本发明公开了一种结构改进的真空镀膜机腔体冷却装置,包括真空镀膜机腔体,所述真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁上固定扣设有若干条一侧开口的管壳,该管壳开口侧朝向真空镀膜机腔体,该管壳与真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁之间形成供冷却水流通的通道,该通道内设有流动的冷却水,所述管壳沿其长度方向的两端分别设有进、出水口,本发明冷却水直接与真空镀膜机腔体接触,快速的将其表面的热量带走,冷却速度快,冷却及时、充分,有效保护了真空镀膜机,延长了其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种真空镀膜机腔体冷却装置,特别涉及一种结构改进的真空镀膜机腔体冷却装置。
背景技术
真空镀膜机在工作的时候会产生大量的热量,需要及时有效的进行冷却,以确保其正常工作,目前常见的冷却装置为在真空镀膜机腔体外侧表面焊接圆管,在圆管内通冷却水来冷却,这种结构,冷却水不与真空镀膜机腔体直接接触,冷却速度慢,冷却不及时,很容易导致真空镀膜机因为温度过高而损坏。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种结构改进的真空镀膜机腔体冷却装置,该结构改进的真空镀膜机腔体冷却装置的冷却速度快,冷却及时、充分。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种结构改进的真空镀膜机腔体冷却装置,包括真空镀膜机腔体,所述真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁上固定扣设有若干条一侧开口的管壳,该管壳开口侧朝向真空镀膜机腔体,该管壳与真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁之间形成供冷却水流通的通道,该通道内设有流动的冷却水,所述管壳沿其长度方向的两端分别设有进、出水口,冷却水从进水口进入管壳和真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁形成的通道内,最后在出水口流出,冷却水直接与真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁接触,能够快速带走真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁表面的热量,实现了快速冷却的目的,有效保护了真空镀膜机,延长了其使用寿命。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述管壳呈往复曲回状态均匀分布于真空镀膜机腔体轴向的两端壁和圆周外侧壁表面,条状舒展辊保证布在主传动辊上保持展开状态,防止其收缩,保证布的平整。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述管壳形成的往复曲回结构的密度与其所在位置的真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁上温度成正比。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述管壳径向截面呈“]”形状,当然也可以是“)”形状,或者是之间在真空镀膜机腔体外侧表面形成内凹槽,管壳呈平面、曲面等结构密封覆盖在该内凹槽表面形成供冷却水流通的通道即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在真空镀膜机腔体外侧设置一侧开口的管壳,使管壳与真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁共同形成供冷却水流通的通道,冷却水直接与真空镀膜机腔体接触,快速的将其表面的热量带走,冷却速度快,冷却及时、充分,有效保护了真空镀膜机,延长了其使用寿命。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种结构改进的真空镀膜机腔体冷却装置,包括真空镀膜机腔体,所述真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁1上固定扣设有若干条一侧开口的管壳2,该管壳2开口侧朝向真空镀膜机腔体,该管壳2与真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁1之间形成供冷却水流通的通道,该通道内设有流动的冷却水,所述管壳2沿其长度方向的两端分别设有进、出水口3、4,冷却水从进水口3进入管壳2和真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁1形成的通道内,最后在出水口4流出,冷却水直接与真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁1接触,能够快速带走真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁1表面的热量,实现了快速冷却的目的,有效保护了真空镀膜机,延长了其使用寿命。

1.一种结构改进的真空镀膜机腔体冷却装置,包括真空镀膜机腔体,其特征在于:所述真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁(1)上固定扣设有若干条一侧开口的管壳(2),该管壳(2)开口侧朝向真空镀膜机腔体,该管壳(2)与真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁(1)之间形成供冷却水流通的通道,该通道内设有流动的冷却水,所述管壳(2)沿其长度方向的两端分别设有进、出水口(3、4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的结构改进的真空镀膜机腔体冷却装置,其特征在于:所述管壳(2)呈往复曲回状态均匀分布于真空镀膜机腔体轴向的两端壁和圆周外侧壁表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的结构改进的真空镀膜机腔体冷却装置,其特征在于:所述管壳(2)形成的往复曲回结构的密度与其所在位置的真空镀膜机腔体外侧壁(1)上温度成正比。
4.根据权利要求1所述的结构改进的真空镀膜机腔体冷却装置,其特征在于:所述管壳(2)径向截面呈“]”形状。
