本发明涉及到一种电动洗地车上的盘刷侧胶皮高低调节装置。
背景技术
洗地车的刮水耙支架上固定安装一个弧形胶皮，使用的时候刮水耙整体放下，依附于配重砣的重力将胶皮压下，对地面进行污水处理。经常使用胶皮容易磨损或者脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保护胶皮、提高胶皮使用寿命的盘刷侧胶皮高低调节装置。
本发明的目的提供以下技术方案来实现的：该盘刷侧胶皮高低调节装置它由测胶皮支架、胶皮、侧胶皮连接支架、侧胶皮连杆以及调节螺栓组成，侧胶皮连杆将侧胶皮支架与侧胶皮连接支架活动连接在一起，侧胶皮连杆上的调节螺栓旋转控制测胶皮支架上升或下降。
本发明采用活动连杆结构，通过旋转螺栓实现胶皮的上下调节，有效地控制胶皮的磨损来提高胶皮的使用寿命。

1.盘刷侧胶皮高低调节装置，它由测胶皮支架(1)、胶皮(2)、侧胶皮连接支架(3)、侧胶皮连杆(4)以及调节螺栓(5)组成，其特征在于：
侧胶皮连杆(4)将侧胶皮支架(1)与侧胶皮连接支架(3)活动连接在一起，侧胶皮连杆(4)上的调节螺栓(5)旋转控制测胶皮支架(1)上升或下降。
