At its upper end, the main section 41 forms two axial slots 46 which are open upwards. The main section 41 also forms a radial window 45, visible in FIGS. 2 and 4, for the displacement of the rotary insert 1. The radial window 45 may communicate with one of the axial slots 46, as can be seen in FIG. The main section 41 finally defines a thrust member 42 intended to come into contact with the thrust zone 25 of the shutter 2, as can be seen in the various figures.
- This thrust element 42 may for example be in the form of an eccentric ramp which progressively protrudes inside the main section 41 to reach a maximum. This is clearly visible in the different figures. In Figure 2, the area 25 is located at the maximum of the ramp 42, while in Figure 4, the thrust zone 25 is located at the foot of the ramp 42. It is easily understood by comparing the different figures that the shutter 2 and the element pushing means 42 move mutually in rotation relative to each other along a vertical longitudinal axis which is perpendicular to the axis of movement of the shutter 2. As a result, a sliding contact is established between the zone 25 and the thrust element 42. In FIGS.
- the thrust zone 25 is strongly biased by the thrust element 42, so that the flexible membrane 23 is deformed to the maximum and the needle 22 is in sealing contact against the seat 14, thus closing the distribution duct 12.
- the passage between the outlet S of the dispensing member P and the dispensing orifice 31 is thus prohibited.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 it can be seen that the thrust zone 25 is not stressed by the thrust element 42, so that the flexible membrane 23 can relax and push the needle 22 away from the seat 14. , the fluid product can find a passage from the outlet S of the dispensing member P to the dispensing orifice 31.
- the flexible membrane 23 thus acts in the manner of a return spring to push the needle 22 away from the seat 14.
- the thrust member 42 serves to constrain the flexible membrane 23 so as to move and finally press the needle 22 against the seat 14.
- the membrane 23 can push the needle 22 against the seat 14, even in the absence of biasing the push member 42.
- the opening of the shutter is effected with the arrival of the fluid product under pressure with each actuation.
- the pushing element then performs a simple function of locking / unlocking the shutter, but does not control it.
- the outer shell 5 performs an actuating function to move the shutter 2 in rotation relative to the mounting piece 4.
- the outer shell 5 comprises a lateral hole 53 to through which the cannula 13 of the rotary insert 1 passes, as well as the sleeve 32 of the distribution plastron 3.
- the lateral hole 53 is oblong to allow the limited axial displacement of the dispensing orifice 31 during the actuation of the dispensing head. Therefore, by driving the outer shell 5 in rotation on itself, it carries with it the dispensing orifice 31, and therefore the rotary insert 1 and the shutter 2 rotates together with the outer shell 5.
- the rotation of the rotary insert 1 on the output S can be done between the insert 1 and the output S, or alternatively the insert 1 can cause the output S also in rotation.
- the outer shell 5 defines a wide opening passage 56 for the pusher 6, as will be seen below.
- the outer shell 5 rotates the rotary insert 1 and its shutter 2 about the longitudinal axis which is perpendicular to the axis of displacement of the shutter.
- the mounting piece 4 is fixedly mounted on the neck C by means of its ring 44, a relative rotation is effected between the outer shell 5 and the mounting piece 4, and therefore between the piece of 4 and the shutter 2.
- the outer shell 5 rotates the shutter 2 relative to the push member 42, which remains static with respect to the reservoir R.
- the push member 42 is movable substantially perpendicularly and tangentially to the axis of displacement of the shutter 2.
- the user can therefore act on the shutter 2 by rotating the outer shell 5. He is not even aware of the existence of the mounting piece 4, which is entirely housed inside the shell 5. It is the same for the rotary insert 1 which is not visible from the outside. It is possible to produce a visual indicator for the user at the outer shell 5 in the form of a small window 52 at the thrust area 25. This small viewing window provides access to the mounting piece 4 which may include an OFF inscription when the head T is in the position shown in Figures 1 and 2, and an inscription ON when the dispensing head is in the position shown in Figures 3 and 4.
- the pusher 6 is the part that serves the user to actuate the dispensing head, and thus the dispensing member P.
- the pusher 6 comprises an upper support wall 61 on which the user can press axially to using one or more finger (s).
- the pusher 6 also comprises a substantially cylindrical lateral skirt internally forming two cam lugs 62 engaged in the cam paths 17 of the bushing 16. Externally, the skirt forms two axial guide pins 64 engaged in the axial slots 46 of the main section 41 of the mounting piece 4. In this way, the pusher 6 is guided axially in the axial slots 46 without performing rotational movement.
- the pusher 6 is forced to move axially due to the engagement of these cam pins 62 in the cam paths 17. Since the sleeve 16 rotates in the main section 41, the pusher 6 thus undergoes a translational axial displacement without rotating component when the outer shell 5 is rotated.
- the user will use the outer shell 5 to axially move the pusher 6 to make it out to be able to press it. It is the functional and visual effect that it seeks by rotating the outer shell 5. However, in so doing, it also acts on the shutter 2 by moving it relative to the eccentric ramp of the pushing member 42. The shutter 2 thus goes from its closed position shown in Figures 1 and 2 to its dispensing position shown in Figures 3 and 4. The user is not even aware by turning the outer shell 5 that it acts on a shutter, whose existence it does not even know.
- the combination of a shutter according to the invention with a telescopic pusher as described herein is particularly advantageous because the shutter is actuated without even the user realizes it.
