本发明公开了光敏变色防伪油墨,该油墨按质量比主要由以下组分组成:变色颜料0.5-1%、成膜剂1-3%、配色颜料1-10%、丙二醇5-20%、乙醇70-90%。本产品适合作为防伪标志用于各种产品的标签和包装上,本发明光敏变色防伪油墨的特点是:一、采用光可逆变色的颜料作为主要色料环保无毒;二、墨水可在紫外光和可见光下进行有色和无色之间可逆转化变色;三、也可在光照下发生不同颜色之间的转换从而识别产品的真伪。

本发明涉及一种紫外光和可见光可逆变色的油墨配方,该油墨尤其适合作为防伪标志用于各种产品的标签和包装上。
背景技术
多年来假冒、伪劣、盗版等现象屡禁不止,对正牌产品的正常经营和销售影响极大,有的正牌产品甚至很难生存。防伪技术对企业和产品的生存和发展具有非常重要的意义,为确保正牌产品正常经营、保护其知识产权起到至关重要的作用。
发明内容
本发明采用一种能在紫外光和可见光下进行可逆变色的颜料配制而成的光敏变色防伪油墨。该油墨印刷在易于识别的特殊位置或者是印刷成特殊文字或图案,在上面设置涂层,消费者只要刮开涂层后在室外的阳光下就可见到文字或图案马上出现,颜色由浅到深逐渐清晰,放于暗处数分钟后又可褪为无色,也可在光照下发生不同颜色之间的转换,通过光照观察印刷的文字或者图案发生变色用于识别产品的真伪。光敏防伪检测方便、迅速、准确、简单不需要任何特殊的辅助仪器,操作人员也不需经过专门培训即可实际操作、适合于普通消费者。可用于医药、香烟、文化出版制品等各个领域的防伪。
本发明光敏变色防伪油墨的特点是:一、采用光可逆变色的颜料作为主要色料环保无毒;二、墨水可在紫外光和可见光下进行有色和无色之间可逆转化变色;三、也可在光照下发生不同颜色之间的转换从而识别产品的真伪。

制备本发明光敏变色防伪油墨的步骤为:
将发色原料加入乙醇中加热溶解后加入丙二醇和成膜剂等成分搅拌均匀即可。
