本发明公开了一种高压泵送集成设备,包括:发动机、高压泵以及减速器,还包括框架,所述框架分为上层框架和下层框架,所述发动机设置于所述上层框架和所述下层框架中的一个内,所述高压泵设置于所述上层框架和所述下层框架中的另一个内;所述减速器靠近所述框架竖向布置,所述减速器的输入端与所述发动机连接,所述减速器的输出端与所述高压泵连接。该集成设备中的发动机和高压泵成竖向布置,并且减速器靠近框架竖向布置,这样就大大缩小了高压泵送设备的体积,使整个设备的结构变得紧凑,方便了高压泵送设备在偏远山区等恶劣条件下的运输。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及油田作业技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种高压泵送集成设备。
背景技术
近年来,随着对页岩气等非常规天然气的需求的增长,油田高压泵送设备的需求也大幅增长。高压泵送设备通常包括发动机、高压泵以及变速器。常规的泵送设备中的发动机、高压泵以及变速器采用横向布置,体积较大,这就使得高压泵送设备在偏远山区的运输变的极为困难。
因次,如何设计一种体积较小、结构较紧凑的高压泵送设备,以方便高压泵送设备在偏远山区等恶劣条件下的运输,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的关键性问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高压泵送集成设备,该设备的体积相对较小,结构较紧凑,方便在偏远山区等恶劣条件下的运输。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种高压泵送集成设备,包括:发动机、高压泵以及减速器,还包括框架,所述框架分为上层框架和下层框架,所述发动机设置于所述上层框架和所述下层框架中的一个内,所述高压泵设置于所述上层框架和所述下层框架中的另一个内;
所述减速器靠近所述框架竖向布置,所述减速器的的输入端与所述发动机连接,所述减速器的输出端与所述高压泵连接。
优选地,所述发动机为涡轮发动机,所述涡轮发动机位于所述上层框架内,所述高压泵位于所述下层框架内。
优选地,所述涡轮发动机通过螺栓固定于所述上层框架内,所述高压泵通过螺栓固定于所述下层框架内。
优选地,所述下层框架中远离所述减速器的三个侧面上均设置有安全门。
优选地,所述上层框架中远离所述减速器的三个侧面上均设置有安全门。
优选地,所述上层框架的顶面设置有能够扣合于所述上层框架上的封闭盖。
优选地,还包括L型支架,所述L型支架将所述减速器固定于所述上层框架中的底座上。
优选地,所述减速器远离所述框架的一侧还设置有用于阻止所述减速器转动的刹车设备。
优选地,所述减速器远离所述框架的一侧还连接有用于向所述高压泵提供润滑油的液压泵。
从上述技术方案可以看出,发动机和高压泵成竖向布置,并且减速器靠近框架竖向布置,这样就大大缩小了高压泵送设备的体积,使整个设备的结构变得紧凑,方便了高压泵送设备在偏远山区等恶劣条件下的运输。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种高压泵送集成设备,该集成设备中的发动机和高压泵成竖向布置,并且减速器靠近框架竖向布置,这样就大大缩小了高压泵送设备的体积,方便了高压泵送设备在偏远山区等恶劣条件下的运输。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参考图1,图1为本发明一具体实施例提供的高压泵送集成设备的结构示意图。
在本发明一具体实施例中,高压泵送集成设备包括发动机、高压泵3、减速器4以及框架。
其中,框架分为上层框架11和下层框架12,所述发动机设置于所述上层框架11和所述下层框架12中的一个内,所述高压泵3设置于所述上层框架11和所述下层框架12中的另一个内,即如果上层框架11用于盛放发动机,那么下层框架12用来盛放高压泵3;如果上层框架11用于盛放高压泵3,那么下层框架12用于盛放发动机。
减速器4靠近框架竖向布置,减速器4的输入端与发动机连接,减速器4的输出端与高压泵3连接。
在该实施例中,发动机和高压泵3采用竖向布置,或上下式布置,减速器4靠近框架竖向布置,高压泵送集成设备的体积大大缩小,方便了高压泵送设备在偏远山区等恶劣条件下的运输。
在本发明一具体实施例中,上述中的发动机优选为涡轮发动机2,涡轮发动机2与普通发动机相比,体积小,重量轻。这样,就减轻了整个高压泵送集成设备的重量,方便了运输。
另外,在该实施例中,由于涡轮发动机2比高压泵3轻,涡轮发动机2放置于上层框架11内,高压泵3放置于下层框架12内。这样的布置确保了整个集成设备的稳定性。
上述中的涡轮发动机2为通过螺栓固定于上层框架11内,高压泵3同样是通过螺栓固定于下层框架12内。
当然,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,涡轮发动机2和高压泵3还可以通过其它方式固定于框架内,比如螺钉,本文对涡轮发动机2和高压泵3的具体固定方式不作限制。
在本发明一具体实施例中,下层框架12具有四个侧面,包括前、后、左、右侧面,其中有一个侧面最靠近减速器4,或者说减速器4的输入轴或输出轴穿过该侧面与置于下层框架12中的发动机或高压泵3连接。相对于该侧面,其它三个侧面为远离减速器4的侧面。三个远离减速器4的侧面上均设置有安全门,在运输的过程中,安全门是关闭的,从而保证下层框架12内的发动机或高压泵3免受其它部件的碰撞,或者尽量避免灰尘等杂物进入到下层框架12内,从而提高了高压泵送集成设备的安全性。在使用或维修高压泵送集成设备时,可以将安全门打开。
同样地,上层框架11中远离减速器4的三个侧面上也均设置有安全门。其效果和下层框架12中的安全门的效果相同,故不再赘述。
另外,上层框架11的顶面上设置有封闭盖112,该封闭盖112能够很方便地扣合在上层框架11上。在运输时,使封闭盖112封闭住上层框架11,从而保证上层框架11内的部件的安全性,在使用时,将封闭盖112取下。
在本发明一具体实施例中,为了进一步保证减速器4安装的稳定性,利用L型支架将减速器4固定在上层框件11中的底座111上。L型支架的一端连接着减速器4,另一端连接着底座111。
在本发明一具体实施例中,减速器4上还配备有刹车设备41,该刹车设备41安装在减速器4上远离框架的一侧,在不需要高压泵3工作时,可以操作刹车设备41使高压泵3脱离发动机的控制,防止高压泵3的转动,从而保证生产的顺利进行。
另外,减速器4远离框架的一侧还可连接有液压泵42,该液压泵42作为发动机的一个取力设备,用于向高压泵3输送润滑油。
该实施例中的刹车设备41和液压泵42的设置,增加了高压泵送集成设备的功能,而且采用上述形式的布置,使高压泵送集成设备的结构紧凑。

Claims (9)
1.一种高压泵送集成设备,包括:发动机、高压泵(3)以及减速器(4),
其特征在于,还包括框架,所述框架分为上层框架(11)和下层框架(12),所述发动机设置于所述上层框架(11)和所述下层框架(12)中的一个内,所述高压泵(3)设置于所述上层框架(11)和所述下层框架(12)中的另一个内;
所述减速器(4)靠近所述框架竖向布置,所述减速器(4)的输入端与所述发动机连接,所述减速器(4)的输出端与所述高压泵(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压泵送集成设备,其特征在于,所述发动机为涡轮发动机(2),所述涡轮发动机(2)位于所述上层框架(11)内,所述高压泵(3)位于所述下层框架(12)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高压泵送集成设备,其特征在于,所述涡轮发动机(2)通过螺栓固定于所述上层框架(11)内,所述高压泵(3)通过螺栓固定于所述下层框架(12)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高压泵送集成设备,其特征在于,所述下层框架(12)中远离所述减速器(4)的三个侧面上均设置有安全门。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高压泵送集成设备,其特征在于,所述上层框架(11)中远离所述减速器(4)的三个侧面上均设置有安全门。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高压泵送集成设备,其特征在于,所述上层框架(11)的顶面设置有能够扣合于所述上层框架(11)上的封闭盖(112)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高压泵送集成设备,其特征在于,还包括L型支架,所述L型支架将所述减速器(4)固定于所述上层框架(11)的底座(111)上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高压泵送集成设备,其特征在于,所述减速器(4)远离所述框架的一侧还设置有用于阻止所述减速器(4)转动的刹车设备(41)。
9.根据权利要求1所述高压泵送集成设备,其特征在于,所述减速器(4)远离所述框架的一侧还连接有用于向所述高压泵(3)输送润滑油的液压泵(42)。
