环部(41)套置于所述环形槽(3)内，其直部(42)置于所述球壳部(2)的通孔(21)中。
