一种车速信号省油整流器由稳压模块、信号模块、可控硅、整流二极管、一号交流线、正极线、二号交流线、负极线、信号线组成。其特征在于,两粒整流二极管的阴极对接并引出一根正极线,两粒整流二极管的阳极分别与可控硅的阴极连接,并各自引出一号交流线和二号交流线,两个可控硅的阳极并联并引出一根负极线,正极线和负极线与稳压模块和信号模块的正负极输入端分别并联,稳压模块的输出端和信号模块的输出端同时与两个可控硅的控制极四端并联,信号模块引出一根信号线。有益效果,本一种车速信号省油整流器具有在车辆高速行驶时关闭可控硅阴阳极的作用,从而提高发动机高转速时的功率输出的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种摩托车的开关式整流充电部分的可控硅的开关控制技术,具体的讲是一种车速信号省油整流器。
背景技术
摩托车普遍采用短路型稳压方式,这种构造简单,但磁电机负载大,发电机的所有过多电压均从地线泄流,引起可控硅温度过高,其次,为了克服磁电机的磁割力,势必引起燃油的不必要浪费;而作为开关式控制的整流器,虽然具有满电断开磁电机与整流器的连接,但是,其在发动机高转速时的负载,将影响发动机的最大功率的输出。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种车速信号省油整流器,具有在车辆高速行驶时关闭可控硅阴阳极的作用,从而提高发动机高转速时的功率输出的功能。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:本一种车速信号省油整流器,由稳压模块、信号模块、可控硅、整流二极管、一号交流线、正极线、二号交流线、负极线、信号线组成,其特征在于,两粒整流二极管的阴极对接并引出一根正极线,两粒整流二极管的阳极分别与可控硅的阴极连接,并分别引出一号交流线和二号交流线,两个可控硅的阳极并联并引出一根负极线,正极线和负极线与稳压模块和信号模块的正负极输入端分别并联,稳压模块的输出端和信号模块的输出端同时与两个可控硅的控制极四端并联,信号模块引出一根信号线,
把正极线与摩托车蓄电池的正极线连接,负极线与摩托车蓄电池的负极线连接,一号交流线和二号交流线分别与磁电机的交流输出线连接,信号线与速度传感器连接;
启动发动机,磁电机的电能经一号交流线和二号交流线进入可控整流部分,经整流二极管和可控硅转换成直流电向蓄电池补充电能,当蓄电池的电压达到稳压模块设定的导通电压时,可控硅的控制极电压归零,可控整流部分的输出电流迅速降低,即稳压状态;
当所述的信号模块接收信号线的信号为:车辆的行驶速度超过每小时70公里时,信号模块将强制性的把稳压模块的输出端电压调节为零,使可控硅处于完全关闭的状态。
与已有技术比较,使用本一种车速信号省油整流器可解决发动机高转速时可控硅负载引起的发动机功率下降的弊端。
综上所述,正因为本一种车速信号省油整流器具有在车辆高速行驶时关闭可控硅阴阳极的作用,从而提高发动机高转速时的功率输出的功能。

图1是本发明一种车速信号省油整流器的结构图,本发明由稳压模块、信号模块、可控硅、整流二极管、一号交流线、正极线、二号交流线、负极线、信号线组成。在图1中,两粒整流二极管4的阴极对接并引出一根正极线6,两粒整流二极管4的阳极分别与可控硅3的阴极连接,并各自引出一号交流线5和二号交流线7,两个可控硅3的阳极并联并引出一根负极线8,正极线6和负极线8被同步输入到与稳压模块2的输入端和信号模块1的输入端并联,稳压模块2的输出端和信号模块1的输出端与两个可控硅3的控制极并联,信号模块1引出一根信号线9。
上述方式适用于单相全波磁电机使用。
对于使用在三相发动机时,可以将磁电机直接用两相即可,或增加一组二号可控硅与二号整流二极管的结合,将二号整流二极管的阴极与整流二极管4的阴极并联,二号整流二极管的阳极与二号可控硅的阴极连接,并引出一根三号交流线,二号可控硅的阳极与可控硅3的阳极并联使用,二号可控硅的控制极与可控硅3的控制极并联。

Claims (2)

1.一种车速信号省油整流器,由稳压模块、信号模块、可控硅、整流二极管、一号交流线、正极线、二号交流线、负极线、信号线组成,其特征在于,两粒整流二极管的阴极对接并引出一根正极线,两粒整流二极管的阳极分别与可控硅的阴极连接,并分别引出一号交流线和二号交流线,两个可控硅的阳极并联并引出一根负极线,正极线和负极线与稳压模块和信号模块的正负极输入端分别并联,稳压模块的输出端和信号模块的输出端同时与两个可控硅的控制极四端并联,信号模块引出一根信号线,
把正极线与摩托车蓄电池的正极线连接,负极线与摩托车蓄电池的负极线连接,一号交流线和二号交流线分别与磁电机的交流输出线连接,信号线与速度传感器连接;
启动发动机,磁电机的电能经一号交流线和二号交流线进入可控整流部分,经整流二极管和可控硅转换成直流电向蓄电池补充电能,当蓄电池的电压达到稳压模块设定的导通电压时,可控硅的控制极电压归零,可控整流部分的输出电流迅速降低,即稳压状态;
当所述的信号模块接收信号线的信号为:车辆的行驶速度超过每小时70公里时,信号模块将强制性的把稳压模块的输出端电压调节为零,使可控硅处于完全关闭的状态,
实现了在车辆高速行驶时关闭可控硅阴阳极的作用,从而提高发动机高转速时的功率输出的功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车速信号省油整流器,其特征在于,使用在三相发动机,磁电机直接用两相,或增加一组二号可控硅与二号整流二极管的结合,将二号整流二极管的阴极与整流二极管的阴极并联,二号整流二极管的阳极与二号可控硅的阴极连接,并引出一根三号交流线,二号可控硅的阳极与可控硅的阳极并联使用,二号可控硅的控制极与可控硅的控制极并联。
