Claims (8)
- 权 利 要 求 书1. 一种硫酸铅附着物去除装置, 其特征在于, 包括 AD转换器、 计算控 制处理装置和脉冲发送装置;所述 AD转换器设于铅酸电池与计算控制处理装置之间, 用于读取铅酸 电池电压;所述计算控制处理装置用于读取 AD转换器传输至的电压, 并将电压与 通过硫酸铅附着物去除装置的额定电压进行比较,通过比较结果判断铅酸电 池的剩余电量;所述脉冲发送装置设于附着物与计算控制处理装置之间, 用于接收计算 控制处理装置的控制发送脉冲至附着物。
- 2. 根据权利要求 1 所述一种硫酸铅附着物去除装置, 其特征在于, 所 述硫酸铅附着物去除装置, 还包括电源电路, 所述电源电路由铅酸电池提供 电压, 用于提供稳定的电压供 AD转换器及计算控制处理装置工作。
- 3. 根据权利要求 1 所述一种硫酸铅附着物去除装置, 其特征在于, 所 述脉冲发送装置包括脉冲发生电路、 波形整形电路、 限流电路和脉冲输出电 路;所述脉冲发生电路用于在固定时间内按照计算控制处理装置的判别与 计算后控制输出脉冲的频率和幅度, 并将脉冲发送至波形整形电路;所述波形整形电路用于减緩脉冲电流的放电电流和加速脉冲电流的充 电电 ;所述限流电路用于限定波形整形电路的输出电流的最大值在设定的电 流值内;所述脉冲输出电路输入端接收波形整形电路输出的电流, 两个输出端分 别与铅酸电池的两个端子相连接, 所述脉冲输出电路输出脉冲至铅酸电池的 附着物。
- 4. 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述一种硫酸铅附着物去除装置, 其特 征在于, 还包括显示器, 所述显示器与计算控制处理装置相连接, 用于显示 铅酸电池的剩余电量、 电压等级和去除装置的工作状态。
- 5. 一种硫酸铅附着物去除方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 1 : 检测所述铅酸电池的电压范围;步骤 2: 计算比较上述铅酸电池的电压值与铅酸电池的额定电压; 步骤 3: 通过上述比较结果控制脉冲电流的输出。
- 6. 根据权利要求 5所述一种硫酸铅附着物去除方法, 其特征在于, 所 述步骤 1具体为计算控制处理装置计算比较铅酸电池的电压值和额定电压, 判断所述铅酸电池的剩余电量, 并记录铅酸电池的剩余电量, 以确定去除方 式。
- 7. 根据权利要求 5所述一种硫酸铅附着物去除方法, 其特征在于, 所 述步骤 3中在固定时间内减少或者固定单位时间内输出的设定的脉冲数。
- 8. 根据权利要求 5所述一种硫酸铅附着物去除方法, 其特征在于, 所 述步骤 3中输出的脉冲为时间不均分的相同的脉冲。
