本发明揭示了一种燃烧炉,包括炉体,所述炉体外侧设有炉架,所述炉体上设有炉门及出灰门,所述炉门设于所述出灰门上方,所述炉体内部设有炉条搁架,所述炉条搁架上装有炉条,所述炉体上端设有出气管,所述出气管两侧延伸段装有蝶阀,所述炉体下端设有进气口,所述进气口依次连接进风管,过滤管及风机,所述风机固定在底座上。本发明所揭示的燃烧炉具有结构简单,出气管内烟气温度可调的特点。

一种燃烧炉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃烧炉,尤其涉及一种提供干烟热气的燃烧炉。
背景技术
燃烧炉是一种将可燃物质进行燃烧已获得热能的装置,在复合肥的生产过程中,需要一步及其重要的烘干步骤,通过烘干机将复合肥进行烘干,然而烘干机的热能输入是个技术要点,目前一般的燃烧供热设备均结构复杂,且出口处的热量无法控制。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可控制出气口温度的提供干烟热气的燃烧炉。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出如下技术方案:一种燃烧炉,包括炉体,所述炉体外侧设有炉架,所述炉体上设有炉门及出灰门,所述炉门设于所述出灰门上方,所述炉体内部设有炉条搁架,所述炉条搁架上装有炉条,所述炉体上端设有出气管,所述出气管两侧延伸段装有蝶阀,所述炉体下端设有进气口,所述进气口依次连接进风管,过滤管及风机,所述风机固定在底座上。
所述炉体外侧设有隔热层。
所述炉体呈对称结构,两侧均设有所述炉门及出灰门,用以交替加煤。
所述出气管端部设有出气口。
与现有技术相比,本发明所揭示的燃烧炉具有结构简单,出气管内烟气温度可调的特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
如图1、2、3所示,本发明所揭示的一种燃烧炉,包括炉体1,所述炉体1外侧设有炉架2,所述炉体1侧壁上设有炉门3及出灰门4,所述炉体1内部设有炉条搁架5,所述炉条搁架5上装有炉条6,所述炉体1上方装有出气管7,所述出气管7前端设有出气口71,所述出气管7两侧设有延伸段72,所述延伸段72端部设有蝶阀73,用于控制所述出气口71出气体温度,所述炉体1下方设有进气口8,所述进气口8连接进风管9,所述进风管9连接过滤管10,所述过滤管10连接风机11,所述风机11固定在底座12上。
所述炉体1呈对称设置,两侧均设有所述炉门3及出灰门4,且所述炉门3设有所述出灰门4上方,在使用时通过两侧炉门3轮流加煤,防止了大量烟雾的产生。
所述炉体1外侧还设有隔热层(图未示),所述隔热层依次为耐火砖,轻质温砖及红砖。

1.一种燃烧炉,其特征在于:包括炉体,所述炉体外侧设有炉架,所述炉体上设有炉门及出灰门,所述炉门设于所述出灰门上方,所述炉体内部设有炉条搁架,所述炉条搁架上装有炉条,所述炉体上端设有出气管,所述出气管两侧延伸段装有蝶阀,所述炉体下端设有进气口,所述进气口依次连接进风管,过滤管及风机,所述风机固定在底座上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃烧炉,其特征在于:所述炉体外侧设有隔热层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃烧炉,其特征在于:所述炉体呈对称结构,两侧均设有所述炉门及出灰门,用以交替加煤。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃烧炉,其特征在于:所述出气管端部设有出气口。
