Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种开关按键,特别是一种组合式开关按键。
背景技术
现有的开关按键包括电连接于电路板上的开关、用于触发开关的按压件及位于开关与按压件之间的弹簧。弹簧与按键的数量需保持一致。因此,在有多个按键时,也需要对多个弹簧进行装配,使得装配过程繁琐复杂。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供了一种简化按键装配过程的组合式按键。
一种组合式开关按键,包括至少两个按压件、电路板及电连接于电路板上的至少两个开关,该组合式按键还包括一弹片,所述弹片用于将按压件和与所述至少两个开关间隔开,弹片包括水平部与自水平部朝各个按压件延伸的至少两个弹性部,所述水平部形成有开口,开口用于避开位于中间的开关的按钮,所述每一弹性部为一整体且每一弹性部的末端固定于一按压件的底部,所述开关包括凸出的按钮,所述按钮正对按压件设置。
上述组合式开关按键通过将包括多个弹性部的弹片固定于按压件上,简化了安装过程。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图3,组合式按键10包括多个按压件20、弹片30、电路板40及多个电连接于电路板40上的开关50。在本实施方式中,按压件20及开关50的个数均为三个。
弹片30在按压方向上固定于按压件20与电路板40之间,包括水平部32及自水平部32朝各个按压件20延伸的三个弹性部34。各个弹性部34间隔的距离相应为收容各个按压件20的按键孔的距离。每一弹性部34的末端固定于一按压件20的底部。弹性部34的末端可通过点焊、粘接等方式固定于按压件20上。
水平部32抵触于开关50上,弹片30将按压件20和与之相应的开关50间隔开,使得按压件20只有在外力克服弹片30的弹性力时才可被按下而触发开关50。在其他实施方式中,水平部32可抵触于电路板40上。
在本实施方式中,水平部32形成有开口36,开关50包括本体以及自本体凸出的按钮52,开口36用于避开图3中的位于中间的开关50的按钮52,从而不会妨碍到与该按钮52正对设置的按压件20按钮。按压按压件20时,克服对应的弹性部34的弹力,从而使按压件20接触并触发开关50。在按压力消失后,该弹性部34利用自身的弹力使按压件20复位。由于弹性部34固定于按压件20,使得在按压过程中弹片30始终与按压件20接触,可获得良好的手感。
在此实施方式中,电路板40为柔性电路板,固定于硬质基板60上。硬质基板60用于在按压件20按压开关50时,防止柔性电路板变形。柔性电路板与硬质基板60可采用粘接的方式固定。
安装上述组合式按键10时,由于弹片30中的弹性部34为一整体并固定于各个按压件20上,只需使各个按压件20对准各自的按键孔,就可完成该组合式按键10的安装,简单方便。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种组合式开关按键,包括至少两个按压件、电路板及电连接于电路板上的至少两个开关,其特征在于:该组合式按键还包括一弹片,所述弹片用于将按压件和与所述至少两个开关间隔开,弹片包括水平部与自水平部朝各个按压件延伸的至少两个弹性部,所述水平部形成有开口,开口用于避开位于中间的开关的按钮,所述每一弹性部为一整体且每一弹性部的末端固定于一按压件的底部,所述开关包括凸出的按钮,所述按钮正对按压件设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合式开关按键,其特征在于:弹性部的末端点焊于按压件上。
3.如权利要求1所述的组合式开关按键,其特征在于:弹性部的末端粘接于按压件上。
4.如权利要求1所述的组合式开关按键,其特征在于:水平部抵触于开关上。
5.如权利要求1所述的组合式开关按键,其特征在于:水平部抵触于电路板上。
6.如权利要求1所述的组合式开关按键,其特征在于:所述电路板为柔性电路板,固定于一硬质基板上。
