本发明涉及某些组合物和所述组合物的用途,用于从硬表面上除污,尤其用于车辆(例如轿车和公共汽车)的无刷清洁。
背景技术
自动洗车法已使用多年,并在开发新机器、刷子和化学品的领域中有许多活动。但是,无刷洗车是想保护表面涂层的许多顾客偏爱的清洁方法。
公知的是无刷洗车对表面造成较少损伤。无刷洗车的缺点是在清洗后在表面上留下灰色交通薄膜。这种薄膜容易通过接触表面而除去。
在无刷洗车中,所用化学品和施用的特定制剂在减少清洗后留在表面上的这种交通膜的量方面起到非常重要的作用。此外,化学品应该在低浓度下非常有效,并具有非常低环境影响。
在设备和制剂领域中发展许多年后,交通膜仍是问题。
WO 2005/113735概括地公开了具有小于7.0的pH的硬表面水性清洁组合物,其包含a)非离子表面活性剂,更具体选自烷氧基化的支链或直链醇、氧化胺、polyhydritic醇、甜菜碱及其混合物,b)烷氧基化的阳离子表面活性剂,c)羟基官能的有机溶剂,和d)水溶性有机酸。
WO 03/087280概括地公开了车辆干燥和抛光组合物,其包括a)烷基醚胺,b)烷基二胺,c)丙氧基化或混合烷氧基化的季铵化合物,例如具有两个乙基、一个甲基和一个聚氧丙烯基团的化合物,和d)包括中和酸和/或非离子表面活性剂的稳定剂,其可以是例如氧化胺、烷氧基化的醇(其可以被封端)或烷基糖苷或其混合物。该组合物可进一步包括乙氧基化的季铵化合物,例如PEG 15椰油基甲基氯化铵。
US 5929024公开了包含至少一种表面活性剂的清洁硬表面组合物,所述表面活性剂选自例如a)乙氧基化的非离子表面活性剂,b)具有C8-C20烷基的烷基聚葡糖苷,c)氧化胺,及其混合物,并进一步包含例如d)具有最多5个EO单元的乙氧基化的三烷基铵盐。
EP 1074606公开了用作清洁硬表面剂的液体洗涤剂制剂,其包含烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、甜菜碱表面活性剂、乙氧基化的醇和C8-22烷基聚糖苷,该制剂还可包含氧化胺。
US 6015780概括地公开了表面活性剂组合物,其含有a)C12甜菜碱,b)C4-C22烷基和/或链烯基寡糖苷,优选寡葡糖苷,和c)脂肪醇(醚)硫酸盐,和任选地d)脂肪醇乙氧基化物和/或e)氧化胺。
US 2006/0009369概括地公开了清洁硬表面组合物,其可包含例如乙氧基化的醇、氧化胺和/或烷基聚糖苷,其中使用C9C11烷基聚葡糖苷作为具体实例。
US 2009/0188533具体地涉及用于除去不同类型的交通膜的制剂。所公开的制剂包含a)至少一种阴离子表面活性剂,b)至少一种具有三个C1-C4烷基和一个聚氧化烯链的聚氧化烯铵阳离子表面活性剂,和c)碱性试剂。任选的附加成分可包含至少一种多羧酸螯合剂、至少一种非离子或两性表面活性剂、至少一种水溶助长剂、无机和/或有机酸,和至少一种硅酸盐。
到目前为止,与非离子表面活性剂结合使用某些阳离子助表面活性剂看起来已证实是在使用无刷清洁法时减少留在表面上的交通膜的最佳方式,但仍有改进的空间以使这种问题最小化,因为顾客不断寻求更好的清洁。
发明概述
本发明的一个目的是至少部分满足本领域中的上述需求,并提供在从硬表面上除污方面表现出高效力的、特别是用于无刷洗车的制剂。
本发明的另一目的是提供包含具有有利的环境性质的化合物的制剂。
现在已经发现,包含下述组分的碱性水性组合物非常有效地从硬表面上除污,并与目前使用的配方设计相比特别显著地减少在无刷洗车后留在表面上的交通膜的量:
a)氧化胺,
b)非氧化胺的非离子表面活性剂,和
c)具有式(I)的阳离子水溶助长剂
其中R=C6-C22烃基,R1和R2独立地为C1–C4烷基或链烷基,n为至少12和最多25,且X-是阴离子,例如卤素离子或甲基硫酸根离子。
因此,第一方面,本发明涉及上述制剂的用途,用于清洁硬表面,尤其用于无刷洗车。
第二方面,本发明涉及上述制剂本身,其中氧化胺和非离子表面活性剂的总和与水溶助长剂的重量比为1:3至5:3,且条件是如果在该组合物中存在任何阴离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂,则式(I)的阳离子水溶助长剂的摩尔量大于作为阴离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂的组成部分的任何阴离子基团的摩尔量。
该组合物非常好地用于无刷清洁,但该事实不应被解释为其局限于这种用途,因为其对所有种类的清洁硬表面都非常有效。
从下述发明详述中容易看出本发明的这些和其它方面。
发明详述
本发明涉及碱性水性组合物的用途,用于清洁硬表面,尤其用于减少在无刷洗车后留在表面上的交通膜的量,所述碱性水性组合物包含:
a)氧化胺,
b)非氧化胺的非离子表面活性剂,
c)具有式(I)的阳离子水溶助长剂
其中R=C6-C22烃基,优选C6-C22烷基或链烷基或链烯基,更优选C8–C20烷基或链烷基或链烯基,最优选C10–C18烷基或链烷基或链烯基;R1和R2独立地为C1–C4烷基或链烷基,优选甲基或乙基,最优选R1和R2都是甲基;n为至少12和最多25,优选最多20,最优选最多17;且X-是阴离子,例如卤素离子或甲基硫酸根离子,
d)任选地其它传统添加剂,和
e)余量为水。
要指出,任选的添加剂d)可包含其它表面活性剂。如果在该组合物中存在任何阴离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂,则式(I)的阳离子水溶助长剂的摩尔量大于作为阴离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂的组成部分的任何阴离子基团的摩尔量。但是,优选地在该组合物中不存在阴离子表面活性剂。在另一实施方案中,不存在阴离子表面活性剂或两性表面活性剂。
本发明的另一方面是上述碱性水性组合物本身,其中氧化胺和非离子表面活性剂的总和与水溶助长剂的重量比为1:3至5:3。
术语“阴离子基团”是指在阴离子表面活性剂或两性表面活性剂内共价键合的阴离子基团。例如,具有式R-OSO3 -A+(其中R是具有至少6个碳原子的烃基)的烷基硫酸盐的硫酸根与烃基R共价键合,且这些基团一起构成阴离子表面活性剂。在这方面不考虑式I中的抗衡离子,例如X-,例如CH3OSO3 -。此外,氧化胺在本文中不被视为两性表面活性剂。如果在该组合物中存在任何阴离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂,该表面活性剂的阴离子基团与式(I)的阳离子表面活性剂的摩尔比小于1:1,优选小于1:2,更优选小于1:3。最优选地,该水性组合物不含阴离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂。其原因是避免具有式(I)的阳离子水溶助长剂和阴离子表面活性剂之间的络合,这种络合不合意,因为其干扰通过阳离子水溶助长剂使非离子表面活性剂增溶。
非离子表面活性剂已知是良好的润湿剂,并通常存在于清洁硬表面的组合物中。最常见地,清洁硬表面组合物含有碱性组分。许多非离子表面活性剂在碱性溶液中(尤其是存在大量电解质例如碱金属氢氧化物、碱性助洗剂和/或络合剂的那些溶液中)不够可溶,因此需要存在水溶助长剂以提高它们的溶解度。良好的水溶助长剂不一定是良好的润湿剂。其主要任务是提高非离子表面活性剂的溶解度,并因此提高该组合物的润湿能力,因为本来不可溶的非离子表面活性剂现在溶解并可发挥其润湿能力。在各种出版物中已经描述了用于非离子表面活性剂的许多水溶助长剂。这样的水溶助长剂的实例是乙醇、二甲苯磺酸钠、枯烯磺酸钠、烷基糖苷和烷氧基化的季铵化合物。
碱性组合物在本文中是指pH>7的组合物,通过添加碱性试剂,例如碱金属氢氧化物、碱性助洗剂和/或碱性络合剂获得该pH。在一个实施方案中,pH高于7.1,在另一实施方案中,其高于7.5。在本发明中,作为在25℃测量该组合物时获得的值给出pH。所述碱金属氢氧化物优选是氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾。所述碱性助洗剂可以是碱金属碳酸盐或碱金属碳酸氢盐,例如碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢钾,碱金属硅酸盐,例如硅酸钠或偏硅酸钠,或碱金属磷酸盐,例如正磷酸钠。通过络合发挥作用的碱性助洗剂是例如焦磷酸钠和三聚磷酸钠和相应的钾盐。有机助洗剂/络合剂的实例是氨基羧酸盐,例如次氮基三乙酸钠(Na3NTA)、乙二胺四乙酸钠(EDTA)、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸钠、1,3-丙二胺四乙酸钠和羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸钠;氨基聚膦酸盐,例如次氮基三亚甲基膦酸盐;有机磷酸盐;多羧酸盐,例如柠檬酸盐;聚合羧酸盐,和碱金属葡糖酸盐,如葡糖酸钠或葡糖酸钾。
氧化胺组分优选具有下式:
其中R3是含有8-22个碳原子的烃基或酰基,B是O或NH,且y是0或1,条件是当R3是酰基时,y必须是1;R4和R5独立地为C1-C4烷基或链烷基或基团(AO)zH,其中AO是具有2-4个碳原子的亚烷基氧基,且z是1至5的数。
要指出,氧化胺有时被归类为非离子表面活性剂,有时归类为两性表面活性剂,有时归类为两性离子表面活性剂,有时归类为阳离子表面活性剂,有时作为特殊种类的表面活性剂提及。为避免混淆,氧化胺在本文中被视为特殊种类的表面活性剂,而非被视为大致属于非离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂或任何其它表面活性剂大类。
非离子表面活性剂组分优选是环氧烷加合物,合适地为醇环氧烷加合物,其优选具有下式:
R6O–(PO)a(EO)b(PO)cH (IV)
其中R6是C8至C18烷基或链烷基,优选C8至C12,PO是亚丙基氧基单元,EO是亚乙基氧基单元,a=0-5,优选0-4,最优选0-2;b=1-20,优选1-12,更优选2-8,最优选2-5;且c=0-5,优选0-4,更优选0-2,最优选0。因此,C8–C18-醇烷氧基化物除1-20个亚乙基氧基单元外还可含有最多5个亚丙基氧基单元。当存在时,亚丙基氧基单元数可以小至每摩尔醇0.1摩尔PO。亚乙基氧基单元和亚丙基氧基单元可以无规或在嵌段中添加。嵌段可以以任何次序添加到醇上。烷氧基化物还可含有在末端位置具有1-4个碳原子的烷基。烷氧基化物优选含有2-8个亚乙基氧基单元和0-2个亚丙基氧基单元。非离子表面活性剂的烷基可以是直链或支链、饱和或不饱和的。合适的线性非离子表面活性剂是C9-C11醇+4、5或6摩尔EO,C11醇+3、4、5、6、7或8摩尔EO,十三烷醇+4、5、6、7或8摩尔EO和C10-C14醇+8摩尔EO+2摩尔PO。合适的支化非离子表面活性剂是2-乙基己醇+3、4或5摩尔EO,2-乙基己醇+2摩尔PO+4、5或6摩尔EO,2-丙基庚醇+3、4、5或6摩尔EO,和2-丙基庚醇+1摩尔PO+4摩尔EO。另一实例是2-丁基辛醇+5、6或7摩尔EO。在论述烷基化程度时,所提到的数值都是摩尔平均数。
本发明中所用的组合物可以是浓缩物或即用型溶液,并优选包含
i)0.03-20重量%氧化胺,
ii)0.03-20重量%非离子表面活性剂,
iii)0.015-20重量%水溶助长剂,
iv)0.03-40重量%碱金属氢氧化物、碱性助洗剂和/或碱性络合剂,
v)任选地其它传统添加剂,和
vi)余量为水。
范围的较低部分涉及稀释的即用型溶液,较高部分涉及浓缩溶液。浓缩溶液可提供降低运输成本以及易稀释和易操作的优点。典型浓缩物可稀释80至200倍以形成即用型溶液。要指出,这样的稀释可以在一个或多个步骤中进行,例如可以将浓缩物稀释50倍,然后供给最终用户,并进一步稀释4倍以得到即用型溶液。在供应链中,这是将运输成本最小化的同时获得准确稀释度的最有效方式。
氧化胺与非离子表面活性剂的重量比通常为1:2至8:3,氧化胺和非离子表面活性剂的总和与水溶助长剂的重量比通常为1:3至5:3。
本发明的浓缩组合物是清澈或略微浑浊的,并且稳定。澄清度区间合适地为0-30℃,优选0-40℃,更优选0-50℃,最优选0-60℃或更高。这可通过改变水溶助长剂、氧化胺和非离子表面活性剂的相对量来调节。该浓缩物通常含有至少50重量%的水,合适地至少70重量%、通常最多95重量%的水,合适地最多90重量%。
本发明的另一实施方案涉及可用于制造本发明的制剂的中间体。更具体地,由于运输要求,可以制造无碱性组分的浓缩物,这样的浓缩物可以不含水,或含有少于50%水。本发明因此还涉及中间体,其包含:
0.5-50%w/w的一种或多种氧化胺,
0.5-50%w/w的一种或多种非离子表面活性剂,
0.5-50%w/w的一种或多种具有式(I)的阳离子水溶助长剂
其中R=C6-C22烃基,R1和R2独立地为C1–C4烷基或链烷基,n为至少12和最多25;且X-是阴离子,
任选地其它传统添加剂,和
0.0-50%w/w的水,
直至总计100重量%,其中该中间体的pH低于8。在一个实施方案中,该中间体的pH低于7.5。在另一实施方案中,pH高于7.0,优选高于7.1。这种中间体可以用水稀释,如果需要,可以与如上所述的碱性试剂结合,以形成本发明的制剂。
本发明的所有实施方案可进一步含有其它水溶助长剂和表面活性剂和传统添加剂,例如增稠剂、溶剂、着色剂、防污垢再沉积剂、防腐剂、缓蚀剂和泡沫调节剂。
通用实验
为了评估不同制剂在不同稀释度下的清洁效率,使用下述程序:
高压清洁试验
用含有PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)的Turtle wax Extra处理Whiteboard5.5×9cm板,用软布抛光,然后在板上施用获自火车柴油机的油烟混合物。这是非常难清除的污垢类型并用于模拟交通膜的最糟情况。用Minolta Chroma Meter CR-200反射计先在打蜡后、再在沾污后测量各板的反射比。然后将板磁性固定到更大的板上。将装有清洁液的容器经管道连接至泵,泵再经管道连接至扁平扇形喷嘴,该喷嘴安装在可垂直和水平移动的台架上,通过电缆和电动机和通过施加压缩空气操控。在喷嘴在板面前水平移动的同时,通过在4巴压力下以大约2升/分钟的液体流速将其泵过扁平扇形喷嘴,在板上施加清洁液。对冲洗步骤而言,使用经高压泵连接至自来水管的一组三个锥形喷嘴。这些喷嘴也安装在上述台架上。在施加清洁液后1分钟,在喷嘴在板面前水平移动并同时上下摆动的同时,利用来自澳大利亚的Speck-Kolbenpumpenfabrik的P21/23-130型柱塞泵在80巴压力下以大约4.5升/分钟的液体流速经该组喷嘴泵送自来水以冲洗板。在清洁试验之间,通过泵过自来水,仔细冲洗该管以除去前一试验的任何残留清洁液。在冲洗后用反射计再次测量各板的反射比。作为去污%(清洁板与沾污板之间的比较)或作为亮度损失(清洁板和打蜡的、未沾污的板之间的比较)表示清洁能力。对良好清洁的组合物而言,所得亮度值的损失因此应尽可能低。
要注意给出的值仅用作相对而非绝对值。
用于比较的值应用相同批次的所用油烟混合物获得。对于使用特定组合物运行的各试验,使用3个板,且试验进行至少两次。因此,除非另行指明,这些值是在至少六个板上进行的试验的平均结果。对各试验给出存在这些结果的范围。
所有溶液和水保持在15–20℃。在所有下述实施例中,除非另行规定,所有百分比按重量计。
实施例1
制造具有表1中规定的试剂的组合物。以使得该溶液表现出所示澄清度区间的量添加水溶助长剂。将受试溶液稀释至1:40和1:80。通过上述高压清洁试验评估稀释的受试溶液的清洁能力,结果收集在表2中。

实施例2-3
制造具有表3中规定的试剂的组合物。以使得该溶液表现出所示澄清度区间的量添加水溶助长剂。用水将受试溶液稀释至1:20。通过下述清洁试验评估稀释的受试溶液的清洁能力,结果收集在表4中。
清洁试验:
用获自火车柴油机的油灰混合物涂抹白漆板。将25毫升受试溶液——在这种情况下为稀释至1:20的表3中的制剂2、C和3——倒在油污板的顶上并在此停留1分钟。然后用大量水流冲洗板。所有溶液和水保持在大约15–20℃的温度。所有受试溶液置于相同板上,结果作为化合物的排序给出,其中1被肉眼观察判断为最佳结果。结果收集在表4中。

实施例4

可以清楚看出,将氧化胺添加到清洁组合物中产生了具有较好清洁性能(较低的亮度损失)的组合物。此外,添加了氧化胺的组合物具有更宽的澄清度区间。
实施例5
在此实施例中,验证从该组合物中除去非离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂+水溶助长剂的影响。制造具有表7中规定的试剂的组合物。各制剂中表面活性剂的总活性含量为6.7%(w/w)。组合物5符合本发明,组合物E中缺乏非离子表面活性剂,组合物F中缺乏非离子表面活性剂和水溶助长剂。
将受试溶液稀释至1:60。通过如“通用实验”中描述的高压清洁试验评估稀释的受试溶液的清洁能力。由高压清洁试验获得的去污%值显示在表8中。

因此从上述实施例中清楚看出,本发明的组合物中的组分a)、b)和c)都对良好的清洁效果作出积极贡献,而且该效果是协同的,因为如果该组合物中缺少一种组分,不可能通过添加更多的另一组分来补偿。
Claims (21)
1.碱性水性组合物用于清洁硬表面的用途,所述碱性水性组合物包含:
a)氧化胺,
b)非氧化胺的非离子表面活性剂,
c)具有式(I)的阳离子水溶助长剂
其中R=C6-C22烃基,R1和R2独立地为C1–C4烷基,n为至少12和最多25;且X-是阴离子,
d)任选地,其它传统添加剂,和
e)余量的水;
条件是如果在所述组合物中存在任何阴离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂,则式(I)的阳离子水溶助长剂的摩尔量大于作为阴离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂的组成部分的任何阴离子基团的摩尔量。
2.根据权利要求1的用途,其中所述组合物包含阴离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂,其中阴离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂中的阴离子基团与阳离子水溶助长剂的摩尔比小于1:3。
