Abstract

本发明涉及一种固定式防火分隔构件在喷水保护下的挡水布水装置。该装置是与固定式防火分隔构件横梁固定且由两个面构成的挡水布水保护板，挡水布水保护板的两个面为挡水布水保护正面板和挡水布水保护斜面板，挡水布水保护正面板的上檐高于固定式防火分隔构件横梁的上檐且二者之间留有缝隙，挡水布水保护斜面板位于挡水布水保护正面板的下檐且向下方门窗倾斜，并留有缝隙。通过在固定式防火分隔构件横梁上增设挡水布水装置，可以保证在喷水保护过程中，水喷淋到横梁上方的构件时，不会飞溅到框架外，水喷淋系统在该装置的作用下可以很好地保护固定式防火分隔构件。该结构简单、易于实施、保护效果良好。

一种固定式防火分隔构件在喷水保护下的挡水布水装置
技术领域
本发明涉及在喷水状态下的防火保护技术，特别涉及一种固定式防火分隔构件在喷水保护下的挡水布水装置。
背景技术
防火分隔构件的耐火性能对整个建筑的防火控火起到了重要的作用。防火分隔构件可分为固定式和可启闭式两种。固定式防火分隔物包括普通砖墙、楼板、防火墙、防火玻璃等，可启闭式包括防火门、防火窗等。为了适应现代建筑物呈形式多样、结构复杂的发展趋势，满足严峻的消防现实需求，很多建筑设计方案都提出了使用喷水保护的方式提高建筑分隔构件耐火性能的内容。
在喷水保护的过程中，由于有横梁和防火分隔构件框架的影响，水不能布满固定式防火分隔构件表面，这就会直接影响到框架及固定式防火分隔构件的防火时间，因此这种带横梁或框架的固定式防火分隔构件不可以完全依赖于通常的喷水防火保护。这就需要设计一种能够在喷水状态下保证固定式防火分隔构件均匀布水的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述存在问题，提供一种固定式防火分隔构件在喷水保护下的挡水布水装置，采用该装置在喷水状态下，保证固定式防火分隔构件能够均匀布水，实现防火保护。
本发明采取的技术方案是：一种固定式防火分隔构件在喷水保护下的挡水布水装置，其特征在于：所述的挡水布水装置是与固定式防火分隔构件横梁固定且由两个面构成的挡水布水保护板，挡水布水保护板的两个面为挡水布水保护正面板和挡水布水保护斜面板，挡水布水保护正面板的上檐高于固定式防火分隔构件横梁的上檐且二者之间留有缝隙，挡水布水保护斜面板位于挡水布水保护正面板的下檐且向下方门窗倾斜，并留有缝隙。
本发明所产生的有益效果是：通过在固定式防火分隔构件横梁上增设挡水布水装置，可以保证在喷水保护过程中，水喷淋到横梁上方的构件时，不会飞溅到框架外，水喷淋系统在该装置的作用下可以很好地保护固定式防火分隔构件。该结构简单、易于实施、保护效果良好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明：参照图1、图2和图3，一种固定式防火分隔构件在喷水保护下的挡水布水装置是与固定式防火分隔构件横梁1固定且由两个面构成的挡水布水保护板3，挡水布水保护板3的两个面为挡水布水保护正面板3-1和挡水布水保护斜面板3-2，挡水布水保护正面板3-1的上檐高于固定式防火分隔构件横梁1的上檐且二者之间留有缝隙，缝隙不小于10mm，保证水流通畅，挡水布水保护斜面板3-2位于挡水布水保护正面板3-1的下檐且向下方门窗2倾斜，并留有缝隙，缝隙不小于4mm。
为了使挡水布水装置整体表面美观漂亮，挡水布水保护板3还包括挡水布水保护左右侧面板3-3，挡水布水保护左右侧面板3-3分别与挡水布水保护正面板3-1及固定式防火分隔构件横梁1固定为一体。
实施例：挡水布水保护板3可以加工为一体结构，也可以加工为分体结构，到现场再组合安装。挡水布水保护正面板3-1的长度与固定式防火分隔构件横梁1长度相等。挡水布水保护正面板3-1的下檐与固定式防火分隔构件横梁1的下檐对齐。为了防止喷淋到上方门窗4上的水飞溅出去，挡水布水保护正面板3-1的上檐高于固定式防火分隔构件横梁1的上檐。挡水布水保护斜面板3-2位于挡水布水保护正面板3-1的下檐且向下方门窗2倾斜。
挡水布水保护板3与固定式防火分隔构件横梁1的固定可采取焊接或者组合的方式进行连接，焊接点根据固定式防火分隔构件横梁1的长度进行优选，以使布水保护板3与固定式防火分隔构件横梁1稳固连接，并且要求表面美观漂亮。本装置选用的型材应具有一定的耐高温特性且易于焊接或组装，本实施例选用铝合金型材。
本装置经过耐火试验证明，通过在横梁上增设挡水布水装置，可以保证在喷水保护过程中，水喷淋到上方门窗4时，会反弹到挡水布水保护板3上，流经挡水布水保护板3的水通过挡水布水保护正面板3-1以及挡水布水斜面板3-2的缝隙，使喷淋水能够均匀地分布到下方门窗2上，起到布水防火的作用。
本装置可在车间制成单元式组件后，再到现场进行组合安装，也可制成后到现场进行焊接，通过这种布水防火保护方法可以提高水在固定式防火分隔构件及框架上的均匀分布，提高了构件整体的防火能力。

1.一种固定式防火分隔构件在喷水保护下的挡水布水装置，其特征在于：所述的挡水布水装置是与固定式防火分隔构件横梁（1）固定且由两个面构成的挡水布水保护板（3），挡水布水保护板（3）的两个面为挡水布水保护正面板（3-1）和挡水布水保护斜面板（3-2），挡水布水保护正面板（3-1）的上檐高于固定式防火分隔构件横梁（1）的上檐且二者之间留有缝隙，挡水布水保护斜面板（3-2）位于挡水布水保护正面板（3-1）的下檐且向下方门窗（2）倾斜，并且挡水布水保护斜面板（3-2）与下方门窗（2）之间留有缝隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定式防火分隔构件在喷水保护下的挡水布水装置，其特征在于：所述的挡水布水保护板（3）还包括挡水布水保护左右侧面板（3-3），挡水布水保护左右侧面板（3-3）与所述的挡水布水保护正面板（3-1）及固定式防火分隔构件横梁（1）固定为一体。
