本发明公开了一种高聚合度PVC鞋底材料,以重量百分比计包括如下组分:PVC45-50%;DOP35-45%;Ca/Zn复合稳定剂0.8-1%;辅助稳定剂1-2%;CaCO34-13%;其中,辅助稳定剂是亚磷酸酯类、环氧类、二酮类中的一种或几种混合物。本发明的PVC鞋底材料具有较高的回弹性、较低的压缩变形、较高的拉伸强度以及优良的耐磨性、耐热性、耐寒性。

技术领域:
本发明涉及鞋材技术领域,尤其涉及一种PVC鞋底材料。
背景技术:
众所周知,中国制造的鞋遍及全世界。中国的鞋年产量超过100亿双,占全球鞋产量的45%。鞋业商品零售额达3000亿元人民币。近年来,由于胶鞋行业开始追求高质量,注重胶鞋的穿着舒适、美观、防滑、寿命长,在用料上也有较大变化。我国制鞋材料大多采用传统原料—硫化橡胶、PVC材料,但性能已不满足要求,也有用SBS、PU和改性PVC材料,但是价格较高。
高聚合度PVC耐寒性好,有弹性、弯曲疲劳强度大、摩擦系数大,主要用于注塑鞋、运动鞋,劳保鞋和皮鞋底。比普通PVC鞋底耐磨性好,同样也克服了SBS鞋底材料遇热容易发生弯曲的缺点。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种高聚合度PVC鞋底材料,由该材料制得的PVC鞋底具有较高的回弹性、较低的压缩变形、较高的拉伸强度以及优良的耐磨性、耐热性、耐寒性。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:
一种PVC鞋底胶黏剂,以重量百分比计包括如下组分:
其中,辅助稳定剂是亚磷酸酯类、环氧类、二酮类中的一种或几种混合物。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述PVC的含量为47-50%。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述的DOP是邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,其主要成分是邻苯二甲酸酐和2-乙基己醇。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述的钙锌稳定剂是易溶于有机溶剂的碳数较少的脂肪钙盐和锌盐,主要成分有硬脂酸钙、蓖麻油酸钙、硬脂酸锌、蓖麻油酸锌、以及环氧大豆油、紫外线吸收剂。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的PVC鞋底材料具有较高的回弹性、较低的压缩变形、较高的拉伸强度以及优良的耐磨性、耐热性、耐寒性。

实施例1:
称取PVC材料45g,DOP45g,Ca/Zn复合稳定剂1g,辅助稳定剂2g,CaCO37g于95℃热混10min,再冷混至室温,然后在锥形双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,转速15r/min,将粒料在注塑机中注塑成型。
实施例2:
称取PVC材料50g,DOP35g,Ca/Zn复合稳定剂1g,辅助稳定剂1g,CaCO313g于95℃热混10min,再冷混至室温,然后在锥形双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,转速15r/min,将粒料在注塑机中注塑成型。

其中,辅助稳定剂是亚磷酸酯类、环氧类、二酮类中的一种或几种混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高聚合度PVC鞋底材料,其特征在于:所述PVC的含量为47-50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高聚合度PVC鞋底材料,其特征在于:所述的DOP是邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,其主要成分是邻苯二甲酸酐和2-乙基己醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高聚合度PVC鞋底材料,其特征在于:所述的钙锌稳定剂是易溶于有机溶剂的碳数较少的脂肪钙盐和锌盐,主要成分有硬脂酸钙、蓖麻油酸钙、硬脂酸锌、蓖麻油酸锌、以及环氧大豆油、紫外线吸收剂。
