背景技术
随着城乡建设高速、跨越式发展，目前不论城市还是农村，住房面积都在不断扩大，但土地面积总是有限的，这样就不能满足人们的建筑需求了，特别是在城市中心没有土地建设别墅，这样有钱人想在城市中心住别墅的理想得不到满足，同时，这一建筑市场得不到有效的供给，从而对国家经济发展不利。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种在城市中心占地面积小，可以建别墅，让有钱人在城市中心能住到别墅的愿望得到实现的空中立体别墅。
本发明一种空中立体别墅，包括：房屋框架2，房屋框架2分为多层，每层框架的楼板上设置有两层别墅房1，在每层框架的楼板上设置有绿化带水景、小品3，还设置有与房屋配套的水电井4、电梯间5以及楼梯6。
每层楼板之间的距离9~12M，每层楼可设置多栋别墅，多栋别墅共用水电井4、电梯间5以及楼梯6。
所述的别墅外观可以设计符合建筑规范要求的多种多样的形状。
本发明空中立体别墅的优点是：在城市中心建筑用地非常紧张的情况下，可以建造很多别墅，有效的利用了建筑用地和空间，使有钱人在城市中心享受住别墅的愿望，同时使城市建筑风格多样化，且建筑物的立体绿化能够净化城市空气。

所述的别墅外观可以设计符合建筑规范要求的多种多样的形状。
