【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种茶壶盖,尤其是涉及一种烧水壶用防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖。
【背景技术】
公知的,烧水壶在烧水过程中,一旦水温达到或接近100度时,受到水蒸气的冲击,很容易使壶盖向上冲,沸水便沿着茶壶上口四溢,溢出的水浇灭液化气从而使燃气在房间内聚集,一旦遇有明火便会发生爆炸,产生不良后果;这是由于现有壶盖设计缺陷所致,壶盖上设有很小的一个泄压孔,在水开时不能快速泄压,而且壶盖和茶壶上口之间没有任何约束,所以水蒸气以及沸水便可轻易将壶盖顶起,从而导致危险的发生;针对现有壶盖所存在的缺陷,有必要通过结构改进,形成能够防范溢水现象发生以及防范安全事故发生的壶盖。
【发明内容】
为了克服背景技术中的不足,本发明公开了一种防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖,利用壶盖的内盖上设置的泄压口形成水汽的排放通路,在水蒸气压力过大时,内盖便会顺着滑杆上行,从而使内盖与壶盖脱离,实现大面积的泄压,有效减少了溢水现象的发生。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖,包括手柄、滑杆、内盖、壶盖和连接盘,壶盖外缘的环形凸起下部设有缩颈的环形筒,连接盘的上凸起环连接所述环形筒,在壶盖的上部面中部设有向下的内筒,所述内筒的下端设有内凸起环;内盖的外缘下部设有向下延伸环,在向下延伸环上均匀分布有复数个泄压口;手柄下部设置滑杆,滑杆的下端设置螺杆,螺杆穿过内盖的穿孔后固定连接连接盘的中部;其中在连接盘上设有多个上下贯通的开口,在连接盘的四周分别固定连接至少三个弹性卡片的上端。
所述的防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖,所述连接盘上凸起环的外缘面设有外螺纹,上凸起环的外螺纹连接壶盖环形筒内壁设置的内螺纹。
所述的防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖,至少三个所述弹性卡片的上端与连接盘的四周下部面嵌入式连接,至少三个所述弹性卡片的中部分别设有向外的圆弧形凸起,由圆弧形凸起形成对茶壶上口部位的卡接。
所述的防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖,在滑杆下端的螺杆上部设有螺母,螺杆中部处于内盖的圆孔中,在螺杆的下部设有螺母;由螺杆上部的螺母和下部的螺母形成连接盘在螺杆中部的锁紧。
所述的防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖,在内盖上设有泄压孔。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明所述防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖,使用时将装入冷水的茶壶盖上本发明,由本发明连接盘上设置的弹性卡片卡在茶壶上口的内壁上,当水开时本发明受到弹性卡片的作用不会脱离茶壶,上升的水蒸气以及热水冲击内盖,使得内盖顺着滑杆上行,内盖上的泄压口便形成茶壶内通往外部的泄压通路,上升的水蒸气经由连接盘的开口、内盖的泄压口外排,上升的水蒸气以及沸水压力过大时,内盖便会顺着滑杆上行,从而使内盖与壶盖脱离,内盖与壶盖之间形成更大的泄压通路,从而实现大面积的泄压,有效减少了溢水现象的发生;本发明所述壶盖自身高度也可形成对溢水的阻挡,更进一步的确保了溢水现象的有效减少,实现了安全烧水的目的。

结合附图1~3中所述的防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖,包括手柄1、滑杆2、内盖5、壶盖和连接盘21,壶盖外缘的环形凸起9下部设有缩颈的环形筒17,连接盘21上凸起环20的外缘面设有外螺纹12,上凸起环20的外螺纹12连接壶盖环形筒17内壁设置的内螺纹11,在壶盖的上部面中部设有向下的内筒8,所述内筒8的下端设有内凸起环10,所述内凸起环10的上部面形成防止内盖5所述向下延伸环7下落的台阶18,也就是内盖5的向下延伸环7下端压在所述台阶18上;在内盖5上设有泄压孔19,内盖5的外缘下部设有向下延伸环7,在向下延伸环7上均匀分布有复数个泄压口6;手柄1下部设置滑杆2,滑杆2的下端设置螺杆3,螺杆3穿过内盖5的穿孔4后固定连接连接盘21的中部,在滑杆2下端的螺杆3上部设有螺母14,螺杆3中部处于内盖5的圆孔16中,在螺杆3的下部设有螺母14-1;由螺杆3上部的螺母14和下部的螺母14-1形成连接盘21在螺杆3中部的锁紧;其中在连接盘21上设有多个上下贯通的开口15,至少三个所述弹性卡片13的上端与连接盘21的四周下部面嵌入式连接,至少三个所述弹性卡片13的中部分别设有向外的圆弧形凸起,由圆弧形凸起形成对茶壶上口部位的卡接。
实施本发明所述防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖,制作本发明时,将壶盖中部设置一个环形凹陷,利用环形凹陷内筒8下部设置的内凸起环10上面形成的台阶18,使得内盖5在不用时或初期烧水时内盖5的向下延伸环7处于所述内凸起环10上面形成的台阶18上,确保烧水时温度尽可能少的流失,使用时将装入冷水的茶壶盖上本发明,由本发明连接盘21上设置的弹性卡片13卡在茶壶上口的内壁四周,当水开时本发明受到弹性卡片13的作用不会脱离茶壶,而且本发明所述的壶盖高度也可使热水外溢的难度加大,所述开水中上升的水蒸气以及热水冲击内盖5,使得内盖5中部的穿孔4带着内盖5顺着滑杆2上行,当内盖5上的泄压口6裸露在大气中时,内盖5上的泄压口6便形成茶壶内通往外部的泄压通路,上升的水蒸气经由连接盘21的开口15、内盖5的泄压口外排,若上升的水蒸气以及沸水压力过大时,内盖5便会顺着滑杆2上行,从而使内盖5继续顺着滑杆2上行,所述内盖5的向下延伸环7与壶盖脱离,内盖5的向下延伸环7与壶盖内筒8上口之间形成更大的泄压通路,从而实现大面积的泄压。

Claims (5)

1.一种防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖,包括手柄(1)、滑杆(2)、内盖(5)、壶盖和连接盘(21),其特征是:壶盖外缘的环形凸起(9)下部设有缩颈的环形筒(17),连接盘(21)的上凸起环(20)连接所述环形筒(17),在壶盖的上部面中部设有向下的内筒(8),所述内筒(8)的下端设有内凸起环(10);内盖(5)的外缘下部设有向下延伸环(7),在向下延伸环(7)上均匀分布有复数个泄压口(6);手柄(1)下部设置滑杆(2),滑杆(2)的下端设置螺杆(3),螺杆(3)穿过内盖(5)的穿孔(4)后固定连接连接盘(21)的中部;其中在连接盘(21)上设有多个上下贯通的开口(15),在连接盘(21)的四周分别固定连接至少三个弹性卡片(13)的上端。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖,其特征是:所述连接盘(21)上凸起环(20)的外缘面设有外螺纹(12),上凸起环(20)的外螺纹(12)连接壶盖环形筒(17)内壁设置的内螺纹(11)。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖,其特征是:至少三个所述弹性卡片(13)的上端与连接盘(21)的四周下部面嵌入式连接,至少三个所述弹性卡片(13)的中部分别设有向外的圆弧形凸起,由圆弧形凸起形成对茶壶上口部位的卡接。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖,其特征是:在滑杆(2)下端的螺杆(3)上部设有螺母(14),螺杆(3)中部处于内盖(5)的圆孔(16)中,在螺杆(3)的下部设有螺母(14-1);由螺杆(3)上部的螺母(14)和下部的螺母(14-1)形成连接盘(21)在螺杆(3)中部的锁紧。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的防溢水自动泄压茶壶盖,其特征是:在内盖(5)上设有泄压孔(19)。
