Abstract

一种硬盘模组，包括硬盘架、固定件、盖板以及若干硬盘，硬盘架底部固设一硬盘背板，硬盘背板上设有一组平行的硬盘连接器，固定件置于硬盘背板上，固定件设有一组平行的隔板，每两相邻的隔板之间设有一开槽供硬盘连接器穿过，盖板盖设于硬盘架的开口处，盖板的朝向硬盘的一侧设有若干平行的隔板，每一硬盘竖直置于硬盘架内，硬盘接口插接于硬盘连接器，硬盘邻近接口的一端的两侧被固定件的两相邻的隔板夹持，硬盘远离接口的一端的两侧被盖板的两相邻的隔板夹持。本发明还提供一种具有该硬盘模组的电子装置。相较现有技术，本发明电子装置及其硬盘模组利用固定件及盖板将若干硬盘竖直置于硬盘架内，可以利用有限的空间进行高密度的硬盘布局。

电子装置及其硬盘模组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子装置及其硬盘模组。
背景技术
随着IT产业的快速发展，服务器需要的存储容量越来越大，现有的硬盘布局无法满足需求。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种具高密度硬盘的电子装置及其硬盘模组。
一种硬盘模组，包括上部开口的盒状的硬盘架、固定件、盖板以及若干硬盘，硬盘架底部固设一硬盘背板，硬盘背板上设有一组平行的硬盘连接器，固定件置于硬盘架内并位于硬盘背板上，固定件设有一组平行的隔板，每两相邻的隔板之间设有一开槽供硬盘连接器穿过，盖板盖设于硬盘架的开口处，盖板的朝向硬盘的一侧设有若干平行的隔板，每一硬盘竖直置于硬盘架内，硬盘接口插接于硬盘连接器，硬盘邻近接口的一端的两侧被固定件的两相邻的隔板夹持，硬盘远离接口的一端的两侧被盖板的两相邻的隔板夹持。
一种电子装置，包括一机箱及一可滑动地置入机箱内的硬盘模组，该硬盘模组包括上部开口的盒状的硬盘架、固定件、盖板以及若干硬盘，硬盘架底部固设一硬盘背板，硬盘背板上设有一组平行的硬盘连接器，固定件置于硬盘架内并位于硬盘背板上，固定件设有一组平行的隔板，每两相邻的隔板之间设有一开槽供硬盘连接器穿过，盖板盖设于硬盘架的开口处，盖板的朝向硬盘的一侧设有若干平行的隔板，每一硬盘竖直置于硬盘架内，硬盘接口插接于硬盘连接器，硬盘邻近接口的一端的两侧被固定件的两相邻的隔板夹持，硬盘远离接口的一端的两侧被盖板的两相邻的隔板夹持。
相较现有技术，本发明电子装置及其硬盘模组利用固定件及盖板将若干硬盘竖直置于硬盘架内，可以利用有限的空间进行更高密度的硬盘布局。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1至图3，本发明电子装置包括一机箱100以及装设于机箱100内的一硬盘模组200。
该机箱100包括一底壁101及垂直于底壁101的两侧壁102。
该硬盘模组200包括一硬盘架10、一固定件20、两盖板30以及若干硬盘50。
硬盘架10呈一上部开口的盒状体，其包括两相对的侧板11及两相对的端板13。其中一端板13的两侧分别凸伸两手柄131。两侧板11的顶部相对开设两对枢接孔112。硬盘架10的底部（朝向底壁101）固设一硬盘背板15。硬盘背板15上设有两组平行的硬盘连接器151。
固定件20上设有两组平行的隔板21，每两相邻的隔板21之间设有一开槽23。两组隔板21之间设有一挡板25。
每一盖板30的第一侧边两端分别向外凸设一枢轴32。每一盖板30的与第一侧边相对的第二侧边设有一折边33。第一侧边与第二侧边之间设有若干平行的隔板35。
组装时，将固定件20置于硬盘架10内的硬盘背板15上。硬盘背板15的硬盘连接器151分别穿过固定件20的对应的开槽23。盖板30的枢轴32分别卡入硬盘架10的侧板11上的对应的枢接孔112内以将盖板30枢接于硬盘架10的顶部。
安装硬盘50时，翻转盖板30，使硬盘50的硬盘接口向下沿与侧板11平行的方向竖直地置入硬盘架10，硬盘50的第一侧边（邻近盖板30的第一侧边）位于盖板30的两相邻的隔板35之间并在隔板35的导引下滑入硬盘架10内，直至硬盘50的接口插接于硬盘背板15的硬盘连接器151。硬盘50的邻近其接口的第一端两侧面被固定件20的两相邻的隔板21夹持。将硬盘50全部安装完毕后，翻转盖板30盖设于硬盘50的远离接口的第二端。盖板30的每两相邻的隔板35卡持于对应的硬盘50的第二端的两侧面。盖板30的折边33卡持于硬盘50的与第一侧边相对的第二侧边。
硬盘模组200可沿侧壁102的延伸方向滑动置入机箱100内，需要对硬盘模组200进行操作时，操作手柄131将硬盘模组200拉出即可。
本实施方式的硬盘模组200是利用两组硬盘进行说明的，显而易见的，可以根据需要仅安装一组硬盘或者两组以上的硬盘。仅需要改变硬盘架10的尺寸以及相应的固定件20及盖板30以与硬盘架10相对应。
本发明硬盘模组200利用固定件20及盖板30将若干硬盘竖直置于硬盘架10内，可以利用有限的空间进行高密度的硬盘布局。

Claims (8)

1.一种硬盘模组，包括上部开口的盒状的硬盘架、固定件、盖板以及若干硬盘，硬盘架底部固设一硬盘背板，硬盘背板上设有一组平行的硬盘连接器，固定件置于硬盘架内并位于硬盘背板上，固定件设有一组平行的隔板，每两相邻的隔板之间设有一开槽供硬盘连接器穿过，盖板盖设于硬盘架的开口处，盖板的朝向硬盘的一侧设有若干平行的隔板，每一硬盘竖直置于硬盘架内，硬盘接口插接于硬盘连接器，硬盘邻近接口的一端的两侧被固定件的两相邻的隔板夹持，硬盘远离接口的一端的两侧被盖板的两相邻的隔板夹持。
2.如权利要求1所述的硬盘模组，其特征在于：盖板枢接于硬盘架的开口处，安装硬盘入硬盘架时，翻转盖板，每一硬盘的第一侧边置于盖板的两相邻的隔板之间并在隔板的导引下滑入硬盘架。
3.如权利要求2所述的硬盘模组，其特征在于：盖板的第一侧边两端分别向外凸设一枢轴以枢接于硬盘架，盖板的与第一侧边相对的第二侧边设有一折边，盖板的隔板设于第一侧边与第二侧边之间并垂直于折边。
4.如权利要求3所述的硬盘模组，其特征在于：盖板的折边对硬盘与第一侧边相对的第二侧边进行限位。
5.如权利要求1所述的硬盘模组，其特征在于：硬盘架包括两相对的侧板及两相对的端板，硬盘平行于侧板排列。
6.如权利要求5所述的硬盘模组，其特征在于：硬盘架于其中一端板的两侧分别凸伸两手柄用于操作硬盘架。
7.一种电子装置，包括一机箱及一可滑动地置入机箱内的如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的硬盘模组。
8.如权利要求7所述的电子装置，其特征在于：机箱包括一底壁及垂直于底壁的两侧壁，硬盘模组的硬盘背板朝向机箱的底壁并沿侧壁的延伸方向置入机箱。
