技术领域
本发明涉及用于与分配机构如泵或阀结合的流体产品分配头。分配头形成分配管,分配管在上游与泵或阀的出口连通,在下游与分配孔连通。分配头另外包括用于选择性封闭分配管的封闭器,该封闭器可以在供应管中在封闭位置与分配位置之间移动。尤其地,这种分配头可与泵或阀结合,用于香水、护肤化妆品或甚至药品领域中。本发明还涉及包括储存器、泵或阀、和根据本发明的分配头的分配器。
背景技术
在现有技术中,已知两大类用于流体产品分配头的封闭器。第一类封闭器可以称为外封闭器,因为它从外部封闭分配管和/或分配孔。使用者一般应作用于封闭器,以释放分配孔,因此可以使用分配器。第二类封闭器可以称为内封闭器,因为它集成于分配头内部。在这种情况下,封闭器常常定位在分配管中,在该分配管内移动,以选择性封闭和释放分配管和/或分配孔。在任何情况下都可认为,分配孔构成分配管的一部分。大部分内封闭器或内置封闭器完全布置在分配头内部,因此不能从外部触及到。为使封闭器可以在分配管内移动,一般利用被分配流体产品的压力,使得封闭器如同活塞般运行。实际上,当来自分配机构出口的压力流体产品到达分配管中时,其使封闭器移动,因此封闭器释放分配管和/或分配孔。使用者不需要作用于封闭器上:大部分时间,使用者甚至意识不到封闭器集成在分配头中。
无论涉及外封闭器还是内封闭器,这二者全都具有一些缺点。外封闭器需要使用者常常巧妙的操作。另外,封闭器上总是存在残余流体产品,使得其可能弄脏使用者的手或衣服。至于内封闭器,它需要制造复杂和精确的构件。另外,有时会发生封闭器在分配管内受阻。
还存在包括两个软唇部的带有自接合缝口的封闭器,两个软唇部静止时密封接触,而在流体产品的压力下分开。例如可以举出文献FR-2 857342。此类带有缝口的封闭器可以通过唇部从缝口再深入实现可接受的封闭,但是为压下泵的按压件,则需要相当大的致动力。
在现有技术中,还知道文献US399640和US3913804,它们描述了设有沿封闭器的移动轴线移动的旋钮形式的推力元件的封闭器。因此,使用者应将旋钮旋紧到底以便锁定封闭器,而拧松它以便能够使用分配器。这构成使用者将很快忘记做的专门操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过提出一种新型封闭器来克服现有技术的封闭器的上述缺点,以可并入其它更容易的操作中的不同方式进行该新型封闭器的打开/关闭。
为此,本发明提出用于与流体产品分配机构如泵结合的流体产品分配头,分配头形成分配管,分配管在上游与分配机构的出口连通,在下游与分配孔连通,分配头另外包括用于选择性封闭分配管的封闭器,该封闭器可以在分配管中沿移动轴线在封闭位置与分配位置之间移动,分配头另外包括用于把封闭器推向它的封闭位置的推力元件,推力元件可以与封闭器的移动轴线基本垂直地移动。
在本发明的范围内,需要很好理解的是,分配头所形成的推力元件不是由使用者的手构成的。推力元件也不再集成于封闭器。推力元件不是集成于封闭器或作用于封闭器的弹簧。相反,推力元件是与封闭器区分开的分配头构件。
因此,封闭器被推力元件从外部推动,推力元件被使用者直接或间接移动。因此,本发明的封闭器同时结合在于封闭器布置在分配管内部的内封闭器、和在于推力元件可触及到封闭器的一部分的外封闭器的特征。当然,推力元件有利地位于分配管外。
根据本发明的一有利方面,推力元件可以相对封闭器切向转动移动。
有利的是,推力元件包括与封闭器滑动接触的曲形偏心斜面。封闭器可以是转动的而推力元件则是固定的,或者反过来。
根据一实用实施方式,推力元件可以由用于接纳分配机构及固定安装在流体产品储存器上的安装构件形成。另一方面,分配管可以由用于能转动地安装在分配机构出口上的转动插入件形成,分配孔与相对推力元件转动的转动致动机构固连在一起。有利的是,插入件形成至少一个凸轮道,用于通过使致动机构转动来使按压件轴向移动。优选地,致动机构为外壳的形式,其包括用于使分配孔通过的侧向孔眼、和用于使按压件通过的上开口。根据本发明的封闭器与伸缩按压件的结合是特别有利的,因为使用者转动外壳,以使按压件伸出和缩进,而使用者甚至没有意识到该操作导致释放和/或封闭分配管。这样,本发明的封闭器重新集成了内封闭器的特征,因为使用者甚至没有意识到它的存在及作用。
根据一实用实施方式,封闭器可以包括用于密封接触到在分配管中形成的座上的封闭尖头、用于与推力元件接触以推动尖头接触座的推力区、和用于推动尖头离开座的柔性膜。推力区有利地位于与封闭尖头相反的端部。柔性膜优选在与分配孔相反的分配管端部封闭分配管。
本发明还确定包括流体产品储存器、流体产品分配机构如泵或阀、和如上所限定的分配头的流体产品分配器。分配头优选安装在分配机构上和/或储存器上。
本发明的理念在于这样的事实:封闭器位于分配管内部,但封闭器是可利用推力元件从分配管外致动的,推力元件是与封闭器分开的构件,推力元件与封闭器在分配管中的移动方向基本垂直或至少横向于该移动方向移动。封闭器与推力元件之间的相对移动可以是直线运动或平移、或甚至转动。封闭器可以被带动转动,而推力元件保持固定。

安装构件4也是执行多种功能的复杂构件。首先,安装构件4包括基本柱形的主要部分41,主要部分41在其下端部由与储存器R的颈部C接合的固定环44延长。安装构件4还限定用于分配机构P的接纳槽43。该接纳槽43以同心的方式形成在主要部分41内。主要部分41在其上端部形成向上开放的两个轴向缝口46。主要部分41还形成图2和4中可以看到的、用于转动插入件1移动的径向窗口45。如图1中可以看到的,径向窗口45可以与轴向缝口46之一连通。最后,如不同图中可以看到的,主要部分41限定用于与封闭器2的推力区25接触的推力元件42。例如,该推力元件42可以呈逐渐凸起于主要部分41内以达到最大的偏心斜面的形式。在不同图中可以清楚看到这一点。在图2中,推力区25位于斜面42的最高部(maximum),而在图4中,推力区25位于斜面42的最低部(pied)。通过比较不同图,很容易理解的是,封闭器2和推力元件42绕与封闭器2的移动轴线垂直的竖向纵轴线相对于彼此互相转动移动。因此,在推力区25与推力元件42之间建立滑动接触。在图1和2中,推力区25被推力元件42强力推动,使得柔性膜23变形到最大,且尖头22密封压靠接触于座14上,因此封闭分配管12。因此,分配机构P的出口S与分配孔31之间的通道被禁止。在图3和4中看到,推力区25没有被推力元件42推动,使得柔性膜23可以放松,将尖头22推离开座14。因此,流体产品可以得到从分配机构P的出口S直到分配孔31的通道。因此,柔性膜23如回位弹簧般作用,以推动尖头22离开座14。推力机构42用作施压于柔性膜23以移动并最终使尖头22压靠座14。当然,为从封闭位置移动到分配位置,必须实现封闭器2与安装构件4之间的转动运动。
作为变型,即使没有推力元件42的推动,膜23也可把尖头22推靠在座14上。在这种情况下,每次致动时,随压力流体产品的到达而进行封闭器打开。则推力元件执行锁定/解锁封闭器的简单功能,但不控制封闭器。
外壳5执行可以使封闭器2相对安装构件4转动移动的致动机构的功能。为此,外壳5包括侧向孔眼53,转动插入件1的插管13以及分配护挡件3的管套32穿过该侧向孔眼53。侧向孔眼53为长圆形,用以在致动分配头时可以使分配孔31有限轴向移动。因此,通过带动外壳5围绕自身转动,外壳5带动分配孔31随其移动,因此,转动插入件1以及封闭器2与外壳5一起转动。转动插入件1在出口S上的转动,可以在插入件1与出口S之间进行,或者作为变型,插入件1也可带动出口S转动。如下面将看到的,外壳5在其上端部限定用于按压件6的宽大的通过开口56。
总之,外壳5可以带动转动插入件1和它的封闭器2围绕与封闭器的移动轴线垂直的纵轴线转动。但是,由于安装构件4通过它的环44固定安装在颈部C上,因而相对转动在外壳5与安装构件4之间、因此在安装构件4与封闭器2之间进行。因此,外壳5使封闭器2相对推力元件42转动,而推力元件相对储存器R保持静止。换句话说,推力元件42可以与封闭器2的移动轴线基本垂直并相切地移动。
因此,使用者可以通过转动外壳5作用在封闭器2上。使用者对完全容置在外壳5内的安装构件4的存在甚至没有任何意识。对于从外面看不见的转动插入件1同样如此。可以在外壳5处在推力区25的高度实施呈小窗口52形式的对于使用者来说可见的指示器。该小视窗可通向安装构件4,安装构件4可以包括当分配头T处在图1和2上所示的位置时的文字OFF、以及当分配头在图3和4上所示的位置时的文字ON。
按压件6是使用者用于致动分配头、因此致动分配机构P的构件。按压件6包括上按压壁61,使用者可以借助一个或多个手指轴向按压在按压壁61上。按压件6还包括基本柱形的侧向裙部,裙部在内侧形成两个接合在套筒16的凸轮道17中的凸轮销62。裙部在外侧形成接合在安装构件4的主要部分41的轴向缝口46中的两个轴向引导凸柱64。这样,按压件6在轴向缝口46中被轴向引导,而不进行转动运动。另一方面,由于这些凸轮销62接合在凸轮道17中,因而按压件6被迫轴向移动。由于套筒16在主要部分41中转动,因此,当转动外壳5时,按压件6承受轴向平移,而没有转动分量。
使用时,使用者利用外壳5来使按压件6轴向移动,以便使按压件伸出以能够从上方按压它。使用者转动外壳5所寻求的正是这种功能和视觉作用。但是,这样,使用者还作用在封闭器2上,使封闭器相对推力元件42的偏心斜面移动。因此,封闭器2从图1和2上所示的其封闭位置转换到图3和4上所示的其分配位置。使用者转动所述外壳5,却甚至没有意识到会作用于封闭器,使用者甚至忽略封闭器的存在。因此,根据本发明的封闭器与这里描述的伸缩按压件结合是特别有利的,因为封闭器被致动,而使用者甚至没有意识到这点。他认为简单地作用在伸缩按压件上,而实际上他也作用在封闭器上。
另外,使伸缩按压件6轴向移动的轴向移动机构是可以本身加以保护、即独立于本发明的封闭器进行保护的特征。
还需注意的是,按压件在图1的构型中是锁定的,而在图3构型中是解锁的,因此是可致动的。因此,本发明的封闭器还可有利地与任何转动的锁定/解锁按压件的系统结合,例如文献FR2819793的系统,其防止按压件在锁定位置轴向移动,而允许按压件在致动位置轴向移动,按压件通过围绕一轴线自转而从一位置转换到另一位置。
借助本发明,具备一种封闭器,其集成于分配管,但可通过分开的推力元件从外部致动,推力元件可以相对封闭器切向和/或垂直地移动。
Claims (9)
1.流体产品分配头(T),用于与流体产品分配机构(P)结合,所述流体产品分配头(T)形成分配管(12),所述分配管在上游与所述流体产品分配机构(P)的出口(S)连通,在下游与分配孔(31)连通,所述流体产品分配头(T)另外包括用于选择性封闭所述分配管(12)的封闭器(2),所述封闭器(2)能在封闭位置与分配位置之间在所述分配管(12)中沿移动轴线移动,所述流体产品分配头(T)另外包括用于把所述封闭器(2)推向其封闭位置的推力元件(42),所述推力元件(42)能基本垂直于所述封闭器(2)的移动轴线移动,所述推力元件(42)能相对所述封闭器(2)切向转动移动,
其特征在于,所述推力元件(42)包括与所述封闭器(2)滑动接触的曲形的偏心斜面。
2.如权利要求1所述的流体产品分配头,其中,所述推力元件(42)位于分配管(12)外。
3.如权利要求1所述的流体产品分配头,其中,所述推力元件(42)由安装构件(4)形成,所述安装构件用于接纳所述流体产品分配机构(P)及用于固定安装在流体产品储存器(R)上。
4.如权利要求1所述的流体产品分配头,其中,所述分配管(12)由转动插入件(1)形成,所述转动插入件用于能转动地安装在所述流体产品分配机构(P)的出口(S)上,所述分配孔(31)固连于相对所述推力元件(42)转动的转动致动机构。
5.如权利要求4所述的流体产品分配头,其中,所述转动插入件(1)形成至少一个凸轮道(17),用于通过转动所述转动致动机构使按压件(6)轴向移动。
6.如权利要求5所述的流体产品分配头,其中,所述转动致动机构呈外壳的形式,包括用于使所述分配孔(31)通过的侧向孔眼(53)和用于使所述按压件(6)通过的上开口(56)。
7.如权利要求1所述的流体产品分配头,其中,所述封闭器(2)包括:
-用于密封接触到所述分配管(12)中形成的座(14)上的封闭尖头(22),
-用于与所述推力元件(42)接触以便推动所述封闭尖头(22)接触所述座(14)的推力区(25),和
-用于将所述封闭尖头(22)推离开所述座(14)的柔性膜(23)。
8.流体产品分配器,其包括流体产品储存器(R)、流体产品分配机构(P)和如上述权利要求中任一项所述的流体产品分配头(T),所述流体产品分配头安装在所述流体产品分配机构(P)和所述流体产品储存器(R)上。
9.如权利要求8所述的流体产品分配器,其另外包括按压件锁定系统,所述按压件锁定系统防止按压件在锁定位置轴向移动,而允许所述按压件在致动位置轴向移动,所述按压件通过围绕一轴线自转而从一位置转换到另一位置。
