本发明涉及一种松手即停式割草机,包括设置在割草机壳体内的动力源和铰接在所述割草机壳体上的割草机把手,所述割草机壳体上设有受所述动力源驱动的车轮,所述动力源的动力输出轴与车轮之间设置有离合器,所述离合器含有离合控制线,所述割草机壳体上设有将所述割草机把手上拉的拉簧,所述离合控制线连接在所述割草机把手远离所述拉簧的一侧,当人们要进行割草作业时,仅需将手放置在操作把手上,本发明中的离合器将动力输与车轮机构接合,割草机前进;当人们要离开时,操作把手必然不受压力,在拉簧的拉力作用下,把手上抬,并带动离合控制线收紧,从而将动力输出轴与车轮机构分离,割草机自动停止。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种割草机,具体涉及一种自动停止行走的割草机。
背景技术
目前市场上的割草机基本都具有行走功能,前述行走功能是通过割草机动力源的动力输出机构驱动车轮实现的。人们为了更好的控制割草机,还在动力源的动力输出机构与车轮之间加设离合器,通过离合器控制割草机行走。但现有割草机离合器的控制机构基本设在割草机上的某一特定处,如:把手上。当人们需要暂时离开割草机时,经常要将割草机的离合器控制器保持在特定状态,当要频繁离开时,操作就会显得很繁琐。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提出一种操作人员松手即自动停止行走的割草机。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种松手即停式割草机,包括设置在割草机壳体内的动力源和铰接在所述割草机壳体上的割草机把手,所述割草机壳体上设有受所述动力源驱动的车轮,所述动力源的动力输出轴与车轮之间设置有离合器,所述离合器含有离合控制线,所述割草机壳体上设有将所述割草机把手上拉的拉簧,所述离合控制线连接在所述割草机把手远离所述拉簧的一侧,当所述把手被压下时,所述拉簧拉伸,所述离合控制线放松,所述动力源的动力输出轴与车轮接合,当所述割草机把手不受压力时,所述拉簧收缩并将所述割草机把手向上拉回,所述离合控制线收紧,所述动力源的动力输出轴与车轮分离。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结合割草机操作人员在操作时需要将手放置在操作把手上的操作习惯,提供了一种松手即停的割草机。当人们要进行割草作业时,仅需将手放置在操作把手上,本发明中的离合器将动力输与车轮机构接合,割草机前进;当人们要离开时,操作把手必然不受压力,在拉簧的拉力作用下,把手上抬,并带动离合控制线收紧,从而将动力输出轴与车轮机构分离,割草机自动停止。

根据图1所示,本发明包括设置在割草机壳体内的动力源和铰接在所述割草机壳体上的割草机把手1。
割草机壳体上设有受动力源驱动的车轮2,动力源的动力输出轴与车轮之间设置有离合器3,离合器含有离合控制线4,割草机壳体上设有将割草机把手上拉的拉簧5,离合控制线4经过滑轮连接在割草机把手1远离拉簧5的一侧,当把手1被压下时,拉簧5拉伸,离合控制线4放松,动力源的动力输出轴与车轮2接合,当割草机把手1不受压力时,拉簧5收缩并将割草机把手1向上拉回,离合控制线4收紧,动力源的动力输出轴与车轮2分离。
当人们要进行割草作业时,仅需将手放置在操作把手1上,本发明中的离合器3将动力输出轴与车轮2接合,割草机前进;当人们要离开时,操作把手必然不受压力,在拉簧的拉力作用下,把手上抬,并带动离合控制线收紧,从而将动力输出轴与车轮机构分离,割草机自动停止。
本发明的不局限于上述实施例,凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。

1.一种松手即停式割草机,包括设置在割草机壳体内的动力源和铰接在所述割草机壳体上的割草机把手,所述的把手铰接在所述割草机壳体的后下部,所述割草机壳体上设有受所述动力源驱动的车轮,所述动力源的动力输出轴与车轮之间设置有离合器,所述离合器含有离合控制线,其特征在于:所述割草机壳体上设有将所述割草机把手上拉的拉簧,所述离合控制线连接在所述割草机把手远离所述拉簧的一侧,当所述把手被压下时,所述拉簧拉伸,所述离合控制线放松,所述动力源的动力输出轴与车轮接合,当所述割草机把手不受压力时,所述拉簧收缩并将所述割草机把手向上拉回,所述离合控制线收紧,所述动力源的动力输出轴与车轮分离。
