Abstract

本发明提供一种阀门组件,包括弹性件、具有流体通道的阀壳、容置在该流体通道内的阀体以及气密地固定至该阀壳的密封件。该阀体包括贯穿自身的通孔及向外延伸的凸柱,该阀体可绕该凸柱旋转。该密封件抵持该阀体并使该通孔大致平行于该流体通道时该流体通道导通,该通孔大致垂直于该流体通道时该流体通道截止。该弹性件两端分别抵持该阀壳及该凸柱,并将该阀体推向该密封件。该弹性件使得该阀体在其弹力的支撑作用下处于可浮动状态。如此,该阀门组件的制造或组装精度可适度降低,有效降低了制造成本。

阀门组件
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门组件,尤其涉及一种要求较低制造组装精度的阀门组件。
背景技术
阀门通常包括一个阀壳、一个容置在该阀壳内的阀球、两个密封圈以及一个驱动装置。该阀壳具有一个通道,用于供流体流通。该阀球具有一个通孔并且可转动地容置在该通道中,阀球的转动使得其通孔可在平行于通道的方向以及垂直于通道的方向之间切换。两个密封圈气密地固定至阀壳并且抵持该阀球。当阀球的通孔平行于通道时,密封圈抵持通孔两侧的开口的外围,此时通道导通。当阀球的通孔垂直于通道时,密封圈抵持阀球未开设有所述开口的外表面,此时通道截止。上述类型的阀门由于阀球两侧均设置有密封圈,为了达到较佳的密封效果,阀球需准确地被设置在两个密封圈之间,如此,导致了制造及组装过程中要求精度高。现有技术中也有只采用一个密封圈的阀门以降低组装精度。然而由于其阀球的位置是固定的,其制造组装过程中容易出现阀球与密封圈配合过松或过紧的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种要求较低制造组装精度的阀门组件。
一种阀门组件,包括弹性件、具有流体通道的阀壳、容置在该流体通道内的阀体以及气密地固定至该阀壳的密封件。该阀体包括贯穿自身的通孔及向外延伸的凸柱,该阀体可绕该凸柱旋转。该密封件抵持该阀体并使该通孔大致平行于该流体通道时该流体通道导通,该通孔大致垂直于该流体通道时该流体通道截止。该弹性件两端分别抵持该阀壳及该凸柱,并将该阀体推向该密封件。该弹性件使得该阀体在其弹力的支撑作用下处于可浮动状态。
本发明中,阀体可在弹性件的弹力的支撑作用下浮动,有效减低了制造或组装上述阀门组件的精度,从而有效降低了制造成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,通过对本发明的具体实施方式详细描述,将使本发明的技术方案及其他有益效果显而易见。附图仅提供参考与说明用,并非用来对本发明加以限制。附图中显示的尺寸仅仅是为了便于清晰描述,而并不限定比例关系。
请参阅图1,本发明的较佳实施方式的阀门组件包括一个驱动单元12以及一个阀门单元1。驱动单元12包括一个马达13、一个连接至马达13并由其驱动的齿轮箱14以及一个供外部电路电性连接至马达13的接线盒15。如此,马达13通过齿轮箱14输出动力。
请再结合图2,阀门单元1包括一个阀壳9、一个阀体11、一个密封件23、一个压圈22以及两个弹簧20,21。阀壳9大致呈圆管状从而形成一个流体通道。阀壳9的轴向两侧分别设置有两个凸缘4,5,两个凸缘4,5分别形成阀壳9的两个连通流体通道的开口2,3。在本实施方式中,开口2,3的大小不同,以在不同的应用场合中选择不同口径的开口作为入口或出口。凸缘4,5外侧形成有卡扣件6,7,以便与图1所示的管道8(图1中仅示出一个)连接。阀壳9的外壁上还形成有凸起10,以便如扳手等工具对阀壳9进行操作。阀壳9径向相对两侧的内侧壁上沿阀壳9的轴向各开设有一个导向槽18,19。阀体11大致呈球形,其中间开设有一个贯穿阀体11的柱状的通孔27,并且阀体11径向相对的两个外表面中间分别向外延伸出一个的凸柱16,17。当然,在其它实施方式中,阀体11也可呈柱状。请再结合图3,密封件23由弹性材料,如塑胶制成,其大致呈环状,并且包括一个位于密封件23的径向外侧的固定端23a,一个自固定端23a径向向内延伸的连接部23b以及一个自连接部23b沿轴向倾斜延伸的位于密封件23的径向内侧的自由端23c。自由端23c及连接部23b本身均可发生弹性变形。在叠加连接部23b的形变的基础上,自由端23c在轴向上具有更大位移量。
组装过程中,先将两个弹簧20,21设置在对应的导向槽18,19中。将阀体11的两个凸柱16,17分别沿导向槽18,19滑入阀壳9内,从而抵压两个弹簧20,21。将密封件23放置在凸缘4所围成的开口2中,再将压圈22固定至凸缘4。如此,密封件23的固定端23a被压制固定,并且密封件23的自由端23c抵持阀体11外径逐渐缩小的表面。在将压圈22固定至凸缘4时,还可在两者之间设置一个O形环28,以增强密封性。齿轮箱14可通过设置在阀壳9外壁上的卡扣件25组装至阀壳9从而与阀体11连接,如此,驱动单元12可向阀体11输出动力。齿轮箱14组装至阀壳9时,两者之间还可设置一个O形环26,以增强密封性。驱动单元12可直接驱动阀体11的一个凸柱,或者,阀体9在凸柱16两侧开设有至少两个凹槽或凸起,而驱动单元12的动力输出轴设置有对应的相互连接的凸起或凹槽,如此可以更大扭矩地驱动阀体9。
如此,弹簧20,21支撑着两个凸柱16,17,以使阀体11可在驱动单元12的驱动下绕穿过两个凸柱16,17的轴线A旋转。组装后的弹簧20,21弹簧处于被压缩状态,并且其一端抵持阀壳9另一端抵持凸柱16,17。此时,阀体11受到两个弹簧20,21的向密封件23的方向的推力的作用。同时,密封件23的径向内部受到阀体11的挤压而向开口2的方向弹性变形。如此,在两个弹簧20,21的作用下,阀体11与密封件23的自由端23c紧密贴合。在驱动单元12的驱动下,阀体11的通孔27可旋转至如图2所示的与阀壳9的大致轴向垂直以隔绝两个开口2,3的关闭位置,可也旋转至如图3所示的与阀壳9的轴向平行以导通两个开口2,3的开启位置。值得注意的是,在工作过程中,受阀门组件的控制而流通或截止的流体的压力也会施加到阀体11上,而使得弹簧20,21的形变或者密封件23的形变更大,这取决于该流体的方向。例如,流体从开口3进入阀壳9的流体通道并且阀壳11处于如图2所示的关闭位置时,在流体压力的作用下,阀体11与密封件23抵持得更紧。同时,由于连接部23b在径向方向上延伸一定的距离,此时连接部23b也受到流体压力的作用,从而更进一步加大密封件23的自由端23c对阀体23的压力。
由于弹簧20,21的设置,在制造各元件或者组装的过程中存在较大的误差,比如密封件23离凸缘5较远的情况下,阀体11仍可在弹簧20,21推动沿导向槽18,19移动至与密封件23抵持的位置,以保证阀门单元仍可正常工作。相反地,密封件23离凸缘5较近的情况下,弹簧20,21可被阀体11进一步压缩。既是说,阀体11可在弹簧20,21的弹力的支撑作用下可沿阀壳9的轴向,即大致平行于流体通道的方向(图2中的双向箭头所示)浮动。如此,上述阀门组件的制造或组装精度可适度降低,有效降低了制造成本。另外,针对不同的应用场合,还可更换不同的长度或者不同的硬度的弹簧,极大地提高了上述阀门组件的应用灵活性。
优选地,各导向槽18,19远离密封件23的表面开设有一个盲孔29,各弹簧20,21容置在对应的盲孔29中,以使得弹簧不宜发生偏移。
当然,上述驱动单元12也可由手工代替。可以理解,弹簧也不限于抵持在凸柱上,只要其连接到阀体上并产生将阀体朝密封件方向推或拉的弹力便可。也可以理解,除了以上实时方式中的螺旋弹簧,还可以是板弹簧,橡胶元件等起到相同作用的弹性元件,不限于上述实时方式。或者,还可以在阀壳9上直接模制一个位于导向槽18,19远离该密封件23一侧的凸片(图未示),该凸片沿径向延伸并且较薄以具有较佳的弹性,凸柱16,17承靠在对应的凸片上。如此,该凸片也可起到上述弹簧的作用。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

1.一种阀门组件,包括:
阀壳,其具有流体通道;
容置在该流体通道内的阀体,其包括贯穿自身的通孔及向外延伸的凸柱,该阀体可绕该凸柱旋转;
气密地固定至该阀壳的密封件,其抵持该阀体并使该通孔大致平行于该流体通道时该流体通道导通,该通孔大致垂直于该流体通道时该流体通道截止;
弹性件,其两端分别抵持该阀壳及该阀体,并向该阀体施加朝向该密封件的弹力,以使得该阀体在该弹力的支撑作用下处于可浮动状态;
该密封件呈环状且由弹性材料制成,该密封件包括位于径向外侧并且固定至阀壳的固定端以及位于固定端径向内侧抵持该阀体的自由端,相比于所述自由端未受到所述阀体挤压时的轴向位置,所述自由端受所述阀体挤压时,所述自由端在所述阀壳的轴向上的轴向位置发生位移。
2.如权利要求1所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,该阀体包括两个自其径向相对两侧向外延伸的凸柱,该阀门组件包括两个所述弹性件,该两个弹性件分别抵持该两个凸柱。
3.如权利要求2所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,该阀壳径向相对两侧的内侧壁上沿所述阀壳的轴向分别开设有一个导向槽以供凸柱滑入;各弹簧容置在对应的导向槽内,其两端分别并抵持该凸柱及该导向槽远离该密封件的一侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的阀门组件,其特征在于各导向槽远离该密封件的表面开设有一个盲孔,该弹性件容置在对应的盲孔中。
5.如权利要求3所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,该弹性件呈片状,其自对应的导向槽远离该密封件一侧向该流体通道中心的方向延伸并在该流体通道的方向上具有弹性,该凸柱承靠在对应的弹性件上。
6.如权利要求1所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,该弹性件为螺旋弹簧、板弹簧或者橡胶元件。
7.如权利要求1所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,该弹性件直接模制在该阀壳上。
8.如权利要求1所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,该阀门组件还包括一个将该密封件的固定端固定至该阀壳的压圈。
9.如权利要求1所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,该阀体呈球状或柱状,该阀体靠近密封件的一端为外径逐渐缩小的圆台状,该密封件的自由端压靠于该圆台状端部的倾斜表面上。
10.如权利要求1所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,该密封件还包括自该固定端径向向内延伸的连接部,该自由端自该连接部向阀体延伸,所述连接部受该阀体的挤压也在该阀壳的轴向上产生位移。
11.如权利要求10所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,流体从该流体通道靠近该弹性件并且远离该密封件的一侧进入该流体通道。
12.如权利要求1所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,该阀门组件还包括一个连接至该阀壳的驱动装置,该驱动装置包括一个动力输出轴,该输出轴包括至少两个凸起或者凹槽;该阀体还在该凸柱两侧开设有至少两个凹槽或凸起,用于与该驱动装置的对应的凸起或凹槽连接而受该驱动装置驱动。
