技术领域
本发明涉及摩托车车轮结构的技术领域,具体为一种摩托车车轮的辐条和轮辋的连接结构。
背景技术
现有的铝制的摩托车车轮的辐条和轮辋之间的连接处的厚度大于辐条、轮辋的其余部分的厚度,由于铝制车轮采用覆膜砂模具浇铸成型,浇铸过程中,由于摩托车车轮的辐条和轮辋之间的连接处的厚度远大于辐条、轮辋的其余部分的厚度,导致该连接处所积聚的热量大于其余部分,该处的热量无法和其余部分一样均匀的散热,使得该连接处易产生疏松气孔,进而使得该连接处的结构强度差,易发生断裂,进而影响整个车轮的强度。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种摩托车车轮的辐条和轮辋的连接结构,其使得辐条和轮辋的连接处的厚度和辐条、轮辋的其余部分的厚度基本相同,确保在浇铸成型过程中,连接处得散热,使得连接处不易产生疏松气孔,确保结构强度,进而确保整个车轮的强度。
一种摩托车车轮的辐条和轮辋的连接结构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括车轮毂部、辐条、轮辋,所述车轮毂部通过均布的辐条连接所述轮辋,其特征在于:每根所述辐条和所述轮辋的连接处的位置设置有凹槽,所述凹槽顺着轮辋的弧度方向布置,所述凹槽向所述轮辋的内侧下凹,所述轮辋的凹槽表面即为所述辐条的外表面。
其进一步特征在于:所述凹槽相对于所述轮辋的宽度方向的中心平面对称布置。
采用本发明的结构后,由于每根辐条和轮辋的连接处的位置设置有凹槽,凹槽顺着轮辋的弧度方向布置,凹槽向轮辋的内侧下凹,轮辋的凹槽表面即为辐条的外表面,所述凹槽向所述轮辋的内侧下凹的厚度使得轮辋的凹槽表面的厚度和所述辐条、轮辋的其余部分的厚度基本相同,即辐条和轮辋的连接处的厚度和辐条、轮辋的其余部分的厚度基本相同,确保在浇铸成型过程中,连接处得散热,使得连接处不易产生疏松气孔,确保结构强度,进而确保整个车轮的强度。

见图1,其包括车轮毂部1、辐条2、轮辋3,车轮毂部1通过均布的辐条2连接轮辋3,每根辐条2和轮辋3的连接处的位置设置有凹槽4,凹槽4顺着轮辋3的弧度方向布置,凹槽4向轮辋3的内侧下凹,轮辋3的凹槽表面即为辐条2的外表面,凹槽4相对于轮辋3的宽度方向的中心平面对称布置。凹槽4向轮辋3的内侧下凹的厚度使得轮辋3的凹槽表面的厚度和辐条2、轮辋3的其余部分的厚度基本相同。

1.一种摩托车车轮的辐条和轮辋的连接结构,其包括车轮毂部、辐条、轮辋,所述车轮毂部通过均布的辐条连接所述轮辋,其特征在于:每根所述辐条和所述轮辋的连接处的位置设置有凹槽,所述凹槽顺着轮辋的弧度方向布置,所述凹槽向所述轮辋的内侧下凹,所述轮辋的凹槽表面即为所述辐条的外表面;所述凹槽相对于所述轮辋的宽度方向的中心平面对称布置。
