一种高聚合度PVC门窗封条,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:PVC100;增塑剂40-80;填充剂40-70;热稳定剂4-6;润滑剂0.5-5;ACR2.5-6;紫外线吸收剂0.2-1;炭黑1-6;产品外线吸收效果好,能抑制光氧化和光老化,不易脆化;邵氏硬度可达55,拉伸强度9.5MPa,断裂伸长率355%,撕裂强度25KN/m;造价低:耐寒,脆化温度为-35℃,会得到广泛使用,并不断替代现有材料。

一种高聚合度PVC门窗封条及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种高聚合度PVC门窗封条及其制备方法。 
背景技术
随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展,建筑业得到蓬勃发展,同时门窗封条作为装潢必不可少的部分,受到消费者的普遍关注,但是很多密封条易脆化、易断;而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种高聚合度PVC门窗封条是非常必要的。 
现有的门窗密封条,主要采用铝合金或聚乙烯等材质,但是考虑到造价高、易脆化、拉伸强度低等角度,现有技术就显得略有不足。 
发明内容
本发明提供一种高聚合度PVC门窗封条及其制备方法,解决现有密封条中的造价高、易脆化、拉伸强度低等技术问题。 
本发明采用以下技术方案: 
一种高聚合度PVC门窗封条,由下列原料组成,以质量份数表示法为:
PVC                          100;
增塑剂                      40—80;
填充剂                      40-70;
热稳定剂                   4-6;
润滑剂            0.5-5;
ACR            2.5-6;
紫外线吸收剂      0.2-1;
炭黑                         1-6。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:其中,所述PVC采用p=2500的PVC。 
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述增塑剂采用DOP或DBP中的一种或多种混合物。 
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述填充剂采用轻质碳酸钙,pH9.0-10.5。 
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述热稳定剂采用三碱式硫酸铅、硬脂酸铅、硬脂酸钙或硬脂酸钡中的一种或多种混合物。 
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述润滑剂采用石蜡。 
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述紫外线吸收剂选用UV-327或UV-531中的一种或多种混合物 
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述高聚合度PVC门窗封条的制备方法为:
第一步:按照上文所述质量份数比称取各种原料;
第二步:将上述原料放入高混机中混合3-5分钟,使各种成分分散均匀; 
第三步:将第二步混合后的物料投放到长径比为20:1的双螺杆挤出机中,挤出机温度设置为:一区:120-130℃,二区130-140℃,三区140-150℃,四区150-160℃,机头体120℃、150℃、150℃,160℃,口模160℃,转速35-40r/min。
本发明使用的所有原料均为共知的已有,使用方法和功能均为已有技术。 
本发明所述一种高聚合度PVC门窗封条采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、紫外线吸收效果好,能抑制光氧化和光老化,不易脆化;2、邵氏硬度可达55,拉伸强度9.5MPa,断裂伸长率355%,撕裂强度25KN/m;3、造价低:耐寒,脆化温度为-35℃,会得到广泛使用,并不断替代现有材料。  
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例更加详细地阐述本发明的内容。 
实施例1: 
第一步:按照下文所述质量份数比称取各种原料
PVC                          100;
增塑剂DOP                                 50;
增塑剂DBP                                 20;
填充剂轻质碳酸钙                       50;
热稳定剂三碱式硫酸铅                  2.5;
热稳定剂硬脂酸钡                         2;
热稳定剂硬脂酸铅                         1.5;
ACR            3;
紫外线吸收剂      0.3;
炭黑                         2;
润滑剂石蜡                                  1。
第二步:将上述原料放入高混机中混合3-5分钟,使各种成分分散均匀; 
第三步:将第二步混合后的物料投放到长径比为20:1的双螺杆挤出机中,挤出机温度设置为:一区:120-130℃,二区130-140℃,三区140-150℃,四区150-160℃,机头体120℃、150℃、150℃,160℃,口模160℃,转速35-40r/min。
 实施例2: 
第一步:按照下文所述质量份数比称取各种原料

第二步:将上述原料放入高混机中混合3-5分钟,使各种成分分散均匀; 
第三步:将第二步混合后的物料投放到长径比为20:1的双螺杆挤出机中,挤出机温度设置为:一区:120-130℃,二区130-140℃,三区140-150℃,四区150-160℃,机头体120℃、150℃、150℃,160℃,口模160℃,转速35-40r/min。
 实施例3: 
第一步:按照下文所述质量份数比称取各种原料
PVC                          100;
增塑剂DOP                                 30;
增塑剂DBP                                 40;
填充剂轻质碳酸钙                       60;
热稳定剂三碱式硫酸铅                  2;
热稳定剂硬脂酸钡                         1.5;
热稳定剂硬脂酸铅                         2;
ACR            5;
紫外线吸收剂      0.3;
炭黑                         1.5;
润滑剂石蜡                                  1.5。
第二步:将上述原料放入高混机中混合3-5分钟,使各种成分分散均匀; 
第三步:将第二步混合后的物料投放到长径比为20:1的双螺杆挤出机中,挤出机温度设置为:一区:120-130℃,二区130-140℃,三区140-150℃,四区150-160℃,机头体120℃、150℃、150℃,160℃,口模160℃,转速35-40r/min。
 以上实施例和对比例中的组合物所有组分均可以商业购买, PVC可在东莞市通富塑胶贸易有限公司购买,DOP可在上海祁聚化工有限公司购买,轻质碳酸钙可在广州亿峰化工科技有限公司购买,三碱式硫酸铅可在上海嶅稞实业有限公司浦东分公司购买,硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸铅可在石家庄市德塑助剂有限公司购买,紫外线吸收剂UV-327可在南京惊天为化工购得,ACR可在常州市惠利贸易有限公司购得。 
测试性能: 
测试性能:对实施例1~3进行拉伸强度测试与断裂伸长率测试,结果见表一:

1.一种高聚合度PVC门窗封条,其特征在于:其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:
PVC                          100;
增塑剂                      40—80;
填充剂                      40-70;
热稳定剂                   4-6;
润滑剂            0.5-5;
ACR            2.5-6;
紫外线吸收剂      0.2-1;
炭黑                         1-6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高聚合度PVC门窗封条,其特征在于:所述PVC采用p=2500的PVC。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高聚合度PVC门窗封条,其特征在于:所述增塑剂采用DOP或DBP中的一种或多种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高聚合度PVC门窗封条,其特征在于:所述填充剂采用轻质碳酸钙,pH9.0-10.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高聚合度PVC门窗封条,其特征在于:所述热稳定剂采用三碱式硫酸铅、硬脂酸铅、硬脂酸钙或硬脂酸钡中的一种或多种混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高聚合度PVC门窗封条,其特征在于:所述润滑剂采用石蜡。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高聚合度PVC门窗封条,其特征在于:所述紫外线吸收剂选用UV-327或UV-531中的一种或多种混合物。
8.一种制备权利要求1所述高聚合度PVC门窗封条的方法,其特征在于步骤为:
第一步:按照上文所述质量份数比称取各种原料;
第二步:将上述原料放入高混机中混合3-5分钟,使各种成分分散均匀; 
第三步:将第二步混合后的物料投放到长径比为20:1的双螺杆挤出机中,挤出机温度设置为:一区:120-130℃,二区130-140℃,三区140-150℃,四区150-160℃,机头体120℃、150℃、150℃,160℃,口模160℃,转速35-40r/min。
