Abstract

一种聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料的制备方法,属于高分子材料制备技术领域。先将聚酰胺66树脂25~31份、聚丙烯树脂4~8份、增韧剂2.3~3.6份、相容剂2.1~4份、填料7~13份、玻璃微珠2~3份、抗氧剂0.3~0.8份和炭黑1.2~2.3份投入高速混合机中混合;再将混合料投入并行双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,经切粒、干燥和包装后得到成品,其中:并行双螺杆挤出机的螺杆温度自一区至十区分别控制为:一区温度220℃、二区温度225℃、三区温度235℃、四区温度235℃、五区温度235℃、六区温度235℃、七区温度235℃、八区温度235℃、九区温度235℃、十区温度235℃。制备的聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料经测试具有如下的性能指标:拉伸强度112~130MPa,弯曲强度170~200MPa悬臂梁缺口冲击强度12~15kj/m2

聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料的制备方法。
背景技术
聚酰胺是一类应用最广的工程塑料材料,广泛用于汽车、电器、建筑等领域。但是聚酰胺分子链中含酰胺基团,属于极性,容易吸潮,导致在潮湿环境中容易失效。聚丙烯分子是有碳氢组成的,极性小,对水分具有排斥作用。于是利用聚丙烯这一特点,对聚酰胺树脂进行改性,解决材料吸潮的问题具有积极意义。
发明内容
本发明的任务是要提供一种聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料的制备方法,由该方法制备的聚酰胺复合材料具有强度高和吸水率低的长处。
本发明的任务是这样来完成的,一种聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料的制备方法,其是先将按重量份数称取的聚酰胺66树脂25~31份、聚丙烯树脂4~8份、增韧剂2.3~3.6份、相容剂2.1~4份、填料7~13份、玻璃微珠2~3份、抗氧剂0.3~0.8份和炭黑1.2~2.3份投入高速混合机中并且在转速为400-420n/min的速度下混合18min,得到混合料;再将混合料投入并行双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,经切粒、干燥和包装后得到聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料,其中:并行双螺杆挤出机的螺杆温度自一区至十区分别控制为:一区温度220℃、二区温度225℃、三区温度235℃、四区温度235℃、 五区温度 235℃、六区温度235℃、七区温度235℃、八区温度235℃、九区温度235℃、十区温度235℃。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述的聚酰胺66树脂是指熔点在210℃以上,特性黏度指数为2.4 的聚酰胺66树脂。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述的聚丙烯树脂为共聚聚丙烯树脂,熔点160℃。
在本发明的又一个实施例中,所述的增韧剂为高抗冲击聚苯乙烯。
在本发明的再一个实施例中,所述的相容剂为马来酸杆接枝的聚丙烯。
在本发明的还有一个实施例中,所述的填料为纳米碳酸钙。
在本发明的更而一个实施例中,所述的玻璃微珠为空心玻璃微珠。
在本发明的进而一个实施例中,所述的抗氧剂为亚磷酸三(2·4-二叔丁基苯基)酯。
在本发明的又更而一个实施例中,所述的炭黑为炉法炭黑。
本发明方法制备的聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料经测试具有如下的性能指标:拉伸强度112~130MPa,弯曲强度170~200MPa悬臂梁缺口冲击强度12~15kj/m2
具体实施方式
实施例1:
首先将按重量份数称取的熔点在210℃以上的并且特性黏度指数为2.4的聚酰胺66树脂31份、熔点160℃的共聚聚丙烯树脂4份、高抗冲击聚苯乙烯3份、由马来酸酐接枝的聚丙烯2.1份、纳米碳酸钙10份、空心玻璃微珠2份、亚磷酸三(2·4-二叔丁基苯基)酯0.5份和炉法生产的炭黑2.3份投入高速混合机中并且在转速为400n/min的速度下混合18min,得到混合料;再将混合料投入并行双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,经切粒、干燥和包装后得到聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料,其中:并行双螺杆挤出机的螺杆温度自一区至十区分别控制为:一区温度220℃、二区温度225℃、三区温度235℃、四区温度235℃、 五区温度 235℃、六区温度235℃、七区温度235℃、八区温度235℃、九区温度235℃、十区温度235℃。
实施例2:
首先将按重量份数称取的熔点在210℃以上的并且特性黏度指数为2.4的聚酰胺66树脂25份、熔点160℃的共聚聚丙烯树脂5份、高抗冲击聚苯乙烯3.6份、由马来酸酐接枝的聚丙烯4份、纳米碳酸钙13份、空心玻璃微珠3份、亚磷酸三(2·4-二叔丁基苯基)酯0.3份和炉法生产的炭黑1.2份投入高速混合机中并且在转速为420n/min的速度下混合18min,得到混合料;再将混合料投入并行双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,经切粒、干燥和包装后得到聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料,其中:并行双螺杆挤出机的螺杆温度自一区至十区分别控制为:一区温度220℃、二区温度225℃、三区温度235℃、四区温度235℃、 五区温度 235℃、六区温度235℃、七区温度235℃、八区温度235℃、九区温度235℃、十区温度235℃。
实施例3:
首先将按重量份数称取的熔点在210℃以上的并且特性黏度指数为2.4的聚酰胺66树脂27份、熔点160℃的共聚聚丙烯树脂8份、高抗冲击聚苯乙烯2.3份、由马来酸酐接枝的聚丙烯2.5份、纳米碳酸钙9份、空心玻璃微珠2.4份、亚磷酸三(2·4-二叔丁基苯基)酯0.8份和炉法生产的炭黑1.6份投入高速混合机中并且在转速为415n/min的速度下混合18min,得到混合料;再将混合料投入并行双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,经切粒、干燥和包装后得到聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料,其中:并行双螺杆挤出机的螺杆温度自一区至十区分别控制为:一区温度220℃、二区温度225℃、三区温度235℃、四区温度235℃、 五区温度 235℃、六区温度235℃、七区温度235℃、八区温度235℃、九区温度235℃、十区温度235℃。
实施例4:
首先将按重量份数称取的熔点在210℃以上的并且特性黏度指数为2.4的聚酰胺66树脂29份、熔点160℃的共聚聚丙烯树脂7份、高抗冲击聚苯乙烯2.8份、由马来酸酐接枝的聚丙烯3份、纳米碳酸钙7份、空心玻璃微珠2.7份、亚磷酸三(2·4-二叔丁基苯基)酯0.6份和炉法生产的炭黑2份投入高速混合机中并且在转速为410n/min的速度下混合18min,得到混合料;再将混合料投入并行双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,经切粒、干燥和包装后得到聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料,其中:并行双螺杆挤出机的螺杆温度自一区至十区分别控制为:一区温度220℃、二区温度225℃、三区温度235℃、四区温度235℃、 五区温度 235℃、六区温度235℃、七区温度235℃、八区温度235℃、九区温度235℃、十区温度235℃。
由上述实施例1至4得到的聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料经测试具有如下技术效果:

Claims (9)

1.一种聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于其是先将按重量份数称取的聚酰胺66树脂25~31份、聚丙烯树脂4~8份、增韧剂2.3~3.6份、相容剂2.1~4份、填料7~13份、玻璃微珠2~3份、抗氧剂0.3~0.8份和炭黑1.2~2.3份投入高速混合机中并且在转速为400-420n/min的速度下混合18min,得到混合料;再将混合料投入并行双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,经切粒、干燥和包装后得到聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料,其中:并行双螺杆挤出机的螺杆温度自一区至十区分别控制为:一区温度220℃、二区温度225℃、三区温度235℃、四区温度235℃、 五区温度 235℃、六区温度235℃、七区温度235℃、八区温度235℃、九区温度235℃、十区温度235℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的聚酰胺66树脂是指熔点在210℃以上,特性黏度指数为2.4 的聚酰胺66树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的聚丙烯树脂为共聚聚丙烯树脂,熔点160℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的增韧剂为高抗冲击聚苯乙烯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的相容剂为马来酸杆接枝的聚丙烯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的填料为纳米碳酸钙。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的玻璃微珠为空心玻璃微珠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的抗氧剂为亚磷酸三(2·4-二叔丁基苯基)酯。
9.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯改性的聚酰胺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的炭黑为炉法炭黑。
