在分送期间保持这种压力平衡使得入口侧和出口侧由于挤压而导致升压但压力基本上相同,所以没有流体可以流动穿过密封件并且进入出口侧液体容积中。
最终,密封件到达其第二位置。一旦处于第二位置,液体出口密封装置关闭液体出口-例如通过覆盖它。入口侧液体容积的压力进一步增加可不再导致密封件移动,并且因此外侧液体容积与内侧液体容积之间不可能发生压力再平衡。因此,进一步挤压建立密封件两侧的压差,从而具有通过直接与压差成比例的力来按压液体出口密封装置的效果。
因此,即使少量的液体流动通过密封件,其也不能被分送因为出口是密封的。此外,密封件的强度与施加的压力成比例,所以其足够准确地响应以防止进一步分送。
因此,无论施加挤压的大小和持续时间如何,都能分送固定剂量的液体。
一旦在分送之后移除入口侧的压力,密封件可以通过偏压装置的作用开始从第二位置朝向第一位置移动。这将具有降低出口侧液体容积压力的初始效果(因为不是所有出口侧液体容积被分送)。这导致液体响应于压差从入口侧液体容积流动通过密封件进入出口侧液体容积。这种流动用于再平衡压差,从而允许偏压装置克服降低的压差并且继续使密封件移动到其第一位置。

分送罩10可通过螺纹部分30附接到任何适当的液体容器。所述部分30可含有在入口侧液体容积26与容器外的大气之间提供气体连通的通道。优选地,这种通道设置有止回阀,从而仅允许空气从容器外的大气进入到入口侧液体容积中。
螺纹连接到壳体12的外部的安装件32包括管34,所述管34贴合地凸出到液体出口16中。
图1示出密封件18处于其第一位置。当挤压分送罩附接到其上的容器(未示出)时,这导致容器中的入口侧液体容积增加。这就在柱塞20上建立力39。力39使柱塞20及其密封件18充分移动,以便增加出口侧24的压力。这种压力再平衡防止液体通过密封件18的任何流动。出口液体容积24上压力增加导致液体从出口16分送出去。
终端用户继续挤压容器和柱塞20,并且密封件18逐渐朝向图2所示的第二位置移动。随着柱塞移动,其在入口侧液体容积26与出口侧液体容积24之间保持大约相同的压力。
从图2可以看到,出口密封装置22的一部分与管34的端部连接。这具有密封液体出口16的效果,因此防止液体的任何进一步流动。还可以看到,出口侧液体容积24的一部分保持未分送。
在考虑液体出口密封件22与管34之间的接触的情况下,力39的进一步施加不能导致柱塞20和密封件18的进一步移动。建立的压差可导致液体小量流入容积24。然而,施加的压力还迫使密封件22与管34贴紧,从而防止任何液体流出出口16。
一旦分送结束,终端使用者释放入口侧液体容积上的压力。偏压装置(未示出)随后使柱塞20和密封件18返回到如图1所示的第一位置。偏压装置可以是附接到壳体12和柱塞20的弹性带。这种弹性带在柱塞20从其第一位置移动到其第二位置时伸展,并且当柱塞和密封件18从其第二位置返回到其第一位置时再次松开。这导致出口侧液体容积24抽空,并且因为液体出口16是止回阀,从而仅允许液体流出而没有大气气体回流入容器中,另一定剂量的液体将响应于压差而从入口侧液体容积26穿过柱塞20和密封件18进入出口侧液体容积24中。
一旦完成,容器可被置于非反转状态并且无论压差如何液体都将保持在出口侧液体容积中因为它不能进入密封件18。因此,当需要另一剂量时,容器可被反转并且执行另一固定体积的分送。
在所有图3到5中,密封件18示出为处于其第二位置,在所述第二位置液体出口密封装置22抵接管34,因此密封液体出口16。
然而,在图3到5的每个附图中,由于管34在每个附图中的位置不同,第二位置相对于壳体12的定位也不同。
图4示出了处于中间位置的管34。如果使用者旋转安装件32,螺纹将导致管34相对于壳体12向内移动(即朝向图3所示的构造)或相对于壳体12向外移动(即朝向图5所示的构造)。
从图3到5可以看到,未分送液体的量根据管34的位置改变。因此,被分送液体的量也必然以类似方式改变。换句话说,当第一位置保持不变时,使用者可通过在挤压之前旋转安装件34来调节可分送的固定体积的量。

Claims (15)

1. 一种用于具有开口的液体容器的分送器罩(10),所述罩(10)包括:
用于在所述开口处附接到所述容器的装置(30),
用于插入到所述开口中的壳体(12),所述壳体(12)包括从所述容器接收液体的液体入口(14)、通道和从所述容器排出液体的液体出口(16),所述通道包括限定出口侧液体容积(24)和入口侧液体容积(26)的可移动密封件(18),所述可移动密封件(18)被朝向所述液体入口(14)偏压到第一位置并且可通过增加入口侧液体压力而从所述第一位置朝向所述液体出口(16)移动到第二位置,这种移动因而导致可分送体积的液体流出所述出口(16),
其特征在于,所述可移动密封件(18)还包括液体出口密封装置(22),所述液体出口密封装置(22)能够在所述可移动密封件(18)处于其第二位置时密封所述液体出口(16),从而防止液体进一步流出所述出口(16),
所述罩(10)还包括可分送液体体积调节装置(32,34),所述可分送液体体积调节装置(32,34)能够允许终端使用者通过操纵所述体积调节装置(32,34)来调节可分送液体的固定体积,并且其中所述液体出口(16)是止回阀,从而仅允许液体流出而不允许大气气体回流到所述容器中。
2. 一种用于保持液体的容器,所述容器包括分送器罩(10),所述分送器罩(10)包括具有液体入口(14)并且以液体出口(16)终止以便从所述容器排出液体的通道,
所述通道包括限定出口侧液体容积(24)和入口侧液体容积(26)的可移动密封件(18),所述容器包括用于增加入口侧液体的压力的装置,所述可移动密封件(18)被朝向所述液体入口(14)偏压到第一位置并且可通过增加所述入口侧液体压力来从所述第一位置朝向所述液体出口(16)移动到第二位置,
这种移动因而导致可分送体积的液体流出所述出口(16),
其特征在于,所述可移动密封件(18)还包括液体出口密封装置(22),所述液体出口密封装置(22)能够在所述可移动密封件处于其第二位置时密封所述液体出口(16),从而防止液体进一步流出所述出口(16),
所述罩(10)还包括可分送液体体积调节装置(32,34),所述可分送液体体积调节装置(32,34)能够允许终端使用者通过操纵所述体积调节装置(32,34)来调节可分送液体的固定体积,并且其中所述液体出口(16)是止回阀,从而仅允许液体流出而不允许大气气体回流到所述容器中。
3. 如权利要求2所述的容器,其中所述用于增加入口侧压力的装置是可挤压的容器的形式。
4. 如权利要求2或权利要求3所述的容器,其中所述分送器罩(10)可通过螺纹方式附接到所述容器。
5. 如权利要求1所述的分送器罩(10)或者如权利要求2到4中任一项所述的容器,其中所述液体出口(16)需要其两侧的压差来允许液体流出所述出口(16)。
6. 如权利要求1或5所述的分送器罩(10)或者如权利要求2到5中任一项所述的容器,其中所述可移动密封件(18)布置成当它处于第一和第二位置时并且当所述密封件两侧具有压差时允许液体从所述入口侧液体容积(26)流动到所述出口侧液体容积(24)。
7. 如权利要求1或5或6中任一项所述的分送器罩(10)或者如权利要求2到6中任一项所述的容器,其中所述分送器罩(10)包括通道,所述通道在所述入口侧液体(26)与所述容器外的大气之间提供气体连通。
8. 如权利要求7所述的分送器罩(10)或者如权利要求7所述的容器,其中所述通道包括止回阀,从而仅允许空气从所述容器外的大气进入所述入口侧液体容积(26)。
9. 如权利要求1或5到8中任一项所述的分送器罩(10)或者如权利要求2到8中任一项所述的容器,其中所述壳体(12)是柱状的并且所述密封装置(18)是所述柱状壳体(12)内的圆形布置。
10. 如权利要求1或5到9中任一项所述的分送器罩(10)或者如权利要求2到9中任一项所述的容器,其中所述可移动密封件(18)包括通过按压所述壳体(12)的内壁而形成其密封的弹力材料。
11. 如权利要求1或5到10中任一项所述的分送器罩(10)或者如权利要求2到10中任一项所述的容器,其中所述可移动密封件(18)包括直径稍微大于所述壳体(12)的内壁的直径的弹力材料圆形挡板。
12. 如权利要求1或5到11中任一项所述的分送器罩(10)或者如权利要求2到11中任一项所述的容器,其中所述液体出口密封装置(22)通过环绕所述出口或者以其他方式覆盖它来操作。
13. 如权利要求12所述的分送器罩(10)或者容器,其中所述接合涉及所述液体出口密封装置(22)接合与所述壳体(12)的面平行的面来提供密封。

15. 如权利要求14所述的分送器罩(10)或者容器,其中所述体积调节装置(32,34)由于所述第二位置能够通过包括管(34)的所述壳体(12)相对于所述壳体(12)移动来操作,所述管(34)环绕液体出口(16)并且其位置是可移动的。
