Abstract

本装置可以输送预制件,旋转地通过风力扩延机 的加热站。采用本装置,无需很长的改装时间,即可 均匀,准确地加热各种不同尺寸的预制件。为此,本 装置采用了两条相互平行运行的循环式同步回行段 及固定在它上面的承载装置。预制件在通过加热装 置时,被支承在承载装置之间。承载装置之间的距 离,连同加热装置一起是可以调节的。通过采用另外 两条循环式传动带,可以使预制件在通过加热站时, 以精确的圆周速度旋转,从而使其加热温度均匀。

Description

本发明涉及用来输送有止承环的预制件的一种装置,使其转动地通过加热站,然后到风力扩延机,从而制作空心的热塑性塑料产品。
一种采用运载链的这样类型的装置(US-PS4382760)已为人们所知。需要加热的预制件从上面放入运载链的直径不可调节的圆孔中,由运载链输送它们通过风力扩延机。
这种装置的缺点是,它只能用来制作一种规格的容器或瓶子。因为,只有具有一种规定直径的预制件才可适合这种运载链,才能被输送通过加热装置。
本发明的任务是,制造一种输送预制件通过加热站到风力扩延机的装置,它能确保预制件完全均匀加热,从而制造出壁厚十分均匀的空心产品。本装置还可迅速简单地适合于各种不同尺寸的预制件。
本发明的装置使预制件转动地通过加热站,然后到风力扩延机,从而制作空心热塑性塑料产品,本装置设有机体,在机体上安装了输送装置,在输送装置的直线水平的输送线路上安装有加热器。
在这种装置中,两条循环式带齿传动带的同步回行段相互平行,同方向运行,又可反向驱动。在回行段上安装有用于支持预制件的托环。位于两条同步回行段之间的直线输送线路的宽度,连同加热装置一起,均可调节。这样就可以十分准确地对预制件进行加热。在预制件通过加热站时,使其稳速转动,从而改善均匀加热过程。
在两条循环式带齿传动带上,固定有承载装置。承载装置从两条回行段伸到输送线路中间,将预制件支承在它们之间。这种承载装置具有良好的结构型式,在连接板上固定有支承轮,在支承轮上安装有一个托环,托环直径大于支承轮直径。预制件的止承环便放置在两个对置的托环上。这样就可以确保稳定地,无干扰地输送预制件通过加热站。(同样也可以较高速度进行输送)。
连接板通过支柱和循环式同步回行段相固定。在连接板上设有预制件的一侧固定了导向轮,导向轮在导轨上运行。在连接板的另一侧,固定了倒挂的支承轮轴。在一个设计实例中,在支承轮的下部靠近扩大了的托环旁有一个圆形环槽。
一条圆形截面的循环式传动带在支承轮的这一环槽中运行。该传动带与无级调速驱动装置相连。同样也可以选择带齿传动带。采用这种驱动装置,可以使支承轮以无级调节的圆周速度转动,这种运动传递给预制件,从而使预制件旋转地通过加热装置。
在预制件通过加热装置时,通过使其转动,达到使预制件加热温度均匀的目的。
为了加热不同直径的预制件,在位于各支承轮之间的输送线路的宽度可以无级调节。为达此目的,至少要在装有带齿传动带回行段的支架上安装一个螺杆驱动装置,该装置与带齿传动带的回行段的运行方向横向水平相交,用螺栓将它与支架固定在一起。
螺杆驱动装置可通过装在其一侧的手摇曲柄转动。螺杆一半是左旋螺纹,另一半是右旋螺纹,以此对输送线路的宽度进行无级调节。
加热装置(例如陶瓷辐射器)也以适当的方式固定在支架上。这样,加热器到不同直径的预制件的距离可以保持一样。这对预制件壁温均匀是有利的。(这在加工各种不同的预制件时,也是这样。)
下面将参照以下附图说明按照本发明设计的两个优先选择的实例。

注射成型的预制件5进入陡角输送机20内,然后送到分选机21。分选机21将预制件5送到加热站22,加热后再送到风力扩延机23去。
加热站22装有两条具有同步回行段1a和2a的循环式带齿传动带1,2。带齿传动带1,2围绕转动的导向轮30,31互为反向运转。
通过一条两面带齿的传动带32和两个小导向轮33使得导向轮30和31反向同步旋转。导向轮31通过驱动装置35(未详细画出)和三角皮带34驱动,驱动装置35可以进行无级调速。
支柱40(图3)用螺栓与循环式带齿传动带1,2固定在一起,在支柱40上面固定有连接板6。在连接板6上装有在导向槽4a中运行的导向轮4b。在连接板6的另一侧,固定有支承轮轴12。支承轮10位于支承轮轴12的下端,其上装有直径扩大了的旋转托环11,用来支承预制件5的止承环5a。
托环11的直径大于支承轮10的直径,在托环11上面,支承轮上有一个环槽14,一条圆形截面的循环式传动带15在环槽14中运行,以此使支承轮10转动,从而使预制件5旋转。循环式传动带15连同其同步回行段15a通过导向轮36(图2)张紧,并通过无级同步驱动装置16和37驱动。
在预制件5通过加热站22时,其圆周速度可通过驱动装置16和37进行准确调节,以此可以控制预制件5的温度均匀性。
为了能够调节直线输送线路8的宽度,以便加热不同直径的预制件5,在机架17上安装了一个或并列几个螺杆驱动装置41。
两条带齿传动带1,2,连同导向轮30,31,以及传动带15的导向轮36和加热装置3的加热辐射器38均固定在部分画出的机架17上。螺杆驱动装置19的导向装置18也用螺栓拧在机架上。
当用手轮39转动螺杆19时,导向装置18将做轴向运动。由于螺杆的一半是左旋螺纹,另一半是右旋螺纹,因而导向装置或者彼此分开,或者在改变手轮转动方向后,彼此靠扰,从而能无级调节输送线路8的宽度。
图4所示为第二个设计实例。在支架117下部固定着导轨104,导轨两侧的槽内装入金属圆条118。具有导向槽104a的导向轮104b在圆条118上运行。导向轮104b固定在连接板106上。在连接板106一端的下面,固定有支承轮轴112。在连接板另一端的上面,安装有导向轮104b,从而实现准确导向。
支承轮轴112的底端,安装了一个支承轮,在支承轮上装有一个比它大的托环11。托环11用来支承预制件5的止承环5a。
在连接板106和导向轮104b的上方,支承轮轴112的上部,固定有轴端119,其上安装有一个具有环槽114的驱动轮110。
一条圆形循环传动带115在环槽114中运行,它通过导向轮136(类似于图2中导向轮36)转,由驱动装置带动,从而使轴端119,支承轮轴112和装有托环11的支承轮转动,这将使预制件5旋转,从而在通过加热站22时,加热温度均匀。在这里,可以通过无级调节驱动装置的转速来随意调节预制件的旋转速度。
在本设计中,具有环槽114的驱动轮110和循环式传动带115离开加热辐射器38比较远,因此,在故障情况下,循环传动带不会过热。

Claims (5)

1、用来输送带有止承环的预制件的一种装置,使其转动地通过加热站,然后到风力扩延机,从而制作空心的热塑料产品,本装置设有机体,在机体中安装了输送装置,在输送装置的直线水平的输送线路上安装有加热器,本装置的特征是:
输送线路(8)由两条协同作用,相互反向驱动的循环式带齿传动带(1,2)的同步回行段(1a,2a)所组成,两条同步回行段(1a,2a)相互平行,同方向运行,它们相互间的距离连同它们的加热装置(38)一起,均可调节;
在带齿传动带(1,2)上为预制件(5)安装了托环(11),这样,每个预制件(5)可以其止承环(5a)支持在每条带齿传动带(1,2)的两个托环(11)上,两条带齿传动带(1,2)上的托环(11),由两条同方向转动的循环式传动带(15或115)的相互递行的同步回行段(15a,15b)转动,这两条同步回行段平行于带齿传动带(1,2)的同步回行段(1a,2a),它们作用在与托环(11)相连接的驱动轮(10或110)上,其传动速度是可以调节的。
2、按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是:
同步回行段(1a,2a)相互间的距离,至少可以通过一个螺杆驱动装置(41)进行调节,螺杆驱动装置与同步回行段(1a,2a)的运行方向水平横向相交,且作用在装置的机架(17)上。
3、按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是:
支柱(40或140)固定在带齿传动带(1,2)上,它的上面对中装有连接板(6或106),托环(11)通过支柱(40或140)装在带齿传动带上,在每个迁接板(6或106)设有预制件(5)的一侧,安装有在导轨(4)的导向槽(4a或104a)中运行的导向轮(4b或104b),在连接板相对的另一侧,固定有支承轮(10或110)的轮轴(12或112)。
4、按照权利要求1-3之中一项所述的装置,其特征是:
每个驱动轮(10或110)上均有一个环形槽(14或114),在槽中有圆形截面的传动带(15或115)。
5、按照权利要求1-4之中一项所述的装置,其特征是:
转动预制件的驱动装置(110,114,115,119)安装在循环式带齿传动带(102)之上(图4)。
