一种移送装料桶进出炉装置，其特征在于：在出料炉内和装卸小推车上同时设置辊道，出料炉辊道和装卸小推车的辊道设置高度适配，可以对接，辊道用若干辊筒及铝合金四方框架构成的，从而在装卸小推车与出料炉之间形成一可以方便移送装料桶的通道。可以大大节省人力，能够在人少的情况下轻松在炉口对装料桶及桶内产品进行装卸，降低了劳动强度，提高了工作效率，操作简单、实用方便。且不容易发生人员和设备受损的情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种方便装料桶进出炉的移送装置。
背景技术
目前工业生产中将装料桶移进移出熔炼炉下端出料炉口时，有采用纯人工操作，需要几个人同时在炉口对装料桶进行装卸，这样不仅消耗人力，而且效率不高；也有采用叉车将装料桶直接送至或移出炉内的，采用这种方式容易发生设备损伤；还有采用平板小推车装卸的，但因小推车和炉底部都是平面的，装料桶移进移出比较费力，使用不方便。这些方式都需要多人操作，搬运困难，且容易发生人员和设备受损的情况。
发明内容
    本发明的目的在于提供一种移送装料桶进出炉装置，克服原方式装置需要多人操作、搬运困难、且容易发生人员和设备受损的缺点。
一种移送装料桶进出炉装置，其特征在于：在出料炉内和装卸小推车上同时设置辊道，出料炉辊道和装卸小推车的辊道设置高度适配，可以对接，辊道用若干辊筒及铝合金四方框架构成的，从而在装卸小推车与出料炉之间形成一可以方便移送装料桶的通道。能够在人少的情况下轻松在炉口对装料桶及桶内产品进行装卸，降低了劳动强度，提高了工作效率，操作简单、实用方便。
    一种移送装料桶进出炉装置，其特征在于：包括出料炉辊道和装卸小推车，所述出料炉辊道是由若干辊筒固定在四方形铝合金框架上构成的，将其焊接或用螺栓螺母固定在炉底上；所述装卸小推车包括四个底轮、平底板、辊道及手推架，装卸小推车的辊道与出料炉辊道结构相同，将其用螺栓螺母固定在平底板上，装卸小推车的辊道设置高度和出料炉辊道设置高度相适配，装卸小推车手推架和平底板一端固定连接，四个底轮设置在平底板下面，可以自由活动。
作为本发明的进一步改进，可以在装卸小推车辊道框架靠近手推架一端设置固定装料桶装置，使装料桶在装卸小推车运送过程中不轻易从辊道上滑出；在装卸小推车后端底部设置活动止动装置，使装卸小推车的辊道和出料炉辊道对接移送重型物体时，装卸小推车固定不动，方便物体移动。
本发明的优点在于：由于用辊道运物体时可以减少物体摩擦力，使物体更容易移动，在装卸小推车和出料炉内底面同时设置了辊道且两者之间高度适配，两辊道可以对接，在运送及移动重型装料桶至炉内时很容易，可以大大节省人力，能够在人少的情况下轻松在炉口对装料桶及桶内产品进行装卸，降低了劳动强度，提高了工作效率，操作简单、实用方便。且不容易发生人员和设备受损的情况。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明结构的实施方式：
一种移送装料桶进出炉装置，其特征在于：包括出料炉辊道8和装卸小推车，所述出料炉辊道8是由若干辊筒固定在四方形铝合金框架上构成的，将其焊接或用螺栓螺母固定在出料炉9的炉底上，所述装卸小推车包括四个底轮1、平底板2、辊道3及手推架4，装卸小推车手推架4和平底板2一端固定连接，四个底轮1设置在平底板2下面，可以自由活动，装卸小推车的辊道3与出料炉辊道8相同，两者能很好的对接。在装卸小推车铝合金框架上设置的固定装置7扣在装料桶6外面的四方框架5下面，可以防止装料桶6移动。在装卸小推车后端底部设置活动止动装置11，起固定装卸小推车作用。上述装置可以方便装料桶6进出炉门10。

1.一种移送装料桶进出炉装置，其特征在于：在出料炉内和装卸小推车上同时设置辊道，出料炉辊道（8）和装卸小推车的辊道（3）设置高度适配，可以对接，辊道用若干辊筒及铝合金四方框架构成的，从而在装卸小推车与出料炉之间形成一可以方便移送装料桶的通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移送装料桶进出炉装置，其特征在于：包括出料炉辊道（8）和装卸小推车，所述出料炉辊道（8）是由若干辊筒固定在四方形铝合金框架上构成的，将其焊接或用螺栓螺母固定在炉底上；所述装卸小推车包括四个底轮（1）、平底板（2）、辊道（3）及手推架（4），装卸小推车的辊道（3）与出料炉辊道（8）结构相同，将其用螺栓螺母固定在平底板（2）上，装卸小推车的辊道（3）设置高度和出料炉辊道（8）设置高度相适配。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的移送装料桶进出炉装置，其特征在于：在装卸小推车的辊道（3）框架靠近手推架（4）一端设置固定装料桶装置（7），使装料桶（6）在装卸小推车运送过程中不轻易从辊道上滑出；在装卸小推车后端底部设置活动止动装置（11），使装卸小推车的辊道（8）和出料炉辊道（3）对接移送重型物体时，装卸小推车固定不动，方便物体移动。
