技术领域
本发明涉及一种在齿轮加工时对齿轮进行对中的装置。
背景技术
传统加工相对其它齿轮有角度要求的齿轮时，都需要在工件上加工出工艺台，两个齿轮的加工都相对工艺台作出角度要求，此方法对工件设计增加了难度，加工齿轮时对中也相当麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种齿轮对中装置，该装置是利用一个已加工齿轮的齿槽进行对中来加工另一个齿轮，对中更方便、快捷。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种齿轮对中装置，包括支座，对中轴穿过支座，对中轴上设有把手，法兰盘安装在支座一侧，调节螺母套装在对中轴上，调节螺母与套装在对中轴上的弹簧相配合，在对中轴后部设有与对中轴相配合的发迅开关。发迅开关通过开关支架与支座连接。在对中轴后部设有与对中轴相配合的发迅开关。发迅开关通过开关支架与支座连接。
本发明提供的齿轮对中装置，通过一个齿轮的齿槽进行对中来加工另一个齿轮，极大地方便了操作，保证了齿轮加工要求，本装置适用于两个齿轮有角度要求的对中，结构简单，操作方便、适用性强。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种齿轮对中装置，包括支座1，对中轴2穿过支座1，对中轴2上设有把手8，法兰盘7安装在支座1一侧，调节螺母4套装在对中轴2上，调节螺母4与套装在对中轴2上的弹簧3相配合，在对中轴2后部设有与对中轴2相配合的发迅开关6。发迅开关6通过开关支架5与支座1连接。
工作原理如下：将支座1、手把8、法兰盘7、发迅开关6、开关支架5、弹簧3、调节螺母4等部件按图1进行组装；将组装后的整体通过支座1上的螺钉与机床连接；通过调节法兰盘7上调节螺母5来压缩弹簧3，直至有足够的力量使对中轴2向工件9侧移动在工件9的齿轮齿槽中对中；对中完成后，通过手把8向右带动对中轴2，使对中轴2脱离齿轮齿槽，直至发迅开关6发迅。

1.一种齿轮对中装置，包括支座（1），其特征在于：对中轴（2）穿过支座（1），对中轴（2）上设有把手（8），法兰盘（7）安装在支座（1）一侧，调节螺母（4）套装在对中轴（2）上，调节螺母（4）与套装在对中轴（2）上的弹簧（3）相配合，在对中轴（2）后部设有与对中轴（2）相配合的发迅开关（6）；发迅开关（6）通过开关支架（5）与支座（1）连接。
