技术领域
本发明涉及塑料技术领域,尤其涉及一种提高PVC薄膜耐老化性能的助剂。
背景技术
PVC薄膜作为一种合成材料获得广泛应用,但是PVC薄膜在加工、使用过程中易受热、光、氧的作用产生降解,即发生通常所说的老化现象,这是PVC薄膜的一大缺陷,因此提高PVC薄膜的耐老化性能是当前科学研究的重要内容。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种提高PVC薄膜耐老化性能的助剂。
本发明采用的技术方案如下,一种提高PVC薄膜耐老化性能的助剂,该助剂配方由下列重量份的原料组成:邻苯二甲酸二乙酯20份、亚磷酸酯18份、环氧大豆油12份、碳酸钙12份、聚碳酸酯7份、钙锌稳定剂3份、柠檬苷3份。
本发明的优点是:本发明的助剂可改善PVC薄膜的抗热老化性能和延长产品的老化时间。
