    本发明涉及一种篮球用品，尤其涉及一种发泡篮球内胎。 
背景技术
现有的篮球内胎采用天然胶制作，其缺点是气密性不好，弹跳性不佳。在使用过程中容易出现漏气、无弹性等问题，且使用天然胶本身成本也较高。 
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：发泡篮球内胎，所述内胎由胶体经混炼、出片、拼接成型，再通过硫化加工定型，其特征在于，所述胶体的混炼倍份值为0.35，其中，烟胶的phr为25-40、丁基胶的phr为75-80；碳黑的phr为30-40；轻钙的phr为22-28；活钙的phr为40-45；滑石粉的phr为15-20；油phr为8-10；氧化锌phr为5-7、硬脂酸phr为0.8-1.1、防老剂phr为1-2、腊phr为1-1.3；硫磺phr为2.4-2.6；促进剂phr为4-5。 
本发明的优点是：工艺简单，有较好的气密性、弹跳性、强度以及撞击耐磨性能。

下面具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。 
本发明采用的技术方案是：发泡篮球内胎，内胎由胶体经混炼、出片、拼接成型，再通过硫化加工定型，其特征在于，胶体的混炼倍份值为0.35，其中，烟胶的phr为25-40、丁基胶的phr为75-80；碳黑的phr为30-40；轻钙的phr为22-28；活钙的phr为40-45；滑石粉的phr为15-20；油phr为8-10；氧化锌phr为5-7、硬脂酸phr为0.8-1.1、防老剂phr为1-2、腊phr为1-1.3；硫磺phr为2.4-2.6；促进剂phr为4-5。 
本发明的优点是：工艺简单，有较好的气密性、弹跳性、强度以及撞击耐磨性能。
一份胶体中各组分的重量值为其phr值与混炼倍份值的乘积。如烟胶的phr为40，则其重量为40*0.35=14kg。

1.一种发泡篮球内胎，所述内胎由胶体经混炼、出片、拼接成型，再通过硫化加工定型，其特征在于，所述胶体的混炼倍份值为0.35，其中，烟胶的phr为25-40、丁基胶的phr为75-80；碳黑的phr为30-40；轻钙的phr为22-28；活钙的phr为40-45；滑石粉的phr为15-20；油phr为8-10；氧化锌phr为5-7、硬脂酸phr为0.8-1.1、防老剂phr为1-2、腊phr为1-1.3；硫磺phr为2.4-2.6；促进剂phr为4-5。
