Abstract

一种子母扣件,涉及包装箱体的连接件。包括带齿介子,还包括扣筒、锅形内齿介子、扣钉及扣板;在扣筒的内壁上制有卡凸结构,扣筒的一端与所述带齿介子紧固连接以构成母扣件;扣钉的一端制有卡扣结构,扣钉的另一端与呈板状的所述扣板紧固连接以构成子扣件。在包装或拆包现场不必借助任何工具就可以完成操作,将母扣件和子扣件分别置于待缝合的内纸板及外纸板(子扣件置于外纸板),锅形内齿介子位于两纸板之间,将子扣件按入母扣件使其相扣即可,操作十分便捷,人工劳动强度轻,速度快,工作效率高,企业的包装成本降低,缝合的纸板包装箱质量高及外表美观。

一种子母扣件
技术领域
本发明涉及包装箱体的连接件,尤指一种适用于纸质、木质等包装箱体缝合的子母扣件。
背景技术
包装货物的包装箱有相当一部分是用纸板制作的,其包装箱体一般个体大,具有相当的承压及经受碰撞的强度。
中国专利公开了一种连接螺丝的发明专利(申请公开号CN101966881A,申请日2010.08.23),主要用于货物包装箱的缝合连接。其包括螺母、六角螺杆、带齿介子、卡簧介子和锅形介子,螺母与带齿介子铆接成第一连接单元,锅形介子旋接于六角螺杆的带六角帽的一端成为第二连接单元。缝合连接内外两纸板时,第一连接单元置于箱内一侧的纸板并将带齿介子上的尖齿刺入该纸板,第二连接单元置于箱外一侧的纸板,卡簧介子与螺母相卡并位于内外纸板之间,将六角螺杆的自由端与螺母旋接到适合程度,便可以将内外两纸板缝合连接。
该发明专利克服了缝合纸板包装箱采用涂粘合剂或打铜钉方式而导致的人工劳动强度大、工作效率低、缝合的纸板包装箱质量不高、外表不美观、企业的生产成本高的缺陷,但是,仍然有些不足:
其一,需要通过六角螺杆与螺母旋接到适合程度,才可以将内外两纸板缝合连接,因此,现场包装时必须借助十字头(起子、改锥)、扳手或钳子等工具才能拧动六角螺杆,拆卸包装时,也要借助工具。这给现场包装或拆卸包装造成一些不便,包装现场或拆包现场往往是一片杂乱,工具也是东丢西扔,往往还得东找西寻,十分不便。
其二,现场包装时或拆卸包装时必须借助工具旋动六角螺杆,速度慢,工作效率低,使企业的包装成本增加。
市场需要一种在包装或拆包现场不必借助任何工具就可以完成操作的缝合连接件,且人工劳动强度轻,速度快,工作效率高,企业的包装成本降低,缝合的纸板包装箱质量高及外表美观等。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服采用上述的一种连接螺丝缝合纸板包装箱或拆卸该类包装箱时必须借助工具操作、导致操作不便、影响工效、企业的包装成本上升的不足,提供一种子母扣件。适用于纸质、木质等包装箱体的缝合连接,使用该子母扣件,不必借助任何工具就可以完成操作,且人工劳动强度轻,速度快,工作效率高、企业的包装成本降低,缝合的纸板包装箱质量高及外表美观等。
为此,本发明一种子母扣件采用下述技术方案:
构造本发明一种子母扣件,包括呈板状的其上制有尖齿的带齿介子,还包括扣筒、锅形内齿介子、扣钉及扣板;
扣筒为两端无底的筒体,在扣筒的内壁上制有卡凸结构,扣筒的一端与所述带齿介子紧固连接以构成母扣件;
锅形内齿介子呈锅形且中心位置开制通孔,通孔的周圈呈齿状,锅形内齿介子的通孔被扣筒穿贯使锅形内齿介子与扣筒相卡;
扣钉呈筒状或柱状,扣钉的一端制有卡扣结构,扣钉的另一端与呈板状的所述扣板紧固连接以构成子扣件;
扣钉的制有卡扣结构的一端伸插于扣筒内,使卡扣结构与卡凸结构相卡扣,从而实现该子母件的扣接。
对上述技术方案进行进一步阐述:
在扣筒的内壁上制有的卡凸结构为在扣筒的筒壁上开制的条形洞形成的伸向筒内的筒壁条,筒壁条的长度方向顺着扣筒的长度方向(即顺着扣钉的制有卡扣结构的一端伸插于扣筒内的伸插方向),筒壁条的靠近带齿介子的一端为自由端且伸向筒内致使形成倒刺一般的卡凸,筒壁条的另一端依然与筒体成为整体。筒壁条的构造及性能如长条形弹片,其弹性促使它伸向筒内。
所述筒壁条至少一条,多条时,它们在扣筒的筒壁上处于同一深度。
扣钉的一端制有的卡扣结构包括扣钉的该端向周侧伸出的凸沿、以及扣钉上制作的梯形段;该凸沿为锥台状,且小径端位于扣钉的制有卡扣结构的一端伸插于扣筒内的伸插方向的前端;或者该凸沿制成锥形,锥顶朝着扣钉的制有卡扣结构的一端伸插于扣筒内的伸插方向的前端;致使卡扣结构的凸沿能顺利在所述扣筒内伸过所述卡凸并被抵扣住而不能后退;该梯形段的小径端与所述凸沿相接,该梯形段为扣钉的制有卡扣结构的一端伸插于扣筒内使筒壁条仍然向内伸展与所述凸沿抵扣腾出空间。
 带齿介子上制有至少4个尖齿,尖齿在带齿介子上对称设置。
带齿介子上制有便于拆卸带齿介子的安装孔。
本发明的有益效果在于:其一,在包装或拆包现场不必借助任何工具就可以完成操作,将母扣件和子扣件分别置于待缝合的内纸板及外纸板(子扣件置于外纸板),锅形内齿介子位于两纸板之间,将子扣件按入母扣件使其相扣即可,操作十分便捷,人工劳动强度轻,速度快,工作效率高,企业的包装成本降低,缝合的纸板包装箱质量高及外表美观。其二,结构简单,便于制作。其三,用途广,不仅适用于纸板包装箱的缝合连接,还适合木板、其它人造板包装箱的缝合连接。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图,介绍本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1至图4所示,本发明一种子母扣件,包括呈板状的其上制有尖齿2的带齿介子1,还包括扣筒4、锅形内齿介子7、扣钉9及扣板13。
扣筒4为两端无底的筒体,在扣筒4的内壁上制有卡凸结构,扣筒4的一端与所述带齿介子1紧固连接以构成母扣件。
锅形内齿介子7呈锅形且中心位置开制通孔8,通孔8的周圈呈齿状,锅形内齿介子7的通孔8被扣筒4穿贯使锅形内齿介子7与扣筒4相卡。
扣钉9呈筒状或柱状,扣钉9的一端制有卡扣结构,扣钉的另一端与呈板状的所述扣板13紧固连接以构成子扣件。
扣钉9的制有卡扣结构的一端伸插于扣筒4内,使卡扣结构与卡凸结构相卡扣,从而实现该子母件的扣接。
在扣筒4的内壁上制有的卡凸结构为在扣筒4的筒壁上冲制的条形洞5形成的伸向筒内的筒壁条6(具有弹性),筒壁条6的长度方向沿着扣筒4的长度方向,筒壁条6靠近带齿介子1的一端为自由端且伸向筒内致使形成倒刺一般的卡凸,筒壁条6的另一端依然与筒体成为整体。
所述筒壁条6至少一条,设置多条所述筒壁条6时,它们在扣筒4的筒壁上处于同一深度。本实施例中筒壁条6为两条,该两条筒壁条6对称设置并处于同一深度。
扣钉9的一端制有的卡扣结构包括扣钉9的该端向周侧伸出的凸沿10、以及扣钉9上制作的梯形段12;该凸沿10为锥台状,且小径端11位于扣钉9的制有卡扣结构的一端伸插于扣筒4内的伸插方向的前端;或者该凸沿10制成锥形,锥顶朝着扣钉9的制有卡扣结构的一端伸插于扣筒4内的伸插方向的前端;致使卡扣结构的凸沿10能顺利在所述扣筒4内伸过所述卡凸并被抵扣住而不能后退;该梯形段12的小径端与所述凸沿10相接,当扣钉9插入扣筒4时,梯形段12腾出空间使筒壁条6仍然向内伸展与所述凸沿10抵扣。
带齿介子1上制有至少4个尖齿2,尖齿2在带齿介子1上对称设置,尖齿2刺入带缝合的纸板,将带齿介子1与纸板定位。
带齿介子1上制有便于拆卸带齿介子的安装孔3。
使用本发明对纸板包装箱进行缝合连接时,将母扣件和子扣件分别置于待缝合的内纸板及外纸板,母扣件的带齿介子1置于缝合处内层纸板,带齿介子1上的尖齿刺入纸板,子扣件的扣板13置于外层纸板,锅形内齿介子7位于两纸板之间,将子扣件按入母扣件使其相扣即可。

Claims (6)

1.一种子母扣件,包括呈板状的其上制有尖齿的带齿介子,其特征在于:还包括扣筒、锅形内齿介子、扣钉及扣板;
扣筒为两端无底的筒体,在扣筒的内壁上制有卡凸结构,扣筒的一端与所述带齿介子紧固连接以构成母扣件;
锅形内齿介子呈锅形且中心位置开制通孔,通孔的周圈呈齿状,锅形内齿介子的通孔被扣筒穿贯使锅形内齿介子与扣筒相卡;
扣钉呈筒状或柱状,扣钉的一端制有卡扣结构,扣钉的另一端与呈板状的所述扣板紧固连接以构成子扣件;
扣钉的制有卡扣结构的一端伸插于扣筒内,使卡扣结构与卡凸结构相卡扣,从而实现该子母件的扣接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种子母扣件,其特征在于:在扣筒的内壁上制有的卡凸结构为在扣筒的筒壁上开制的条形洞形成的伸向筒内的筒壁条,筒壁条的长度方向沿着扣筒的长度方向,筒壁条靠近带齿介子的一端为自由端且伸向筒内致使形成倒刺一般的卡凸,筒壁条的另一端依然与筒体成为整体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种子母扣件,其特征在于:所述筒壁条至少一条。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种子母扣件,其特征在于:扣钉的一端制有的卡扣结构包括扣钉的该端向周侧伸出的凸沿、以及扣钉上制作的梯形段;该凸沿为锥台状,且小径端位于扣钉的制有卡扣结构的一端伸插于扣筒内的伸插方向的前端;或者该凸沿制成锥形,锥顶朝着扣钉的制有卡扣结构的一端伸插于扣筒内的伸插方向的前端;致使卡扣结构的凸沿能顺利在所述扣筒内伸过所述卡凸并被抵扣住而不能后退;该梯形段的小径端与所述凸沿相接,该梯形段为扣钉的制有卡扣结构的一端伸插于扣筒内使筒壁条仍然向内伸展与所述凸沿抵扣腾出空间。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种子母扣件,其特征在于:带齿介子上制有至少4个尖齿,尖齿在带齿介子上对称设置。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种子母扣件,其特征在于:带齿介子上制有便于拆卸带齿介子的安装孔。
