f) mounting on a distinct location on the vehicle;
g) the vehicle-mounted power supply and the battery are used for supplying power;
h) miniaturization;
i) can prevent random disassembly and assembly and has a theft function.
2) The vehicle-mounted electronic tag comprises the following components:

a) the vehicle-mounted electronic tag comprises a Zigbee module and a data interface, and the size can be reduced.
b) The vehicle-mounted power supply module is separated from the electronic tag part, so that the size of the electronic tag is reduced.
The application beneficial to expanding the electronic tag is embodied in that:
a) the information is stored in the electronic tag, and a lot of information can be stored as long as the memory has space;
b) different information can be downloaded in a classified manner according with the Zigbee specified wireless downloading mode.
4) Data sent by vehicle-mounted electronic tag
The vehicle-mounted electronic tag sends the following data to a fixed point electronic tag reader-writer:

Line code 8 bytes ASCII or national standard code
Operation certificate of Ling-Gu
Commercial validation date of 3 bytes of BCDYYMMDD
5) Implementation scheme of vehicle-mounted electronic tag
a) Selection of master controller
The master controller uses a JN5121 chip from Jennic corporation, which is an IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBeeWirelessMicrocontrollers. Besides the advantage of abundant resources, the chip also solidifies the protocol stack of IEEE802.15.4 in the ROM of the chip.
When designing a Zigbee network, development of Zigbee network applications can be performed only by solidifying the protocol stack of Zigbee in the ROM.
The chip has the advantages that: the Zigbee module is integrated, the volume of the electronic tag is reduced, the cost is reduced, the development is convenient, and the reliability is improved; abundant peripheral resources enable interfaces with other parts to be more convenient; and the 128-bit AES encryption increases the security.
b) Power supply
The power supply adopts two modes of + 24V vehicle-mounted power supply and rechargeable battery power supply, the power supply conversion module is separated from the electronic tag, and the function is to convert + 24V voltage to 3.3V voltage for the electronic tag to use; the battery and the electronic tag are integrated together, and the electronic tag is guaranteed to be available for 24 hours.
c) External interface
A485 interface is expanded by using a 232 serial port of the Zigbee chip for data output.
d) Safety feature
(1) The Zigbee module has a 128-bit AES encryption function; in addition, an encrypted communication protocol is established for software encryption, and an encrypted communication password is immediately generated for communication at the beginning of establishing a network between the electronic tag and the reading equipment, so that the password is not easy to decipher, and the safety is guaranteed;
(2) before the electronic tag is installed, the license plate information of the vehicle is written into the electronic tag, the license plate information is written into the operation certificate, and corresponding downloading is carried out, so that the phenomenon that one certificate is multi-purpose is avoided;
(3) under the condition that the electronic tag is determined to be removed, the battery is used for supplying power, useful information of the electronic tag is eliminated, and the electronic tag is guaranteed not to be stolen by other vehicles.
Fourthly, the electronic tag reader-writer:
the electronic device is an electronic device which communicates with electronic tag information at a certain place in a Zigbee wireless mode, and the description of the part is divided into 4 parts:
1) electronic tag reader-writer structure
2) Data sent by electronic label reader-writer
3) Background software
4) Electronic tag reader/writer classification
The electronic tag reader can be classified into a fixed type and a portable type according to the use mode.
The fixed electronic tag reader-writer is installed in a vehicle parking lot, a junction station and a terminal station and is used for acquiring vehicle information in a coverage area of the electronic tag reader-writer and providing position information of the fixed electronic tag reader-writer for vehicle-mounted equipment through a tag. The fixed readers can establish a network to collect and transmit the vehicle access information, the vehicle type information and the distribution condition of the parking lot or the hub station to a computer, so that the staff of the station can timely and accurately master the condition to facilitate scheduling management.
The portable electronic tag reader-writer can remotely obtain vehicle information and operation certificate information and display the vehicle information and the operation certificate information on a display screen of the reader-writer, so that related personnel can conveniently supervise the vehicle information and the operation certificate information.
2) The electronic tag reader-writer comprises the following components:
the fixed electronic tag reader-writer structure comprises a Zigbee communication module and an RS-232 interface communicated with a computer;
the mobile electronic tag reader-writer structure comprises a Zigbee module, an LCD display screen and a control key.
The working relation among the vehicle-mounted electronic tag, the fixed electronic tag reader-writer and the mobile electronic tag reader-writer is realized; the schematic diagram of the fixed electronic tag reader-writer and the mobile electronic tag reader-writer is shown in fig. 4.
3) Transmitted data
The fixed point electronic tag reader-writer should send the following data to the vehicle-mounted electronic tag:
site number 6 byte BCD
Characteristic 1 byte HEX of site
Station position longitude 5 bytes BCD
Station position latitude 4 byte BCD
Note: the station characteristics (1 byte) can be used to indicate which station, such as a hub station, a parking lot, etc., belongs to.
4) Computer management background software
The developed computer background management software of the fixed-point electronic tag reader-writer can achieve the effect that the fixed-point computer management background can perform relevant processing on the vehicle information read by the electronic tag reader-writer, and realize the summary processing of the following data:
a) establishing an in-out vehicle database;
b) summarizing and counting the number of vehicles entering and leaving the field on the same day;
c) carrying out data summary statistics on the vehicles entering and leaving according to companies and lines;
d) data collection statistics is carried out on the vehicles entering and leaving according to time intervals;
e) and making a corresponding data report.
A star network which takes the electronic tag reader-writer as the center and the vehicle-mounted electronic tag as the node is established to realize the bidirectional communication function between the vehicle-mounted electronic tag and the electronic tag reader-writer,
by modifying the program of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal can exchange data with the vehicle-mounted electronic tag, and the function of a benchmark of the fixed point electronic tag reader-writer is exerted.
The portable electronic tag reader-writer can read the information of the vehicle-mounted electronic tag, complete the test of the operation certificate issuing system and make the operation certificate.
The electronic tag reader-writer for fixed points such as a parking lot and a terminal station can identify the moving direction of the vehicle and position the parking position of the vehicle.
The management of the vehicle is facilitated. The license reading device is installed on the main road, so that uninterrupted intelligent inspection can be performed on illegal vehicles. The concrete points are as follows:
1) the application of the certificate electronization is promoted, the intelligent management level of a management department is enhanced, and the working efficiency is improved;
2) a more advanced public transport vehicle identity recognition device is adopted, so that the vehicle entering and leaving management is facilitated;
3) the intelligent management of the enterprises on the buses in parking lots, hub stations, maintenance grounds and gas stations is facilitated;
4) the development of a vehicle position positioning system is facilitated;

The electronization of the license can realize the integration of multiple licenses and comprehensive management, and the electronized license is changed into the integrated body of the electronic comprehensive identity card and the record of the vehicle, so that the use efficiency can be greatly improved.

Claims (10)

1. in the operation certificate and certificate issuing system, the operation certificate adopts a non-contact CPU card, is uniformly issued and annual checked by an industry management department, and establishes a certificate issuing system which consists of an IC card reader-writer, a computer and corresponding card making system background application software so as to realize the making, the inspection and the rewriting of the operation certificate, and an operation certificate information downloader is used for downloading the information of the operation certificate to a vehicle-mounted electronic tag;
the operation certificate information downloader comprises a non-contact card reader and a ZIGBEE wireless communication module, the two parts are used separately or integrally, the information of the operation certificate is read by the non-contact card reader, and the information is downloaded to the vehicle-mounted electronic tag in a ZIGBEE wireless data transmission mode;
the vehicle-mounted electronic tag and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal are jointly installed on a vehicle, data exchange is carried out between the vehicle-mounted electronic tag and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, the vehicle-mounted electronic tag comprises a ZIGBEE wireless communication module, a memory and an external data interface, the external data interface transmits relevant information read by the vehicle-mounted electronic tag to other vehicle-mounted equipment to realize data sharing, meanwhile, the information of other vehicle-mounted equipment can also be received, the ZIGBEE wireless communication module is used for receiving and transmitting the information and downloading the information of an operation certificate to the memory, the unique identification code of the auxiliary certificate of the operation certificate is stored in the memory of the vehicle-mounted electronic tag, and when the identification code is read by an electronic tag reader-writer, the vehicle identity identification is realized;
the electronic tag reader-writer consists of a fixed point electronic tag reader-writer and a movable portable electronic tag reader-writer, the fixed point electronic tag reader-writer is arranged in a vehicle parking lot, a junction station and a terminal station, comprises a fixed reader-writer which is arranged at a fixed point and used as an electronic mark post for positioning, a ZIGBEE wireless communication module and an external data interface, is connected with a computer management background, after the data exchange between the vehicle-mounted electronic tag and the electronic tag reader-writer is completed and a preset effect is achieved, a star network which takes the fixed point electronic tag reader-writer as a mark post and the vehicle-mounted electronic tag as a node is established, the bidirectional communication function between the vehicle-mounted electronic tag and the electronic tag reader-writer is realized, the identity information of the vehicle is processed, and the data is transmitted to the computer management background through the external data interface for processing after the information of the vehicle-mounted electronic tag is read, completing data acquisition; meanwhile, the computer management background performs data summarization, classification, statistics and analysis on the acquired vehicle information; the portable electronic tag reader comprises a ZIGBEE wireless communication module, a display screen, an operation key and an external data interface, and the test of an operation certificate issuing system and the manufacture of an operation certificate are completed by reading the information of the vehicle-mounted electronic tag.

The system of claim 1, wherein the ZIGBEE technology is used for automatically identifying the electronic operation certificate: the vehicle-mounted electronic tag takes a JN5121-000 wireless microprocessor chip integrating a transceiver and a microprocessor as a main controller, the chip is an IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee wireless microprocessor, the chip solidifies an IEEE802.15.4 protocol stack in a ROM of the chip to establish a ZIGBEE wireless communication network, information of a memory is connected with an external data interface through a reserved interface, a vehicle-mounted power supply module and the vehicle-mounted electronic tag are partially separated, a non-contact card reader is used for reading out the operating certificate information, and the operating certificate related information is remotely written into the vehicle-mounted electronic tag through a Zigbee wireless mode to serve as an operating certificate auxiliary certificate.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the ZIGBEE technology is used for automatically recognizing an electronic operation certificate: and a 485 interface is expanded by using the 232 serial port of the chip for data output.

The system of claim 2, wherein the ZIGBEE technology is used for automatically recognizing an electronic operation certificate: the vehicle-mounted power supply of + 24V and/or the rechargeable battery are adopted for supplying power, the vehicle-mounted power supply conversion module is separated from the vehicle-mounted electronic tag, the + 24V voltage is converted into 3.3V voltage for the vehicle-mounted electronic tag to use, and the rechargeable battery and the vehicle-mounted electronic tag are integrated together.

The automatic identification system of electronic operation certificate using ZIGBEE technology according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the non-contact card reader and the ZIGBEE wireless communication module in the operation certificate information downloader are used separately, an enterprise establishes a certificate management system of a company, the operation certificate positive certificate data of the company is read into a database of a computer through the non-contact card reader, and the ZIGBEE wireless communication module is installed at a vehicle entrance or a parking lot of the company and is connected with the computer; when the vehicle passes through the ZIGBEE wireless communication area, if the operation certificate and the collateral certificate information of the vehicle are not updated, the vehicle is immediately downloaded and updated, and the downloaded vehicle is recorded in the database.

The automatic identification system of electronic operation certificate using ZIGBEE technology according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the non-contact card reader and the ZIGBEE wireless communication module in the operation certificate information downloader are integrated into a downloader for use, the operation certificate is close to the downloader, and point-to-point downloading is realized through ZIGBEE wireless downloading information for vehicles needing downloading in a ZIGBEE wireless communication range.
