通常水壶在水沸腾时存在水容易溢出的问题，高温的水极易引起烫伤，并且对于炉具也有一定的腐蚀作用。

为了克服现有的水壶实用易烫伤，沸水溢出腐蚀炉具的不足，本实用新型提供一种双层防溢水壶，该双层防溢水壶不仅能能有效解决热水的溢出问题，而且能在保温的同时确保所烧水的卫生，还能有效避免因烧水对炉具的腐蚀。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种双层防溢水壶，其特征是：壶壁外套有一层与壶底相连接的外壶壁，内壶壁与外壶壁之间间距5mm，两壶壁在壶底和壶口处均封闭，壶嘴处留有间隙，壶口处内壶壁上设有溢水孔，壶口上方为壶盖。
