Abstract

本发明公开了一种导向轮,在所述导向轮轮道靠近轴心底部焊有铜,在焊铜与轮道底部接触面之间,轮道底部还镶有一个横截面呈上窄下宽的梯形镶铜,其中心线与轮道底部中心线重合,所述梯形镶铜下宽边沿中心线呈尖角凸起,梯形铜条与轮道底部及焊铜均无缝结合。导向轮可以为铸铁材料。所述焊铜及梯形镶铜为锡黄铜。所述尖角凸起的角度不小于50度。本发明所述的导向轮结构简单、对于导向轮轮道内的焊铜只会出现局部磨损,不会出现大面积或全部脱落,故能有效延长导向轮的使用周期。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械构造领域,尤其涉及一种导向轮。
背景技术
现有技术中,一些大型起重设备中通常都会使用钢丝绳,而导向轮又是改变钢丝绳运动方向的部件,当钢丝绳在导向轮轮道中经过时,随着钢丝绳的牵引力越大,钢丝绳与导向轮磨擦加大,钢丝绳与导向轮就会损坏加快,为了尽量减少对钢丝绳的磨损,通常都在导向轮轮道底部焊接锡黄铜,原因是锡黄铜的力学性能和工艺性能近似于H90普通黄铜,并且具有高的耐蚀性和减摩性,故锡黄铜可作为耐磨合金使用,同时由于其冷加工性能优良,热弯.热挤性能中等,可切削性中等,又易于焊接。
但是随着长时间的使用,所焊接的锡黄铜还是会从边角最薄处开始脱落,并最终出现大面积或整体脱落,就需要重新进行焊接,这样就降低了导向轮的使用周期。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,能有效延长使用周期的导向轮。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种导向轮,在所述导向轮轮道靠近轴心底部焊有铜,其特征在于:在焊铜与轮道底部接触面之间,轮道底部还镶有一个横截面呈上窄下宽的梯形镶铜,其中心线与轮道底部中心线重合,所述梯形铜条下宽边沿中心线呈尖角凸起,梯形镶铜与轮道底部及焊铜均无缝结合;所述尖角凸起的角度不小于50度。
进一步的,导向轮可以为铸铁材料。
进一步的,所述焊铜及梯形镶铜为锡黄铜。
本发明的有益效果在于:结构简单、对于导向轮轮道内的焊铜只会出现局部磨损,不会出现大面积或全部脱落,故能有效延长导向轮的使用周期。

参见附图,本发明一种导向轮,在所述导向轮轮道靠近轴心底部焊有铜,其特征在于:在焊铜与轮道底部接触面之间,轮道底部还镶有一个横截面呈上窄下宽的梯形镶铜,其中心线与轮道底部中心线重合,所述梯形铜条下宽边沿中心线呈尖角凸起,梯形镶铜与轮道底部及焊铜均无缝结合。

1.一种导向轮,在所述导向轮轮道靠近轴心底部焊有铜,其特征在于:所述导向轮为铸铁材料,在焊铜与轮道底部接触面之间,轮道底部还镶有一个横截面呈上窄下宽的梯形镶铜,其中心线与轮道底部中心线重合,所述梯形镶铜下宽边沿中心线呈尖角凸起,梯形镶铜与轮道底部及焊铜均无缝结合,其中所述焊铜及梯形镶铜为锡黄铜;所述尖角凸起的角度不小于50度。
