本发明公开了一种治疗腰椎疾病的药物，它是以红花、川乌、草乌、骨碎补、闹羊花、千年健、黄连、防风为原料，加乙醇浸渍制成酊剂。
Description
本发明公开了一种治疗腰椎骨质增性疾病的药物及其制备方法，它是以中草药为原料制成的一种酊剂，与热疗袋结合使用可有效地治疗腰椎骨质增生性疾病。
腰椎骨质增生是一种临床常见病，多发病，伴发腰痛、腰酸，严重者出现功能障碍，腰椎间盘突出，压迫神经，引起腰腿痛，给患者带来极大的痛苦，目前治疗腰椎骨质增生性疾病有口服用药、按摩推拿、针炙、手术等方法，尚缺乏有效的外用药物，特别是缺乏能有效地缓解腰腿痛症状的特效药物。
因此，本发明目的是提供一种治疗各型腰椎疾病的外用药。
具体地说，本发明目的是提供一种用于治疗腰椎骨质增生及其并发症的外用酊剂。
本发明还提供了上述药物制备方法。
本发明的药物是以中草药为原料，按照中医药理论组方，结合传统经验经特定加工方法制成的外用酊剂。
本发明的药物组份以制备前的原料描述为：(用量为重量份)
红 花8-12份，
川 乌6-9份，
草 乌6-9份，
防 风4-6份，
骨碎补4-6份，
闹羊花2-3份，
千年健2-3份，
黄 连4-6份。
优选的各组份用量为(按1000ml药液所含生药计)：
红 花10g，
川 乌7.5g，
草 乌7.5g，
防 风5g，
骨碎补5g，
闹羊花2.5g，
千年健2.5g，
黄 连5g。
上述药物所用的八味中药材均符合中国药典1990年版一部收藏品种要求。
本发明药物的制备方法是：
将以上组方中除红花、闹羊花外的其余六味药材粉碎成粗粉，与红花，闹羊花混匀，置有盖容器中，按照酊剂项下的浸渍法(中国药典1990版一部附录17页)试验，用50％乙醇作溶剂，浸渍两次，合并浸出液。
本发明制备的药液，与热疗袋合用，具有活血化瘀，促进脱出间盘及关节水肿吸收的作用，可用于治疗多种腰椎疾病，如腰椎间盘变性、膨出、轻度突出等，经数年临床使用，取得了非常好的疗效，其优点是局部外用，使药效作用直接到达患处，使用方便，由于热源内袋装有发热剂，温度可达50℃左右，与本药液联合使用，起到热疗扩张局部血管、促进血液循环作用，使本发明药液迅速渗透到病灶，发挥药效，经总后勤部卫生部药品检验研究中心慢毒试验，检验合格，无任何毒副作用。
实施例
药物组成：
红 花10g，
川 乌7.5g，
草 乌7.5g，
防 风5g，
骨碎补5g，
闹羊花2.5g，
千年健2.5g，
黄 连5g。
以上八味除红花、闹羊花外，其余川乌等六味粉碎成粗粉。与红花、闹羊花混匀，置有盖容器中，加入50％乙醇，使药没过药材，密盖、搅拌或振摇，浸渍5日，倾取上清液，再加入50％乙醇适量，依法浸渍至有效成份充分浸出，合并浸出液，加50％乙醇至1000ml，静置24小时，滤过，即得。

1.一种治疗腰椎疾病的外用药剂，其特征在于它由下述重量配比的组份为原料制成(用量为重量份)：
红 花8-12份，
川 乌6-9份，
草 乌6-9份，
防 风4-6份，
骨碎补4-6份，
闹羊花2-3份，
千年健2-3份，
黄 连4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1的外用药剂，其特征在于各组份的用量比为：
红 花10g，
川 乌7.5g，
草 乌7.5g，
防 风5g，
骨碎补5g，
闹羊花7.5g，
千年健2.5g，
黄 连5g。
3.权利要求2所述外用药剂的制备方法，其特征在于除红花、闹羊花外，其余所述原料药粉碎成粗粉，与红花、闹羊花混匀，置有盖容器中，加50％乙醇，液面没过药材，浸渍5日，倾取上清液，再加50％乙醇适量，浸渍至有效成份充分浸出，合并浸出液，加50％乙醇至1000ml，静置24小时，滤过，得产品。
