Abstract

本发明公开了一种烟囱电动提模施工方法,其通过在洞口两侧壁和底壁中的水平预插杆和垂向预插杆上固连由环向杆和垂向杆组成的排架,并在排架上固定有丝杆穿管,使洞口位置也能安装爬升靴,从而使烟囱筒壁具有洞口的底部部分也能组装电动提模装置,从烟囱底部对应洞口的部分就能进行电动提模施工,而不必像现有技术一样,需在洞口上方离地面30米左右的高空位置才进组装电动提模装置,所以,无须使用大量排架和起吊重量大于100吨的吊机进行吊装,可节省大量人工,并降低操作风险和施工难度,从而减少施工工期和施工成本。

一种烟囱电动提模施工方法
技术领域
 本发明涉及在一种烟囱底部开始进行电动提模施工的施工方法。
背景技术
烟囱筒壁电动提模施工工艺是目前烟囱施工中较为先进的烟囱施工工艺, 施工过程中,以固定在已浇筑混凝土筒壁上的爬升靴(该爬升靴固定在筒壁锚固件螺栓上)为支点,以电动摆线针轮减速机为动力,随着烟囱施工高度的增加而逐步驱动附着在烟囱筒壁上的电动提模装置逐步上升,从而通过电动提模装置实现安装在其上的操作架的垂向运动,直到整个体系升至烟囱的设计高度。        
而如图1所示,根据电动提模施工工艺的特点,烟囱筒壁分节施工时,需在每节约1.5m的筒壁100上预留穿墙丝杆孔洞101(见图1),以用于固定作为电动提模装置爬升支点的爬升靴,但是,由于烟囱筒壁底部(离地面约0~50米)的部分,布置有安装洞口、门洞口、烟道口等预留洞口,该预留洞口占据该区域烟囱侧壁的大量面积,特别是烟道口就占了该区域烟囱侧壁的大约三分一面积,导致大量的爬升靴无法安装,造成烟道口以下部分的筒壁无法安装电动提模装置以进行电动提模施工,因此,在以往的施工中,烟道口以下筒壁只能通过搭设脚手架,并按常规翻模法施工,常规翻模法施工时,需在筒壁内侧200搭设满堂脚手架,筒壁外侧300搭设双排脚手架,直至对应烟道口部分的筒壁施工完成后,才在烟道口上方的区域组装电动提模装置,然后对烟道口上方的区域进行电动提模施工,但此时的组装高度一般都在30米以上,其存在如下缺点:1、需要大量排架材料、同时排架安拆花费大量人工;2、组装位置高(一般在30米高度以上),其操作风险高,施工难度大;3、需使用起吊重量大于100吨的吊机进行吊装,而此吊机租用难、费用大;4、施工工期长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可在烟囱底部开始进行电动提模施工的烟囱电动提模施工方法。
本发明所述的一种烟囱电动提模施工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A、按常规的翻模施工工艺,对六米以下烟囱筒壁进行施工并预留安装爬升靴的穿墙丝杆孔洞,同时,根据电动提模装置的荷载、烟囱洞口位置以及大小,分别在烟囱洞口的两个侧壁和底壁上预插入多排水平预插杆和垂向预插杆;
B、在地面对应烟囱筒壁的位置组装电动提模装置;
C、在烟囱洞口两则壁上相对的水平预插杆之间固连环向杆,以及在垂向预插杆上部固连垂向杆,并将相互交错的所述环向杆和垂向杆固紧形成网格状的排架,以固定可安装爬升靴的丝杆穿管;
D、在对应的穿墙丝杆孔洞和丝杆穿管上安装爬升靴,以使电动提模装置可将爬升靴作为支点,进行电动提模施工;
E、在逐渐施工提高烟囱筒壁高度并预留穿墙丝杆孔洞的同时,在具有洞口的位置也逐渐施工提高网络状排架的高度并固定丝杆穿管;
F、按步骤D和E重复操作至烟囱筒壁的高度达到设计高度;
G、完成烟囱筒壁的电动提模施工。
本发明由于在洞口壁中的预插杆固设有排架,并在排架上固定有丝杆穿管,使洞口位置也能安装爬升靴,从而使烟囱筒壁具有洞口的底部部分也能组装电动提模装置,从烟囱底部对应洞口的部分就能进行电动提模施工,而不必像现有技术一样,需在洞口上方离地面30米左右的高空位置才进组装电动提模装置,所以,无须使用大量排架和起吊重量大于100吨的吊机进行吊装,可节省大量人工,并降低操作风险和施工难度,从而减少施工工期和施工成本。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的一种烟囱电动提模施工方法,包括如下步骤:A、按常规的翻模施工工艺,对六米以下烟囱筒壁1进行施工并预留安装爬升靴的穿墙丝杆孔洞,同时,根据电动提模装置的荷载、烟囱洞口位置以及大小,分别在烟囱洞口11的两个侧壁12和底壁13上预插入多排水平预插杆2和垂向预插杆3(如图4、图5所示,为分别在烟囱洞口11的两个侧壁12和底壁13上预插入两排水平预插杆2和垂向预插杆3的情况);B、在地面对应烟囱筒壁1的位置组装电动提模装置8;C、在烟囱洞口11两则壁12上相对的水平预插杆2之间固连环向杆4,以及在垂向预插杆3上部固连垂向杆5,并将相互交错的所述环向杆4和垂向杆5固紧形成网格状的排架10,以固定可安装爬升靴7的丝杆穿管6;D、在对应的穿墙丝杆孔洞和丝杆穿管6上安装爬升靴7,以使电动提模装置8可将爬升靴7作为支点,进行电动提模施工;E、在逐渐施工提高烟囱筒壁1高度并预留穿墙丝杆孔洞的同时,在具有洞口的位置也逐渐施工提高网络状排架10的高度并固定丝杆穿管6;F、按步骤D和E重复操作至烟囱筒壁1的高度达到设计高度;G、完成烟囱筒壁1的电动提模施工。
所述的步骤C中,所述的水平预插杆2、垂向预插杆3、环向杆4和垂向杆5均为钢管,水平预插杆2和环向杆4之间以及垂向预插杆3和垂向杆5之间通过现有技术的管扣(图中未表示)可拆卸固定连接,以便于在水平预插杆2和垂向预插杆3上安装和拆卸环向杆4和垂向杆5。当然,水平预插杆2和环向杆4之间以及垂向预插杆3和垂向杆5之间也可以焊接固紧。

Claims (2)

1.一种烟囱电动提模施工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A、按常规的翻模施工工艺,对六米以下烟囱筒壁进行施工并预留安装爬升靴的穿墙丝杆孔洞,同时,根据电动提模装置的荷载、烟囱洞口位置以及大小,分别在烟囱洞口的两个侧壁和底壁上预插入多排水平预插杆和垂向预插杆;
B、在地面对应烟囱筒壁的位置组装电动提模装置;
C、在烟囱洞口两则壁上相对的水平预插杆之间固连环向杆,以及在垂向预插杆上部固连垂向杆,并将相互交错的所述环向杆和垂向杆固紧形成网格状的排架,以固定可安装爬升靴的丝杆穿管;
D、在对应的穿墙丝杆孔洞和丝杆穿管上安装爬升靴,以使电动提模装置可将爬升靴作为支点,进行电动提模施工;
E、在逐渐施工提高烟囱筒壁高度并预留穿墙丝杆孔洞的同时,在具有洞口的位置也逐渐施工提高网络状排架的高度并固定丝杆穿管;
F、按步骤D和E重复操作至烟囱筒壁的高度达到设计高度;
G、完成烟囱筒壁的电动提模施工。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟囱电动提模施工方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤C中,所述的水平预插杆、垂向预插杆、环向杆和垂向杆均为钢管,水平预插杆和环向杆之间以及垂向预插杆和垂向杆之间通过管扣可拆卸固定连接。
