环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯作为PVC热稳定剂的应用,含有至少一种环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯,环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯的用量为100重量份PVC中配加0.1~5重量份;其中,所述环氧琥珀酸盐为环氧琥珀酸锌、环氧琥珀酸钙、环氧琥珀酸脂肪胺盐及环氧琥珀酸脂环胺盐的一种或多种。环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯具有无毒、环保,环氧基含量较大,能使PVC的初期白度和长期热稳定性等有所提高,热稳定效果明显,原料易得,制备方便等优点;其工业应用前景广阔。

环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯的应用
技术领域
本发明涉及环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯新的用途,更具体的讲,本发明涉及环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯作为PVC热稳定剂的应用。
背景技术
环氧类辅助热稳定剂能够在低铅或无铅助剂体系中获得良好协效性能。例如:相对于亚磷酸酯,环氧大豆油能在无铅无锡配方中赋予聚氯乙烯(PVC)制品良好的长效热稳定性能(姜亦文, 赵亮亮, 曹长青,塑料工业,2009,37(2):47~49,70)。至今,环氧类热稳定剂已被陆续报道:环氧菜籽油(程道语,王金良,付长春,于育英,河南科学,1989,(No. 3~4), 64~69);环氧葵花油(霍红,卫芝贤,山西化工,1998,(2): 58~59)等。由于环氧含量不同,环氧植物油体现的热稳定作用有一定差异,例如:相对环氧大豆油,环氧基含量较高的环氧亚麻油能够在初期着色性能和完全老化变黑时间两个方面具有明显的优势(俞培德,聚氯乙烯,1992,(1):18~22)。
最近,环氧油酸锌,环氧油酸钙 (郭立新,万庆红,崔艳艳, 橡塑技术与装备, 2006, 32(12):6~9),采用环氧大豆油生成的环氧脂肪酸钠皂与稀土氯化物制备的环氧脂肪酸稀土盐(吴茂英,刘正堂,崔英德,中国塑料,2001,15(7):51~53)分别较硬脂酸锌,硬脂酸钙,硬脂酸稀土的热稳定性能优异。
本申请以较高环氧官能团含量的环氧琥珀酸盐、环氧琥珀酸二乙酯来作为性能良好的聚氯乙烯热稳定剂,这种应用方案目前未见有关文献披露。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯作为PVC热稳定剂的应用,环氧琥珀酸盐和环氧琥珀酸二乙酯具有较高的环氧官能团含量,在用作PVC热稳定剂时,可以提高PVC制品的初期白度和长期热稳定性。
 本发明的目的是通过如下构思实现的:环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯作为PVC热稳定剂的应用,含有至少一种环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯,环氧琥珀酸又称作为2,3-环氧-丁二酸,所述结构式为:

所述环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯的用量为100重量份PVC中配加0.1~5重量份。
所述环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯的优选用量为100重量份的PVC配加0.3~3重量份。
其中,所述环氧琥珀酸盐为环氧琥珀酸锌,环氧琥珀酸钙,环氧琥珀酸脂肪胺盐,环氧琥珀酸脂环胺盐的一种或多种。
所述环氧琥珀酸脂肪胺盐为含碳为6~18的脂肪胺与环氧琥珀酸形成的盐。如:环氧琥珀酸己胺盐,环氧琥珀酸庚胺盐,环氧琥珀酸辛胺,环氧琥珀酸庚胺,环氧琥珀酸壬胺,环氧琥珀酸癸胺,环氧琥珀酸十一胺,环氧琥珀酸月桂胺,环氧琥珀酸十三胺,环氧琥珀酸十四胺,环氧琥珀酸十五胺,环氧琥珀酸十六胺,环氧琥珀酸硬质胺。
所述环氧琥珀酸脂环胺盐为含碳为6~12的脂环胺与环氧琥珀酸形成的盐。如:环氧琥珀酸环己胺盐和环氧琥珀酸环己二胺。
本发明采用高环氧官能团含量的环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯制备PVC热稳定剂。环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯具有无毒、环保,环氧基含量较大,能使PVC的初期白度和长期热稳定性等有所提高,热稳定效果明显,原料易得,制备方便等优点;具有良好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
实施例组1
试验配方的组成示于表1中。其中,环氧琥珀酸盐、环氧琥珀酸二乙酯的用量为100重量份PVC树脂中配加0.5重量份。

 将上述混合物置于辊温150℃、辊距1 mm的双辊炼塑机上塑炼3 min,取片后,剪成2 cm×2cm方块试片,按GB/T 7141-92标准要求,将PVC片按顺序分组置于老化烘箱中,在180±1℃下进行烘箱老化实验测试,每隔10 min取出试片,观察并记录试片色度的变化,时间一直持续到试片出现黑色为止,结果见表2。

从表2中可见,配方二、三、四、五、六与对比组合物配方一相比,初期着色有一定程度改善,长期稳定性也有一定提高。这明显地满足本发明的目标,环氧琥珀酸盐、环氧琥珀酸二乙酯单独使用是有效的。
 实施例组2
试验配方的组成示于下表3中。其中,环氧琥珀酸盐、环氧琥珀酸二乙酯的用量为100重量份PVC树脂中配加0.5重量份。

从表4中可见,配方八、九、十、十一与对比混合物配方七相比,初期着色有一定程度改善,长期稳定性也有一定提高。这明显地满足本发明的目标,环氧琥珀酸盐和环氧琥珀酸二乙酯一起使用是有效的,有一定的协同效果。
最后,应当指出,以上实施例仅是本发明有代表性的例子,本发明方案并不限于上述实施例。对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

1.环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯作为PVC热稳定剂的应用,其特征是:所述环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯的用量为100重量份PVC中配加0.1~5重量份,所述环氧琥珀酸又称作为2,3-环氧-丁二酸,结构式为:

2.据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征是:所述环氧琥珀酸盐和/或环氧琥珀酸二乙酯的用量为100重量份PVC中配加0.3~3重量份。
3.据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征是:所述环氧琥珀酸盐为环氧琥珀酸锌、环氧琥珀酸钙、环氧琥珀酸脂肪胺盐以及环氧琥珀酸脂环胺盐的一种或多种。
4.据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征是:所述环氧琥珀酸脂肪胺盐为含碳为6~18的脂肪胺与环氧琥珀酸形成的盐的一种或多种。
5.据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征是:所述环氧琥珀酸脂环胺盐为含碳为6~12的脂环胺与环氧琥珀酸形成的盐的一种或多种。
