技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种治疗风湿类风湿药物及其制备方法，尤其涉及的是一种具有抗风湿类风湿疼痛功能的涂膜剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
中医认为肝藏血，肾主骨生髓，血气盛则肾气强，骨髓充满血气虚则肾气弱，血气不能行，人受七情内伤，情志抑郁，劳心伤脾，影响血气不畅而导致气滞血淤，内分泌与免疫紊乱失调血管及血液循环障碍，骨质疏松等因素。
风湿类风湿关节炎、股骨头坏死、强直性脊椎炎、骨质增生、腰间盘突出、坐骨神经痛、肩周炎、静脉炎、脉管炎及各种顽固性疼痛、麻木、酸沉、肿胀、紧硬、凉冷热等均属祖国中医的痹症范围。西医认为人体免疫功能低下，中医认为人体的体质虚弱，加上外受风寒湿热等邪气的侵袭是本病发展的重要原因。受风邪重者叫行痹，特点是全身患痛遇风寒湿或阴雨天气痛处加重；遇热则缓解；受湿邪重叫着痹。特点是疼痛部位有酸沉重感，肿胀或关节有积水，呈淡黄色、受热邪重者叫热痹，特点是关节部位红肿热痛，发病快，迅速发展到全身关节，肿大变形，失去活动能力发展为类风湿关节炎，导致终身残疾，给家庭、社会带来了沉重的负担。部分患者因病致穷，因穷而看不起病。从目前来说，国际医学界对风湿类风湿病的发病原因至今不明，而部分专家认为人体自身免疫功能低下，是本病发生发展的原因。那么找不到是那一种病菌感染，怎样能对症用药？正因为原因不明，也就没有什么特效方法，只能用一些止痛消炎激素类药物，头痛医头、脚痛医脚，治标不治本，疼痛一好转自认为痊愈，一旦再受风寒湿热、劳累，七情及其它原因，立即复发。病情反复发作导致病人体质更弱，病情更重，即是找到中医治疗也不过采用传统治疗方法，如用些姜、附子、川草乌、马钱子之类药物、辛燥克代过度，使脾胃肝肾受损伤严重，有些患者不能闻到中药味，喝下即吐，胸腹胀满、痞闷、食少便稀、身体消瘦、肌肉萎缩、病情加重，甚至形成终生残废。患者被病情折磨得求生不得，求死不能，比得癌症还痛苦，真可谓不死的癌症，患者无比渴望能够得到正确的彻底的治愈。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种具有抗风湿类风湿疼痛功能的涂膜剂及其制备方法，采用中西药结合的方法制备涂膜剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的，本发明的涂膜剂，包括生草乌40～60克，生川乌40～60克，生南星40～60克，生马钱子40～60克，乳香40～60克，没药40～60克，干姜20～40克，白芷20～40克，麻黄20～40克，细辛20～40克，樟脑15～25克，冰片5～15克，强的松5～15克，消炎痛5～15克，氮酮1～3克，羧甲基纤维素45～55克。
一种具有抗风湿类风湿疼痛功能的涂膜剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将上述中药生草乌，生川乌，生南星，生马钱子，乳香，没药，干姜，白芷，麻黄，细辛按比例搅拌均匀后粉碎；
（2）将上述中药用闪式中药机常温提取，每毫升提取液中含有生药1克；
（3）将上述中药的提取液400～500毫升与樟脑，冰片，强的松，消炎痛，氮酮，羧甲基纤维素按比例混合后搅拌均匀，然后灭菌，灌装成瓶即可。
组分分析：
生姜：辛热，温中散寒回阳通脉。
生川乌：辛苦热，祛寒湿，散风邪温经，止痛，助阳退阴，寒湿痹痛，心腹冷痛，头风痛，偏头痛，跌打损伤疼痛等。
生南星：苦辛温，燥湿化痰，祛风止痛。
白芷：辛温，祛风燥湿，消肿排浓止痛。
生草乌：辛苦热，搜风胜湿，散寒止痛，用于风湿痹痛，麻木，关节疼痛，心腹冷痛，跌打损伤疼痛。
生马钱子：苦寒，通络止痛，散结消肿，用于风湿顽痹，麻木瘫痪，类风湿性关节痛，跌打损伤，痈疽肿痛。
细辛：辛湿，祛风散寒，通窍止痛，风湿痹痛。
麻黄：辛、微苦、湿，风湿痹痛。
没药：苦平。散血祛瘀，消肿止痛，用于：跌损，筋骨伤痛。乳香辛、苦、温，调气活血，定痛，跌打损伤。
樟脑：味辛、性热、气芳香，外用能除湿止痒，杀虫止痛，可用于疥癣，湿疮瘙庠等皮肤病。
冰片：辛、苦、平，行气止痛。
强的松：抗炎，抗过敏，风湿热，类风湿性关节炎。
消炎痛：抗炎解热镇痛，主要用于：风湿性、类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊椎炎，骨关节炎。
氮酮：新型助渗剂，以其高效低毒令人嘱目，氮酮作为助渗剂，在渗透促进剂的处方中已广泛应用有提高疗效，降低药物的用量，对涂膜的稳定性及某些贵重药有意义，涂膜剂由于制备工艺简单，无需裱背材料，不用特殊的机械设备，是一种很有发展前途的剂型。
羧甲基纤维素为成膜剂，将中药提取液配合冰片氮酮，作为透皮吸收促进剂，可促进其它药物透皮吸收，增强疗效，研究表明涂膜剂不仅制备工艺简单，而且在使用时涂于患处可形成药膜保护创面，耐磨性能良好不易脱落，不需包扎，容易洗脱而不污染衣服，患者乐于接受，同时，膜的形成减少了皮肤表面水分的蒸发。以促进药物透过角质层缓慢释放，维持稳定持久的血药浓度能更好地发挥治疗作用。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点：本发明采取的方法是中药+西药制剂的涂膜剂，一反传统的治疗方法，取长补短，互补，达到标本兼治的目的。中药经过常温翠取，祛风除湿化瘀，消肿止痛的辅助治疗原则，提高人体抗病能力，增强体力，增加骨密度，增加免疫力，这样就能起到事半功倍的效果，达到治标治本、标本兼治、双管齐下，迅速治愈顽疾，一般病症3-5天见效，病重者不论病程多久半月、一个月均能好转。

本实施例的涂膜剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将上述中药生草乌，生川乌，生南星，生马钱子，乳香，没药，干姜，白芷，麻黄，细辛按比例搅拌均匀后粉碎；

经过580例患者临床观察未见任何不良反应，说明本发明药物组合物涂膜剂是一种治疗风湿类风湿颈肩腰腿痛安全而有效的药物。
1、临床病例：杨XX，男，65岁，临泉县人，2010年初诊全身关节肿痛，辗转上海、南京治疗半年病愈加重，四肢关节强直，长期不能行走，失去劳动能力。X线片显示双侧骶髂关节破坏，髋关节间隙明显变窄，诊断为风湿顽痹，使用本发明的涂膜剂一个月的治疗，关节肿痛渐消、功能恢复，生活自理，跟踪调查，停药2年未见复发。
2、柳XX，女，60岁，临泉县人，教师，患类风湿关节炎5年之久，长期服用激素药及止痛药，病情日渐加重，且出现全身及面部浮肿，全身关节肿痛，双手骨关节畸形，双肘，膝关节强直，生活完全失理，使用本发明的涂膜剂一年关节肿痛基本消失，功能改善，可从事正常工作，停药后随访，至今未复发。
3、曹XX，男，68岁，界首市人，农民，因外伤而出现膝关节疼痛，关节红肿，经医院化验诊断为类风湿性关节炎，常服用消炎痛、强的松等药物疗效欠佳，使用本发明的涂膜剂一个月双下肢由冷变温，精神良好，随访现能下地干活。
4、朱XX，女，48岁，太和县人，工人，经医院诊断为患风湿类风湿关节炎，肢关节肿痛，僵硬，双手指变形，无法合拢，手指无法正常工作，使用本发明的涂膜剂，经过两个疗程的治疗，症状明显减轻，手指可以像正常人一样完全合拢，并且能参加工作，跟踪随访，无复发。
Claims (2)
1.一种具有抗风湿类风湿疼痛功能的涂膜剂，其特征在于，包括生草乌40～60克，生川乌40～60克，生南星40～60克，生马钱子40～60克，乳香40～60克，没药40～60克，干姜20～40克，白芷20～40克，麻黄20～40克，细辛20～40克，樟脑15～25克，冰片5～15克，强的松5～15克，消炎痛5～15克，氮酮1～3克，羧甲基纤维素45～55克。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的具有抗风湿类风湿疼痛功能的涂膜剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）将上述中药生草乌，生川乌，生南星，生马钱子，乳香，没药，干姜，白芷，麻黄，细辛按比例搅拌均匀后粉碎；
（2）将上述中药用闪式中药机常温提取，每毫升提取液中含有生药1克；
（3）将上述中药的提取液400～500毫升与樟脑，冰片，强的松，消炎痛，氮酮，羧甲基纤维素按比例混合后搅拌均匀，然后灭菌，灌装成瓶即可。
