Abstract
本发明提供一种螺杆挤出机上用的电磁加热装置,它包括电源、温控装置和套装在挤出机金属料筒外层的加热器,所述电源与温控装置、加热器依次连接构成串联电路,其特征是:所述加热器包括电磁感应线圈和电磁感应控制器,所述电磁感应线圈绕制在金属料筒的外围,并在两者之间设有一层保温层。电磁感应线圈与料筒之间必须有11-16mm的间隙,所述保温层为硅酸铝保温棉层,该层的设置既能保证磁场能有效的穿过此保温层,又能有效的阻隔热量的散发。本发明具有结构简单,有利于环境保护等特点,其节电可达50%以上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电磁加热装置,具体讲是一种适用于单、双螺杆挤出机用电磁加热装置。
背景技术
目前,现有的双螺杆挤出机的料筒加热是通过电阻丝发热,并对铸铝(铜)加热,热量传递给料筒,达到加热筒的目的,这种加热方式,一是由于发热件的外侧面裸露在空气中,周围的空气被迅速加热,造成能量损失、环境温度升高,能量有效利用率只有50%,造成环境热污染,工人的工作环境比较恶劣,另外,铸铜加热板的功率密度一般为5-6w/c m2,铸铝加热板的功率密度只有3w/c m2,如果超过额定功率密度,铸铝(铜)会在高温下熔化、变形,不能与料筒紧贴,造成加热器烧坏或热量传统不到料筒。发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有挤出机加热部件存在的不足,提供一种单、双螺杆挤出机用的电磁加热装置,该加热装置节能、环保,同时提高了设备的产能,对环境温度影响不大。
本发明的目的可通过以下方案来实现:一种挤出机上用的电磁加热装置,它包括电源、温控装置和套装在挤出机金属料筒外层的加热器,所述电源与温控装置、加热器依次连接构成串联电路,其特征是:所述加热器包括电磁感应线圈和电磁感应控制器,所述电磁感应线圈绕制在金属料筒的外围,并在两者之间设有一层保温层。电磁感应线圈与料筒之间必须有11-16mm的间隙,没有间隙线圈不能正常工作,在这个间隙里填保温层起到阻止热量散发的作用。
所述保温层为硅酸铝保温棉层,该层的设置既能保证磁场能有效的穿过此保温层,又能有效的阻隔热量的散发。
本发明具有结构简单,有利于环境保护等特点,其节电可达50%以上。

具体实施方式
对照图1、图2可知,本发明的电磁加热装置包括电磁感应线圈3和电磁感应控制器。电磁感应线圈3绕制在料筒1的外层,电磁感应线圈3与料筒1之间设有一层保温层2,其材料为高性能硅酸铝保温棉,线圈与料筒之间设有11-16mm的间隙,以保证电磁感应线圈正常工作。
本发明的电磁感应控制器工作原理如下:
输入220VAC经桥式整流电路整流成脉冲直流电,再经过由滤波电感L1、滤波电容C1组成的LC滤波电路,使脉冲直流电变得更加平滑,接近理想直流电,电磁感应线圈L2是电磁感兴控制器输出加热功率的唯一元件,实际上电磁感应线圈L2就是一个特殊形状的电感器,它与谐振电容C2并联组成LC并联谐振电路,在功率开关管Q高速且规律的导通与截止状态下,LC并联谐振电路不断从电源得到因电磁感应线圈L2损耗而消耗的能量,形成LC高频振荡,直流电逆变为高频交流电,整个电路完成整流、逆变过程,此时经过电磁感应线圈L2的是一频率为18-28KHz的高频交流电。
高频电输出给电磁感应线圈L2,电磁感应线圈L2安装在经保温处理的料筒上,当线圈通入高频电时,线圈周围产生高速交变磁场,料筒表面的金属分子在磁场的作用下产生涡流效应,金属分子相互撞击,使料筒本身自行快速发热,达到加热料筒的目的。同时在电磁感应线圈L2与料筒之间有一层保温层,既能保证磁场能有效的穿过此保温层,又能有效的阻隔热量的散发,能量有效利用率超过90%。
Claims (2)
1.一种螺杆挤出机上用的电磁加热装置,它包括电源、温控装置和套装在挤出机金属料筒外层的加热器,所述电源与温控装置、加热器依次连接构成串联电路,其特征是:所述加热器包括电磁感应线圈(3)和电磁感应控制器,所述电磁感应线圈(3)绕制在金属料筒(1)的外围,并在两者之间设有一层保温层(2),电磁感应线圈(3)与料筒(1)之间必须有11-16mm的间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加热装置,其特征是所述保温层为硅酸铝保温棉层。
